Not all dutch bros are created equal. I didn't like this location. The ones in San Bernardino are way better. The employees here aren't very friendly nor welcoming like other locations. Also the drinks at this location are way toooooo sweet compared to other locations. Not a fan! Most definitely won't be returning. read more

I've been going here for a few months because it's close to the house. For the 3rd time they served me a half empty cup of medium hot mocha. Tip or don't tip they don't care your cup feels light. They try and mask it with the whip cream which I didn't ask for to make it look like it's full. They short you on the coffee while the prices of things are through the roof. At least give me what I'm paying for.. that's the last time I'll be going there. Too bad.. zero stars!! read more

Drinks are always milky!!! Every time this has happened previously it was a chai (which is half chai mix and half milk) so I can see how it can easily be made milky. But now this is a golden eagle Breve. 2 shots with milk up to the 8 ounce mix line with ice and then whip and somehow it is still this milky?? I don't know if the broistas get too stressed with 5 cars in the line that they rush and over-pour milk but I am continuously disappointed with this location, which sucks bc it is on my direct route from home work and school read more

Every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly and genuinely upbeat, like they actually enjoy being there, which is contagious in the best way. I just got back home after ordering from here this morning. I ordered an iced golden eagle & an annihilator -- both just tasted like nothing but milk!! There was absolutely no coffee in either of them. I basically paid for cold milk. What the hell. I looked at the ingredients for both drinks, and there should be espresso in both. I tasted nothing but milk. Both drinks were also the same color -- no differentiation. I've never been disappointed by a Dutch Bros until now. Wasted money and gas. read more

And for those who expect them to be perfect all the time they live in a fantasy world life is not perfect and sometimes you drink is wrong. Get over it. It doesn't bother me if they want to be friendly if you're in a big hurry go to Starbucks. That coffee sucks and it taste like it's burnt grounds. This location has been very hit or miss. Some days the drinks are decent, but they're far from consistent. My boyfriend and I used to come here because it's convenient, but after multiple visits, we've had several drinks that tasted strongly of chemicals, which is honestly concerning. The first time it happened, I gave the benefit of the doubt and had my drink remade. However, this has now occurred more than once, and it's no longer something we can overlook. For a place that specializes in drinks, consistency and quality should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, this repeated issue has made us reconsider coming back. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses whatever is causing these off-tasting drinks. read more

My first experience at Dutch Bros was great, my friends and I walked up to the window to order our coffees. Antonio was super kind and helpful while I was deciding on what to order. We got our coffees quickly after ordering and I enjoyed a banana bread latte with a soft top. It was perfectly balanced and delicious (also not overly sweet)! I went yesterday and my drink was terrible even after they remade it. the first time I went they made me call someone I know that works at a different Dutch bros what half extra sweet is. I had the worst experience today. I drove up trying to order a drink and the service was horrible. It took them 20 minutes to get my one drink after that. The drink was filled halfway up with ice and had terrible flavoring just tasted like plain lemonade. I was very underwhelmed with the menu only seeing coffee. They had like two other drinks non-coffee add for some people that don't drink coffee this made me furious. I ordered a cake pop being underwhelmed about the drink thinking the cake pop would cheer me up. I took a bite into my warm, soggy cake pop and it was disgusting. It tasted like scrambled eggs and dog food. and about two hours later I threw up. Don't recommend go to a soda shop if you're looking for something good the atmosphere was fine but they should really make a sit down area inside with air conditioning. I absolutely love having a Dutch closer to home, I had such a great experience my most recent visit over the weekend. I was helped by Tarran, and although she was standing in the pouring rain and absolutely drenched, had the best attitude and was very helpful with helping me decide what drink to order as well as make the appropriate substitutions for my dietary restrictions. I've come to this location several times, and unfortunately the experience has been pretty consistent. The workers taking orders in line often sound annoyed or rushed when speaking to me, even when there aren't many cars. On top of that, my drinks have been made incorrectly more than half the time I've come through. I understand this location is new and everyone may still be learning the flow of things, but the attitude and repeated mistakes have made it difficult to want to keep coming back to this shop. read more

First off I was excited to come and get a sweet treat! Plus I was craving the dulce de leche freeze so perfect; but instead when we arrived the employee Maritere R helped us out and took our order. She responded to us as if they were in a rush when there was only 2 cars ahead of us at 9:50pm. I was able to just ignore that and just excited for my drink. Then we got the drink and omggg!!! I always get this drink so I know how it should taste or I guess expect it to taste and gee! Both drinks were sooo sugary like waayyy more than they should've been. It tasted just like throwing a drink together and you know how it should look like but not the measurements. I took two sips and couldn't even drink anymore. Anyways I went back to get a refund because they were already rude in the beginning and then made our drinks wrong so I just didn't want to bother them anymore. When I asked for the refund she didn't even bother asking what was wrong or how they can fix it or even apologize! Never coming to this location again, vibes are always off and they don't do their job right especially because I've already had a bad experience prior to this one. read more
