There are not many "third space" locations in this part of town, so this Starbucks is a welcome place to have a meeting or get some refreshment while working in this part of town. On my most recent visit, there was no way to order in advance via the app. It looks like the drive through is very popular in this location. read more

I've come in a couple of times usually a hit or miss This time was a very good experience. I had a chicken sandwich with the pink drink. I don't recall the name of the sandwich but it had chicken and bacon! The bacon immediately caught my attention, and it made a perfect filling lunch before I had to go back into work. The pink drink was a perfect blend of coconut milk and hibiscus. The pink drink was so refreshing it had me awake and happy all day. I also came and got presents to send to my family that are out of state. I got the cup series of San Antonio to send them a little reminder of home. This was a perfect spot to get a snack, drink, and gift for the family all in one. read more

The only reason I'm giving them one star. At the time of my visit there was no one at this location. I went through the drive through and they took forever to do fill my order just over 15 minutes. While I looked inside the window they were fully staffed. One staff member even went by the window while on the phone. I waited too long for my drinks. This is a new Starbucks and the workers already seem well trained. They are pleasant, helpful and efficient. In between serving customers they were restocking their stations and tidying up. The barista made sample Frappuccino and delivered them to tables (salted caramel mocha and matcha green tea creme were both AMAZING). This is a great store. Coffee shops are on every corner; they're only as good as their workers. read more

Came in to order a coffee. I specifically asked to leave room in the coffee because I wanted to add ice and cream. When I received my coffee it was filled to the top. I informed the server side I need to add my items. She proceeds to tell me I needed to tell the order person as head of time. Well I wanted to say I did tell her. This particular location was awful! Service took too long for 2 pour over coffees and a sandwich. One of the "baristas" (it we're gonna call him that) was on his phone texting most of the time, the others were standing around or talking amongst themselves while customers (myself included) waited. When I pointed out to the young lady who took my order that I was still waiting on a sandwich, she simply stated that they were pretty busy... Yeah, busy doing nothing! Ok ok if anyone knows me I love starbucks I visit everyday sometimes twice in a day. But this location omg is the slowest as I'm writing my review waiting in line 10 min no one has moved in the DT line. So placed my order on mobile app. So now another 5 min the line moved up 1 car minus the 2 cars that decided to come in. I dont know why this one takes so long. I only come to this one because its the closest to my moms. Total time for me to get my drink 20 min. But forgot my daughter's bread and another 10 min for the bread. Ok! The more I stop at the location the friendlier the staff gets ! My barista Eli was chatty and cheerful- completely made my night. My salted Carmel mocha was great too! They even had the salt topping in stock.. which If you know- you know.. this time of year they start running out so it's extra special when they have it. read more

The coffee is good. Just very annoyed that I had to wait almost 30 minutes for one out of my two drinks. I get that it's Starbucks and they're busy but damn I've never had to wait that long at this location only to get half my order. The service at this location was bad and the store is dirty. Avoid this location if possible. I stopped by this Starbucks and went through the drive-thru. I ordered a box of coffee for everyone at work. The barista told me it would be a 10 minute wait (as I expected) so that they could brew a fresh pot for my large order. I pulled up to the window and sat there for about 3-5 minutes before anyone came to the window. I parked my car and went inside to wait for my order. There were two coffee spills in the store just left there with no apparent attempt to be mopped or cleaned. After about 10 minutes the barista tells me they accidentally brewed the wrong amount and it would be another 10 minutes while they brewed enough. What bothered me was that she didn't apologize nor offer to make it up in anyway. Having worked in the food and bar industry most of my life, I would have said "I'm so sorry! We made a mistake! It will be another 10 minute wait. Can I offer you a water or a bagel while you wait?" The overall attitude was that it seemed like the baristas were bothered to be at work. Do not use the mobile app to order at this location on a Friday morning. Twenty minutes later and the drink still wasn't ready, nor was it in the queue. I asked. Seems to be a management issue, as the two drink makers were very overwhelmed. I've never had to walk out without getting my drink before, but I had clients waiting at my work for me. Decided to try out this Starbucks again with my friend after several bad experiences, NEVER AGAIN, they do NOT know how to make coffee or serve customers, they need to be trained!!!!!!!!! My friend ordered a vanilla bean frap for her son and they forgot to give it to her , well she goes in, it's sitting there melted and the man goes "oh do u want it remade?" She said yes.. he walks back and says ok here u go" LOLLL DEFINITELY WAS NOT REMADE !!!!!!!! The time on the order sticker was 15 minutes earlier. So it was all melted and disgusting for her son.
