This is a high traffic Starbucks store. My first time coming here. Even though store appears small on the outside walking in. There were seats available. Many patrons order then grab n go with their drinks. Staff are high energy and friendly. They calling names left and right as well as repeat call names to make sure customers get their order. I appreciate fast service in the mornings but I also make sure that I give the workers adequate time to make my drink during rush. Due to this, I order 20-25 minutes in advance on the Starbucks app. When the notification pops up stating that my drink was being prepared, I left my home and walked 10 minutes to this location for pick up. When I got there, the employees were tending to the other customers. There were roughly 4 people making drinks at the same time. 8 minutes later, I saw that they were still not making my drink. I didn't want to speak up and bother the employees but the app has clearly showed me an "order complete" message. At 7:35 AM, one of the workers finally asked me what I ordered and I told him. He proceeded to make my drink right at that moment. This made me believe that they might've been ignoring the app purchases and only attending to the in person orders on that day. My drink was pretty mid, to be honest and this location is particularly loud at 7:25-7:40 in the morning. If I come back, I'll choose to do so at a more reasonable time frame. read more

The place is small but it was quaint for the location. I must definitely praise the three young people that were working there, their personalities were phenomenal and they were so kind and helpful. Lol - this Starbucks is run like a jail or the DMV. You can't come in from the cold for 10 seconds until this employee accosts you by demanding that you purchase something or leave. She was not subtle nor polite towards me nor any of the customers. Completely inappropriate and out of line for a place of business. AVOID this Starbucks - you can get better, cheaper coffee ANYWHERE ELSE within spitting distance. I'm an occasional coffee person but I'm in love with their iced lemon loaf cake and stop in at least once a month to buy 1. I probably should have read the reviews prior to buying this new cherry mocha frappuccino. I had a sweet tooth but this ain't the vibe. It's disgusting!! I'm so mad I wasted my money on it. I might be a bit biased because I substituted the regular cow's milk for coconut milk as I'm lactose intolerant. I'm not sure if the substitution made a difference in flavor but it's underwhelming and I'm disappointed. I normally wouldn't drink anything frapp but I'm a lover of most things cherry so I decided to give it a try. I love cherry candy (Now & laters), chocolate covered cherries, cherry cough drops, and Stewart's black cherry soda is my weakness. I didn't taste the cherry or the coffee in this frapp and the sprinkled candy on top was of no value and lacked flavor. It just added sugar which it's already disgustingly sweet. Some peppermint or plain dark chocolate shavings would have worked better and added balance. The cherry syrup tastes like a no name brand cough syrup. Nasty! I had an event and I ordered Starbucks coffee to feed my guests (130 people). I ordered 10 traveler coffee boxes, and I'm really disappointed with their service. Im not sure, it's because they're too busy or not enough training for employees. 1) I called three times before my event to order coffee because it's a lot of coffee so I wanted to make sure the process, first two employees told me to make phone call two days before the event to confirm how many boxes I need, however, when I make phone call two days before my event, the Daniel insisted that they don't take order by phone. 2) I don't have much time to make new coffee plans for my event, so I walk in to the store next day to place orders (and pick up next day morning), first cashier doesn't even know how to place traveler coffee order on her screen which is not enough training of staff. 3) Another lady (looks like more senior) tell me she can help so I switched to her counter, after I explained how many boxes I need for my event, she still tell me to order on Starbucks APP. I tell her I don't drink coffee and never use Starbucks app then she finally willing to use her screen to place order for me. Finally! I really don't know why they're so not willing to help their customers, especially I'm ordering coffee for hundred people. Really disappointed! 4) She also checked with me what size of cups I need, however, when I pickup they didn't give the right size of cups. 5) One traveler coffee should be able to feed 10-12 people with the cup I picked, I ordered 10 boxes which is good for 120 people. But they only gave me ONE small bottle of milk. Also very disappointed. read more

Pass thru Flushing really early am (6:00) on way to work there are sadly few options open so it's Starbucks for the save. The usual Starbucks menu but the vibe of the place is good - the music is pumping and the staff are very diligent attending to orders and plenty of room in front. The seating tables are gone but there is a spacious standing area with bar height countertops against wall with Powermat charging stations. This Starbucks location is amazing! The employees are awesome and you can tell that they enjoy working here. I frequent this location often, usually getting the same drink, a grande green tea latte, unsweetened with nonfat milk or a grande mocha with 1 pump, nonfat milk and no whip cream. Without fail, a lot of the morning staff know how to prepare the drink the way I like it, always remembering to say good morning, referring me by my name. When I picked up my mobile order today, I took a look at the cup and to my surprise, it had "Happy Thanksgiving :)" written on it! Just your average Starbucks but less crowded than the one on 41st avenue. After a long day of school and work I wanted to treat myself with one of my rewards that I have earned. I ordered a trenta pink drink and told the barista I wanted to redeem my free drink reward, but to my dismay she charged my card and pretended she didn't hear me when I asked her about it afterwards. Otherwise I never had trouble redeeming my rewards at any Starbucks in general. She also seemed like she didn't want to be there: no smile, no greeting, low energy in her voice, and she took her sweet time while there were customers waiting to order on line. My boss also ordered a pokemon go frappuccino a while ago through the mobile app and they just prepared a vanilla bean frappuccino for her. A Starbucks employee even told her it was the pokemon go frappuccino when she called the Starbucks after taking a sip. I had both before so I know what they both look and taste like. There was no hint of purple in that drink. Disappointing. read more

This starbucks is very very crowded, right on main street. It's not too small but there are only seven (7) seats! Don't expect to get a seat and sit down quietly on a weekend or friday afternoon. There's pretty good table space considering the lack of seating, and charging stations, but i don't know if they work because they're wireless. They should probably give USB instead but they have outlets for laptop charging! Theres a lot of empty space in the cafe because there's always TONS of people standing around. I've gotten lots of matcha lattes here during happy hour, and they're decently fast for the amount of customers there are, but expect to wait 20-30 min on a very busy day if you get more than one drink. I order mobile so the wait isn't too bad, I waited 8 min after ordering on the app. Not sure if they allow dogs but I brought mine in a carrier, (i don't think they noticed?) I wouldn't go further than that since they have a lot of customers and I'd find it annoying/ rude. The pink drink is as expected (a bit too much ice) and the very berry hibiscus is a bit too bland/ floral for my taste. I expected more berry flavor. And they put too much sweetener, milk and ice in my coffee. Also I suggest asking for light ice since they sometimes will put too much ice when they're rushing to make drinks. read more

Convenient Starbucks located down the block from Citi Bank on Main St. An average Starbucks with very minimal seating and no restroom. Usually busy during rush hours and all the time on weekends. I used to do work here by the bar seating area when it first opened but wouldn't anymore because of the hectic crowd. Great for when you're on the run! read more
