This is the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. I don't usually buy expensive coffee and when I do I absolutely expect to at the very least be paid attention to when ordering a $9 cup of coffee. My order was repeated back to me twice incorrectly and then when I got to the window the drink was hot not cold, which I said the 3 times I had to reorder it. So I waited for another drink to be made in the drive through. When I finally got it, there were no words spoken at all, never a I'm sorry or have a nice day or anything. Came in yesterday to work from there on my laptop with my girlfriend as we usually do. We ordered 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches, when my girlfriend goes to ask if she can use the restroom, the batista at the register with pink hair, rudely asked her if she plans to buy anything. I understand if they want to make the bathroom "customers only" but there's a way to ask someone. And we had been sitting at the table right in front of the register for about 30 mins drinking and eating. When I heard how she asked my girlfriend, I was surprised. Incredibly rude tone, mannerism. When my girlfriend pointed out that we had coffees and food, the batista couldn't even apologize, just gave her the code and that was it. We left right after. read more

In this hot summer day,almost 100 degree weather,they were unable to give an iced water. Even smaller business and other locations accommodate for their uber or pickup drivers. Plus being a customer earlier in the day. That's just makes the place look money hungry when even the smaller coffee shops and the gas stations give out free water. AMBIENCE: Normal Starbies look, lots of Christmas around (Ho Ho Ho) so it was festive, but sadly overshadowed by the chaos occurring at the pick up area. 3/5 SERVICE: Well, we mobile ordered to get our drinks before getting breakfast. Still no sign of our drinks. One was right - Yay! The other was only part-right (boo). I told the barista it was missing stuff, and she asked me "what is it missing". I kindly pointed her to the label so she could read the missing items. (I'm not the barista but looking at it you can see it was not right. 1/5 So, I love Starbies...but this one I'll avoid for sure. They were not friendly, no process to get drinks out....chaos. Please make sure your drive thru employees are equipped to give good service even while stressed. Just ordered a bottle of water separate from my order at the drive thru window (forgot to order ahead)- not something that needed to be made. And I was met with a funky face, irritated body language when turning around to grab the bottle and an unnecessary comment to be sure I order everything ahead of time. The negative vibe I got from this woman, who was wearing pink today but didn't see a name tag) was frustrating as I wasn't asking for much. LOVE THIS STARBUCKS! They offer specialty drinks and make great recommendations based on what you're looking for. The staff is very friendly. This does tend to be busy, but the service is great so why wouldn't customers want to give this place business. You can also order through the app if you're in a rush! They are very accommodating. Nice location. Nice view. Weather was nice. The restroom were gender specific and a guy went in to do #2, I assumed because of the amount of time he was inside, so I was stuck waiting outside the door. After about 5min I entered the female restroom and to my surprise there was no lock on the door so I jetted out as fast as I could before a lady came around the corner and found me inside. Neutral restroom would be awesome. I don't know if that's a Texas thing to have neutral restrooms or maybe this location but that would be a nice upgrade to change to neutral for this specific reason. It would have been easy for me to walk into the other restroom and handle my business. #1 that is. Overall great location and great team of baristas on hand that welcomed EVERYONE and gave really great service. Looking through my past reviews I noticed that the only Starbucks locations I have reviewed are places where I received notoriously poor service. That's probably a bit unfair, because I am a regular Starbucks customer, and most of the stores I've visited have given me decent service. I looked up this store because I was staying in a hotel nearby. It had a couple of one-star reviews, didn't sound great--but since it was so close, I decided to try it anyway. My experience was great. I came at 9:00am. There was a large crew working. They all greeted me when I walked in. My order was prepared quickly, and they got every item just right. This is how Starbucks is supposed to be. It's also clean, inviting, with space to plug in and work. Thumbs up. read more

I was in the drive through line waiting for my prepaid mobile drink and 3 cars ahead of me, the girl pulls out her full piece of paper to start reading her entire order. (literally ordering the entire menu) She takes a LONG time placing her order of course and was holding up all the cars behind her. I pull up, finally to the pickup window and ask the Starbucks worker at the window if they limit the orders at all? She respond with "no, there's nothing she can do about it." Yes! It was bound to happen with a new ground up all within a few feet away from previous location. You have to keep in mind, the old location accommodated Starbucks as tenants in a much smaller space with common shared walls and no drive-thru. Fast forward, corporate and stakeholders along with public planning approved this ground up location. Geographically it's easy to access from (3) major streets for ingress and egress thus eliminating heavy delays. The immediate parking is limited but on the flip, it's a retail location along with commercial office space which offers more parking should you have to park adjacent. Expect to find all your services along with courtesy Wi-Fi, outdoor seating, cozy interior, warm lighting, exposed open ceilings, drive-thru, lounge etc. I'm pretty sure all of us early birds, regulars, commuters, students from nearby med school welcome this newly built structure. This Starbucks has awesome customer service and on top of that, they always get my order done accurately in a timely manner, which is always helpful if you're in a hurry. This morning, my co-worker and I decided to stop by and grab some coffee before getting our early shift started; Monica, if I can remember correctly, was the employee working the drive-thru and she was pleasant. However, this Starbucks does seem to be a bit too small for my liking and the parking can be a disaster because of the popular shops in the nearby plaza, especially if you go around noon. So perhaps try going earlier in the day or later on in the evening. Nonetheless, this is great location! read more

We were in a rush, so we stopped at the first coffee shop we found, which happened to be this one. 1. They got our order wrong the first time. 2. My "hot" coffee was lukewarm (didn't realize it until I got in the car) 3. They don't allow you to put in your own cream and sugar, so both of our coffees tasted terrible. My wife's coffee was pure creamer and my cold coffee didn't taste like it had any sugar in it. This is ridiculous, I want to be able to tune my coffee according to my taste. Not allowing this is irrational hysteria. 4. All of the employees had masks, so I assume that the manager was still making them wear it. Talk about cruel working conditions. The amount of CO2 that collects in the masks can potentially exceed OSHA safety limits. After this experience, we ended up going to McDonalds for coffee. It tasted much better, it was hot and we paid less than half the price of Starbucks. The employee at the McDonalds even put on a new pot for us. We try to support local coffee shops as much as possible, but when in corporate-land, McDonalds is the way to go for coffee! read more
