I hate giving such low ratings, but I have to be honest. I went to this Starbucks around 10:30 in the morning on a Friday. I ordered via the drive thru, this alone took 10 minutes. When I was ready to order, they asked me to wait a moment, (five minutes later) I asked if they were still there, just because of how unusual it is for them to take so long. I finally was able to order and went to pay for my drink and sandwich. They forgot to hand me me sandwich, which I had to ask for (not a big deal), but it had already been sitting there, so I was unsure as to why they missed it. As we were driving away, I tasted my drink (I asked for a light version of one of their frapps) and it was clearly not a light version, which would be fine if I was interested in having 60g of sugar in one drink. Not only that, but I looked on the receipt and they had overcharged me for the drink by about a dollar (I go often enough to know exactly how much it should cost, but getting a sandwich was a new thing, so it threw the total amount off). Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. While the coffee and sandwich were good, it shouldn't take 20 minutes to get through a drive-through lane. read more

Super long lines, understaffed, low quality- They had four or five people working and yet we waited 25 min. for our 2 coffees and oatmeal. The drinks tasted like hot chocolate (instead of chestnut praline), and they weren't sure how to put the oatmeal together. They did remake the drink, but we expect a lot more from Starbucks. We've started going to Sacred Ground and find the coffee to be just as good, the lines minimal, and the experience enjoyable. read more

as a coffee shop, yeah i know it is more or different, the place is great. The negative I have is simply signage. The signs behind the cashier are spot-lighted wrong- they glare to such an extent the main one is unreadable. I complained about it- but by the time I left nothing had been done. Coffee was full bodied and tasty. My companion had a flavored hot tea that was excellent as well. Fix the sign! I fully recommend the place. Good seating inside and out. read more

Very rude! had a total of 5 drinks, first drink was wrong so it was remade. Sticker said no whip and asked for a sip lid. It wasn't given to us,lady over hears and she just THREW LID IT AT US! our kids chocolate milk didn't have the ice and whip like we asked.iced coffee did not have the half n half creamer, I had to add it from the bar, creamer did not have a label. our last drink took forever to make, she made 3 other drinks before making ours. We walked in about 10 minutes before closing time. As soon as we order an employee was walking around telling people that it was time to leave because they were closing. I have never seen an employee tell customers to leave. Once we got our drinks and started to leave they had already started to shut everything down. We will not be returning. read more

I have read most of the past reviews on this location and can say nothing with the service has changed in the last 8 months. SLOW is the right word. We've popped in a few times while out running errands and it's the same. Yesterday, we walked in to a long line and literally walked out, got in our vehicle and went through the drive thru. It is a bit faster. I hope the manager reads the YELP reviews and tries to make changes to improve service. Most of your customers aren't hanging out for the free wifi, but even that customer wants their favorite beverage quickly and accurately. It is Starbucks. The staff is friendly and they don't seem to be short handed each time we've visited. Perhaps they need additional training and a sense of urgency? read more

I like this store and this team of people ALOT. They work hard to make sure the customer is happy and that the customer gets what they ordered. It's hard in a tourist town to take care of each and every person in just minutes, especially when most people are ordering multiple items for their families. If you don't want to wait, mobile order and pay! Take it easy on these guys and ladies tho, they are just trying to get up every day and do a good job. Please be understanding that the people in front of you might have ordered several drinks and sandwiches or pastries. That takes time. Thanks! read more

This is probably the worst service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks! I had to wait almost half an hour for my drink! I kindly asked the barista if my drink was almost out and she asked me how long I had been waiting and I told her almost half an hour she starts looking for my ticket and replies to me "do you even still want it?"... I finally get my drink after another five minutes of waiting so I decided to call the Starbucks after I had left the manger is probably the rudest person I've ever talked to! I told her about my experience and she told me "it's hard to believe you because we have the best scores in the region" and she hang up with me! As a fellow barista, I have to say that the morning crew at this store is a hot mess. Whoever was running everything was definitely not organized, and they didn't seem concerned to get things moving as far as the line around the building and out the door. The baristas moved extremely slow and would wait upwards of 10 minutes between taking orders inside, and as a barista, I would never do that. read more

As a fellow Starbucks partner I've never been more appalled in my life. I waited in line for 30 minutes to place my order while 4 baristas wandered around the store doing nothing. They took my friends hot americano and poured it over ice when he stated that it was supposed to be iced rather than remaking it. The woman taking my order was unreasonably rude and wouldn't let my group stay on the same dot but neglected the people sitting on the closed off furniture inside. A few of the baristas on bar were very vocally complaining to customers rather than just shutting up and getting the job done. The night crew was absolutely amazing but I would never come here again in the morning. read more

Was there Nov. 30 at approximately 330pm. First it took a few minutes for anyone to recognize I was waiting to place an order. Staff was really caught up in their personal chatter. When my order was finally taken, the young lady making my order spent more time talking to her co worker than making my Frappuccino. When she finally finished, she just flung it across the counter at me. I was shocked. Starbucks are usually staffed by very professional and courteous people. Not the case here. read more

Slowest Starbucks ever! I have been in many Starbucks' with long lines and I have never waited as long as I waited here. They didnt appear to be understaffed, just really slow. The wait time was close to 30 minutes and if I hadnt have been watching when the guy made my drink, it would have been wrong. The next day we tried the drive though because the line was short. It still took much longer than usual (although not 30 minutes this time) and the iced coffee I ordered came out as a hot carmel macchiatto. As a former employee, or "partner", I was embarrassed by this Starbucks. Only one barista had ever even heard of my drink and knew how to make it. The store manager seemed surprised when she found a button on the register to ring it up, although she said she had been at this store since it opened. If that was the case, how did the other barista know the drink and the manager did not?? One morning while we were there the line at the counter was getting rather long. Instead of going down the line starting drinks, the barista at the bar walked away and went into the back room while orders were being taken. I can state for a fact this is NOT Starbucks protocol. I think with the proper management and training this could be a much better store. read more

Awful! I've been to Sbux all over and this ranks near the bottom. Out of stock of everything. Understaffed and those that were there were bickering with each other. None of the knew how to do or make anything - all kept asking mgr how to do everything Incredibly long wait for relatively few customers. Joined Yelp just so I could leave this review.
