The service and proper training of employees. They always make my drinks incorrectly. I'm tired of always returning for a remake.

Above average location. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The dining room is large and clean.

They don't know how to make coffee I was in there drive through today I had 1 person in front of me and it took them 10min!! As for the coffee if I wanted coffee like the one I got I should of made it at home if it's not the whip cream that they forget it's the way they make it I should of went to valley central way in Lancaster maybe they need training from there and drink some Coffee that would help wake them up in the mornings read more

Under staffed. one staff is in-charge to everything. I remember one time (sunday morning) about 10am, my husband was waiting on the line and waited for about 20 min to order. But we still keeps on coming back, but not during sundays or weekends. read more

This location always takes more than 15 minutes to make a drink. Recently, they have been short staffed and have started closing early as a result. I came by yesterday around 2:30 PM only to learn they closed at 2. One of the baristas told me they would start closing at 2 regularly. Way too early to close a coffee shop but I shrugged it off. Today I walked in at 1:30 to see they're already closed and another barista tells me be they will be closing at 1 regularly every day. Whoever runs this Starbucks needs to be replaced. It's no wonder the people waiting on their coffee look irritated all the time. Tip: Don't pick up your coffee from here on your way to work - you'll be late no matter how early you try to get here in advanced. read more

The employees are cheerful, even under an onslaught of customers. Like many Starbucks within grocery stores there is limited seating. The drinks are well made. They've added one of those ovens, so you can get the bakery items warmed. The closest "real" Starbucks is in Lancaster, so I'm grateful its here. read more

Always great! I had the oatmeal for breakfast and it was delicious. Also, the customer service was amazing.

Took forever to make my one drink, there were 3 workers as well, yet they took longer just to communicate and chat. I understand that in a work place you want to chat w your coworkers and have a good laugh but when there are people waiting for their orders and have places to go would be more convenient to work faster than working as if the customers have all day to wait for their drinks, which we dont. Would be more professional for future to be more up to speed and a bit more considerate of their customers. read more

Love the people behind the counter. My only issue is Albertsons raises the prices on a whim. It costs more to get a frappe there than an actual Starbucks and I don't get to drive through. On another fabulous note my drinks are always perfect and taste amazing! read more

I had a lovely delicious iced caramel coffee with extra whip cream, and a cookie. Nice environment, I don't really like Albertsons, but I can shop in Albertsons and if I feel tired, rest with a caramel coffee till I'm ready to go again. read more

This Starbucks might seems small to some but due to the size of town it is perfect. Many people have complained about small things such as no seating, long lines, and short staff. I go to this Starbucks almost everyday and sometimes more than once. The workers here actually take pride in the drink they make for you and want it to be perfect for you, this may cause some very short delays but is more than worth it in the end. Most of the consumers who frequent this Starbucks are either on the go or purchasing a cup to drink while shopping. They do offer seats to the left of the Starbucks kiosk but many people tend to over look the seating. When it comes to the long lines, I simply have never had to wait behind more than 3 people unless there was a special event going on. If you show up at "Happy Hour" and expect not to wait in line, at ANY Starbucks, you will be sadly disappointed because try as they might, the orders do build up quickly. Once again, because it is a small Starbucks for the small town, there are usually 2-3 people behind the counter, not because they don't want to serve quickly, simply because there is no room! Yes, one day you may approach this Starbucks and there be only one employee behind the counter, this is usually during slower hours and logically they do have to take breaks and leave just one person at the counter. These women and Daniel put everything they have into making sure you enjoy your visit and your drink. They fix errors when they are made aware of them and even ask if your drink tastes right. This is a small town Starbucks with a small town spirit and I love it and love the workers! read more

I really love Starbucks this location is one of my favorites bc their coffee is actually hot unlike others I've been too. I've never really had a bad experience here the only thing was I went in here the other day & their espresso machine was broken but not a big deal bc I know stuff happens some times. This is the only local Starbucks. We went two days in a row. Day one ordered four large drinks, two oatmeal, a pastry and one cookie. One oatmeal prepared with granulated brown sugar, the other not prepared at all. Day two ordered three oatmeal and four large drinks. The oatmeal was totally prepared with dry fruit and nuts, and granulated brown sugar. We were visiting, so both days our host (does not go to Starbucks generally, just for us) placed the order. He has done this several times in our area. I have been to many Starbucks and just the hot water is added, the sugar, nuts and fruit are in small bags. We do not use the fruit, nuts and use only a very small amount of sugar. This granulated sugar seems very sweet. He went back, stood in line and asked for a redo. The girl working was different so she told him that's the way it made here. He said no it isn't because Katy you made it yesterday and it was not the same. She was visibly angry, grabbed the bag set it down and took all order behind him and prepared all of them before ours. I was surprised by the treatment. My experience has been at the many Starbucks I have visited is, if something is incorrect they want to make it right and are always pleasant. read more
