*Discriminatory against families and kids.* We have long been fans of this location, bringing our kiddos every Sunday for more than a year. They're toddlers, and they love the staff and the experience. But today we were told our family would not be welcome back and "should be kicked out" because of a new policy all Starbucks stores have regarding disruptive behavior. We asked for an explanation of what our kiddos, or we, did in violation because we always want to help our kids learn and because we've cherished this location and its staff. We were told our kiddos did nothing other than one of them touched a cup when we were ordering a second round of food and drinks. We asked again what was disruptive, and the staff member, who has been kind and helpful in the past, told us to read the policy and we wouldn't be welcome back with our kids. We always want to help our kiddos learn, and we tend to leave public settings if they're being disruptive. We even offered to pay for whatever item one of them touched while we were making a second order. But today, our kiddos were sitting in their chairs eating and drinking their milks and being friendly with staff. No loud noises. No spills. No running. Nothing at all. So when we were approached and told we "should be kicked out" and would not be welcome back, we were shocked. The experience felt very discriminatory toward families and felt like a complete misuse of a policy that I support. No one wants to enjoy Sunday coffee around disruptive customers. But our family was just enjoying the day when we were unfairly and embarrassingly targeted. The worst part of the experience is that this ruined what had become a fun weekly Sunday outing for our kiddos. read more

Great service! Hayden has taken my order a few times at this location and she is so friendly and helpful. Her customer service is on point, she asks all the questions to get your order just right, and she remembered me - which is impressive for someone who works in such a busy location. This location's drive through is usually packed out to the street, it's kind of a tricky spot to turn in to, but it's well worth parking and coming in. A+ ambiance, spot on vibes. It's an oddly shaped building tucked into the hillside, lots of plants outside the windows and very moody lighting in here. It's a great spot to sit and chill with some friends or get some work done if you've got some good noise cancelling headphones. Lots of different kinds of seating areas and options. I don't think I've ever seen the inside completely full, so I can usually count on sitting down in here. The coffee, of course, is excellent. They make a textbook white mocha, the iced coffee here is mellow and rich, and the pumpkin spice lattes are the best I've had from any Starbucks location. I'll be back tomorrow! read more

Pretty large Starbucks open late with a drive through. Every time I've been there the service has been really nice and the baristas are really sweet.. albeit busy. There's parking available and there's nice soft seating as well as some people so you can get work done or you can visit with a friend. read more

I went to Starbucks because I got a free drink on my birthday for having their app. You can get any size, any drink. This is a really nice perk. I got a large Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, decaf, light ice. They made it perfectly as always. I want to give a shoutout to the incredible staff at the foothill Starbucks. Every time I go in they are kind and greet me with a smile, and always make my drink perfectly. I do want to say this afternoon I witnessed bad behavior from a patron. This woman actually yelled at one of the staff while the store was packed. The staff were extremely busy and trying to help people. I think it's shameful for patrons who should know better, are so cruel and impatient. I would ask that we do a better job to be kinder to the people who try to help us. thank you Starbucks crew. I think you're great. read more

This is the closest location to where I live so I frequent it often and the customer service in the past year has declined exponentially as well as the cleanliness of the facility. Workers now mumble over the drive thru and are incredibly unfriendly at the window. As a former Starbucks employee, this does not follow the attitude the company expects. This for me is excusable as long as I get what I paid for quickly. However, my latest grievance was yesterday when I found a balled up gum wrapper in my sandwich bag. Absolutely disgusting. I know well that chewing gum is against the rules as an employee, and there's no reason the wrapper showed up in my food bag without serious incompetence from the worker. Yummy and laid back environment . I have never had a problem with custom orders. Order on the app it gets made faster.

I am sorry, but this location is a mess. Poor customer service, long waits and untrained employees make this an unpleasant experience. Today I was reminded why I avoided it for a while. Ordered 2 cakepops from the display. It took 10 mins to be handed to me and only after I had to ask for them couple of times. Those cake pops are 2 feet to the left to the register. The person who took my order was a new trainee and had to ask for help, first for the pink cakepop, then for the blue cakepop. Fine, I can understand that. But then 8 mins waiting and having to ask twice what is going on just to be told rather forcefully that "sir, don't you see we're a little busy right now". The manager on site was someone named "Stacey" who instead apologizing, berated me for having the audacity of questioning the long line. I get it, employees are new but really - you have customer waiting 10 mins to get a cake pop and you don't see this as a problem??? What happened to Starbucks? I went to this Starbucks and ordered a grande cold brew. After my drink was made I asked for a little bit of soy milk to put on top, literally 2 tablespoons worth. The barista seemed put off by this request and informed me to next time let the cashier know that I want soy because it's an extra charge. Now, I'm a gold card member and loyal Starbucks customer. It's Starbucks. They're all the same. The coffee is mediocre and the food processed to the point it will survive a nuclear holocaust, but when no other caffeine alternative is around, it'll do. Parking can be tricky at this location. The patio is small, but shaded and has a fair amount of comfy seating. My go-to Starbucks drink is a two pump iced mocha. read more

Usually I am pretty satisfied with this location, but today was ridiculous. I ordered a steamed milk with almond flavoring and a carved ham and swiss sandwhich. I received a steamed almond milk which while I can see could be an easy mistake to make, but is completely different than what I ordered especially when I took care to not phase it as almond milk. Secondly the sandwich I ordered was not warmed all the way through and I bit into a half frozen sandwich. Gross! Overall really disappointing today. read more

This was an absolutely awful place to go. I have been there at least 10 times , and every single time my expirience has not changed. The people are rude, inconsiderate, and absolutely awful workers! I know a woman, who is right by my office across the street, who goes in and buys a coffee everyday. The barista put her coffee too close to the edge and when she grabbed it it spilled. The barista yelled at her and complained that she had to clean it up, regardless that that is her job!! 1/10 would not reccomend going here, find another coffee shop in the area. read more

Horrible. Just horrible. There's a "barista" who works at this location who becomes nearly hostile when she's asked to do anything she considers "extra," like warm up a sandwich. Today I ordered a mocha and a sandwich, and she showed her anger by first telling me that warming up my sandwich would mean a lot of extra effort on her part and time on mine. When that did not dissuade me, she prepared my mocha so horribly that it doesn't even taste remotely like a mocha. She filled it up just past halfway, not nearly as full as it usually is. Since it's impossible for anyone to drink this, oh well. This is beyond disgusting. I've never been treated this way at any other Starbuck's location. Avoid it. read more
