Starbucks is our go to for "fast food", as well as coffee, due to their healthy menu items. I can't say enough about their new lunch box offering (and it's only $8.00)! Not to mention, they offer organic juices and treats for the kiddos too. This Starbucks location has some of the absolute best customer service around. They are always busy, yet never act rushed when with a customer. They go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. They will answer any questions and make suggestions with a pleasant attitude. They act like they appreciate every customer, they smile, laugh and chat. They make it a very welcoming environment. I have made a mistake when placing an order, only to realize when my drink was ready. When I went back to order the drink the way I meant to order it, they insisted on taking care of it! I couldn't believe it! Also, once when they were out of an ingredient for my son's drink, they made a suggestion for a different one. He hated it. (I have to agree with my little guy on this one. It tasted like plain milk and ice). After discussing a few options with him, I found something I thought he would like, went back to order and AGAIN taken care of. Both of those instances were beyond what was required. Yet, they did it. If I didn't love them before, I did then! God only knows what I've spent there since then (no way does my husband!) . Always so slow, the line takes 20 minutes every time. The one on Richmond rd takes 5 minutes for a line the same size.

they will always take forever here. dont expect to go a few minutes before work because you will be late. other than that, very kind people. i got a free drink once bc of the awful service. just be careful- make sure you have 20+ minutes to spare to get through this line read more

Not impressed!!! Driving back from Spring Break, we stopped here at 10:30 pm. The store closed at 11:00 pm. They had already put away the baked goods and were not at all interested in getting anything out, so that our boys could have a snack. There were five other guests and four workers, but only one helping us. The other three were busy cleaning. We ordered four drinks and three were wrong. Stopped by here a few days in a row while in town. Each time, I ordered a venti latte. Each time, the order met my expectations. While waiting on my drink, I noticed some pictures showcasing some of the employees and how they help out in the community. That was nice to see. The only thing that bothered me was the huge curb that you hit when you turn off the street and into the parking lot. No low riding or older vehicles better come up in here if you don't want a jolt to your spine or sparks to fly from underneath your vehicle. Will definitely be back. read more

Great selection of Starbucks coffee/gear...and the employees were genuinely the nicest I have ever come across at a Starbucks. My only complaint is the men's restroom was a bit dirty...but that happens sometimes. read more

I really like coming to this Starbucks because the people who work there are really nice. I never order anything more than a grande coffee or a hot tea, so I cannot comment on the quality of the more complicated drinks. The location could be better. It can be hard to find if you are not familiar with the area, and the parking lot and drive through are too small being the only Starbucks in such a busy shopping area. Simplest Espresso drink in the world to make, 3 shots of Espresso and "Filtered" hot water so the chlorine doesn't react to the acid in the shots. And for whatever reason, more than half the baristas I come across, including the young lady at this store, would rather walk over and use the water from the coffee maker than exert the energy to stand for an extra 5 seconds to ensure that a customers drink is made properly. Sad, but it is becoming the norm at most of the Starbucks I stop at. I guess they don't care about "Espresso Excellence" anymore. Yay! I'm a fan. Very friendly staff at all hours of the day. I come often. There are two other Starbuck's in town, and this one is the best.

Walked in and was greeted by the nice gentleman working the front register on 12/12/16 and asked if I could get the salted caramel mocha even though I didn't see it on the menu. He said he could have it made for me. Asked if I trusted him to make a delicious drink and I, of course, said yes because hot barista was hot. Lol Didn't catch his name, but he gave great customer service and was pleasent to look at. My drink was made in a timely fashion, too, which was great! My favorite coffee stop on the way home. The coffee is always hot and fresh. The servers are friendly and helpful.

This Starbucks was out of two different ingredients in the drinks that I asked for. Also, dirty bathrooms. Will not go here again.

This is probably the least favorite Starbucks I have been to. At most all Starbucks, I'm usually greeted with a warm, friendly barista and as an avid Starbucks fan I've come to expect this. This has never been the case here. They are always rude and preoccupied. Just tonight, I placed my order and all three drinks were iced. When I got to the window they tried to tell me that I ordered one of them hot and the other three people in the car also agreed that I ordered it iced but she seemed to make a big issue that I had said hot and went on to proceed to tell me that they would make it that way for me anyway with a lot of spite in her voice. Had I said the wrong thing I would have gladly taken the hot drink but when three other people also heard me say iced, I expected to get in iced drink. All of this would have been fine had she not had the attitude that she gave me along with the fact to let me know not once but twice but that's not how I ordered it when three other people also heard what I said. Anyway, I'll still have a good day and I hope he gets better along with her co-workers who seem to never be cheery or happy. I'll also continue on loving my Starbucks and I'll try to get to the other one in town before it closes at 8 p.m. read more

I stopped to get coffee this morning with my mother on our way home from a trip at this store and I have never seen what I saw this morning, even after working for years for Starbucks. Our barista did not steam enough coconut milk for my mom's latte, but instead of leaving the half inch of room on top that would have been taken up with foam if my mother wouldn't have requested it without, the barista (Sara) steamed more coconut milk! Even in a hurry she made sure it was exactly what we ordered and paid for, all the way to the top. I am impressed that she did not short cut out of making the drink perfect! read more
