I really really wanted to like this place because of the aesthetics, but my experience there was nothing above average. The space itself is minimal and smaller than I expected. The storefront is also a bit hidden, with not much natural foot traffic. I'm not sure it's worth a trip here if you're not in the area. I got the iced yuzu tea and ube pan. The yuzu tea was really yummy, but the ube pan was disappointing. (The tea comes either hot or iced, and I chose iced.) The ube pan tasted quite doughy/floury, and the texture wasn't much better. I expected it to be fluffier and lighter than it was. The ube filling wasn't very ube-y at all; if I closed my eyes and didn't see that it was purple, I'd be at a loss to even guess that it was ube flavored. The sweet butter that comes with it was also hard and wasn't easily spreadable at all. A definite pass on the ube pan, especially at its price point of almost $5.

This is an interesting coffee shop with a unique take on morning drinks and pastries. Service was great and barista was exceptional. One thing that took me off guard was the high prices and drink quality. The fruit danish was $7.00 which was a crazy price for a small pastry. The drink was impressive but not my style. I had the orange shaken expression. It looked beautiful, but the taste was unexpected and not my preference for a morning drink.

I've lived in San Antonio for 2 years and had no idea this gem existed until I saw an ad pop up on instagram yesterday. Wow! Just wow. This place is a whole vibe. Immediately felt my shoulders relax with the calm minimalistic aesthetic and chill soundtrack. No way could this place feel amazing AND offer legit espresso drinks, right? Wrong. My iced oat milk latte was so smooth and perfectly balanced sweetness. My husband's cortado was *chef's kiss.* Pastries were so delish that we got some to go. This place isn't close to my house, but I don't care. I'll be back. Thank you Oak & Saint!

Cozy/chill aesthetic coffee shop and friendly & helpful customer service. The ube bread was 3 out of 5. - small for the price - good but not that good - the butter given was good with the bread Iced Lattes - the mocha with oat milk was delicious, thou the mocha wasn't as deep as i would like but still good - vanilla w/ oat milk was good as well The drinks don't seem to be too sweet which is a plus for me.

Not impressed! Super frustrated to have driven 30 minutes out of my way to come to this place to find out they closed early.

The Ube pan came with some sweet butter and was delicious; would definitely get it again.

They used to have a great sommelier who was fun , knew his stuff and always engaging - now I almost feel like I am bothering them by dining. To be fair, it's skeleton staff which worked as we were there at lunch but as the Pearl was crowded - no clue how they would cope with a large crowd as even we came close to leaving and going somewhere else twice : One when we were handed a paired down menu - my husband has always loved their beer list as they have some rare finds and at first it appeared that was gone - but they do have a full menu and he found some good picks! And second when we almost gave up on the next round! That said is a beautiful space with so many great wines - I enjoyed their bubbles flight ( it's not on the menu but they do offer to curate flights based on your likes) , my husband found some stellar beers and we enjoyed a cheese / charcuterie plate and flatbread! Will still always love coming here and recommend it but it's not as fun or inviting as it used to be !

Our twelve guests ranged in age from 14-79 years, and everyone had a wonderful experience. We began with waters for the table, soft drinks, and cocktails/mocktails (Man Walks into a Bar, Amba No. 5, Don Alberto, Green Shug Collins). Due to our large party, we had booked a chef's tasting experience, which was spectacular. The appetizers were plentiful, flavorful, and unique. Our server, Anissa, did a wonderful job of explaining each dish-- its components, highlights, even suggesting that after finishing the beef dumplings, we stir the oil and yogurt together for an amazing pita dipping sauce. Our meal included four meats-- actually five, considering an off menu chef's creation for our pescatarian guest. It was such an immersive experience, I never took out my phone to capture photos of the food (or our group, sadly). Three desserts topped off the evening. When (not if) we return, we'll certainly request Anissa again. She made the evening a complete delight, even bringing out celebratory candles for our honored guests.

Overall, I'd say most of the people in our group probably would not go back, but I don't necessarily think that was because the food was bad or lacking flavor. I think a lot of us just weren't very accustomed to Mediterranean flavor profiles and this style of dining. Most of us really enjoyed the dips, the meats, and the desserts. Those were definitely the standout parts of the meal for our group. Some of the dishes in between were a little more questionable for us personally -- we tried everything, but there wasn't necessarily one specific dish we completely fell in love with. That being said, the experience itself was amazing. The atmosphere was so cool and unlike anything we had done before. Being served course after course and getting to experience so many different dishes made the meal feel really unique and memorable. All of the staff members who waited on us were absolutely fantastic and so understanding of some of our questioning looks while trying unfamiliar foods. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the experience feel fun and comfortable from start to finish. If you already love Mediterranean food, this place may be right up your alley. I just think it's good to know what kind of flavor profiles to expect before coming, especially if you're newer to this type of cuisine. Overall, we still had a great time there.

Service is super quick here especially if you are trying to grab something quickly and continue your exploration around this area. The price point on the cocktails and beers here are super reasonably especially for the area. Happy Hour is daily too so don't sleep on going over here to grab a drink or a canned beer The colorful menus draw you in besides the charm of the nicest bartenders here. There is a drink for every drinker here that includes non-alcoholic (NA) drinks as well so don't be shy. If you see something on the menu that calls you get it. Your drinks will be carefully created right in front of you and with the freshest herbs (like lavender and dry fruits) and juices you can find on this side of 281. My friend and I ended up getting a couple of drinks off their seasonal menu. I got a lavender lemonade and she opted for an Aperol spritz cocktail that we took outside to enjoy the sunshine while daydreaming about living inside The Pearl. The amount of history in this building where the Park Bar is located is remarkable and fascinating. It was super cool to be drinking in such a historic building that used to be a bottling department that would bottle the beers back in the day.
