Let me tell you!!!! I was hesitant to get coffee at this place because I've been having really bad experiences with coffee at any coffee shop but I can tell you definitely I recommend this place. They don't have a place inside to eat, but they do have a walk walk up to the window, which I didn't mind cause I was washing next-door. Ohhhh oh my God, when I got my cinnamon cold brew I was like it's gonna be bland. It's gonna taste just like water, but NOPE!!! it was PERFECT!!! Yesssssss. I could taste the coffee and the cinnamon on top omg it just added more flavor!!! Add its actually Coffee!!!!, which I appreciated and I loved it because I been disappointed with lots of coffee places and end up making my own but I finally found a spot!!! Ohhhh, and... , let me tell you about the everything bagel, it was warm, savory beef patty, melted cheese and!!!. I did not expect it to be spicy, but I LOVED it because every other place I go to I always ask for Sauce, hot sauce and this place did not need and oh my God I WILL keep coming DEFINITELY!! The line is always short (not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing) but I believe it's because of the location. Nonetheless, I've never had a bad experience here. The service is always wonderful! I pass this location pretty often and today was looking for a warm drink with our cold weather. The building is fairly small with a drive thru being their main way to order. I pulled up and was responded to quickly over the intercom. Their menu has a lot of similar items that you'd find at a coffee shop like breakfast items and pastries. I ordered a turtle latte which was hot and delicious when I received it. I also ordered their cake pops which were fantastic! Don't sleep on Scooter's! Scooters is my go to coffee spot. I love their blended coffees. They actually taste like coffee but it's a perfect blend not overpowering. They also have an app where you can pay and earn points to for free drinks. They run specials every month. Last month they had $1 any size hot or iced coffee and this month they have $2 XL teas and lemonades. The drive thru is quick and the attendants are always welcoming. In comparison to Star$ and DBros the price and deals are way better for a very similar if not better quality. read more

I stopped at the new location on Austin Highway, but my opinion shouldn't vary because of location. First, the coffee is fine. They were switching out brews when I was there so dark roast was the only unflavored coffee available at the time. It is good coffee, without the burnt flavor of Starbucks. And, while you may be willing to pay for the convenience of getting a breakfast sandwich with your coffee, in a city where you can get good drive-thru breakfast tacos everywhere, paying nearly $5 for a prepackaged, reheated breakfast sandwich makes little sense. They taste fine, but they're just not your best option for a drive-thru breakfast. read more

The long awaited Scooters Coffeehouse has called the Far West Side it's home! I noticed this past week that the newest coffee drive thru in town opened up shop and had to stop by and check it out! Went on a Saturday morning around 9am, there was not a big line at all to my surprise so we were up to order. I got the iced caramelicious and my wife ordered the hot caramelicious. The employees are very friendly and acknowledge the rewards app to earn point and get special discounts when you sign up! All in all about what you expect to pay at the other coffee drive thru, the drink was rich in caramel and great coffee to go with it topped with whip cream made for an excellent morning pick me up! We also ordered the Caramelicious Muffin heated up it was good and perfect amount of sweetness, crumbles a bit too fast so careful eating it in the car! Perhaps it was an off day. My coffee tasted like water with coconut flavor and coconut milk. The coffee grinds needed to be changed. The cold mocha drink my son ordered was flavorful, therefore this place gets two stars. He goes to school nearby and found this location online, as I needed a caffeine jolt and wanted to get a cup of coffee. I got a cup, it had hot water in it, it was dark in color, but I can only assume it was coffee, as it had no flavor to it. For an outfit established in 1998, you'd think that after 25-26 years in business, they could make a plain cup of coffee that tastes like coffee. In the future, I will 'scoot' past Scooters and go somewhere where a black cup of coffee tastes like coffee. read more

Skip Starbucks, Dutch Bros, or Dunkin, and try Scooters instead. This place has been my go-to after discovering them a month or so ago. If you like the taste of actual coffee, they're espresso is phenomenal. I wonder if they use their own beans. Regardless, the coffee is 10/10. The service alone makes me want to come back. I don't ever feel rushed, and the line doesn't take 30 minutes like some nearby places. Everyone has a smile on their face, and they're generous when it comes to discounting. On my first visit, I was given a 30% off coupon just because. They have an app which follows an older point system model (preferred). Instead of building points to receive a free donut and spending tirelessly for a free drink, you work towards 180 points for it. Similar to how Dunkin did it before switching their model. When I went back with my paper coupon (after it expired, oops) they had no issue still taking it. Oh and they offer a military discount (which can be stacked with in app coupons) unlike the Dunkin on Military Dr. my only critique would be that I tried they're peanut butter protein smoothie, and I was bored with it. Felt that it lacked banana or something to give it a better taste. Their fruit smoothies I'm sure are better. I'll stick with the coffee, after all it's a coffeehouse.
