Received a reward offer for $3 Amy handcrafted drink and since I don't care for fancy sweet drinks with too much ice, I chose the vanilla sweet cream cold brew with no ice and venti. There was an empty store on a Sunday at noon and so my drink came out immediately. I paused to write my review since it was so quiet inside and I was in a long walk after church. I deducted one star only because employees didn't know how to use coupon and the terms were vague so they had to figure out what I could order without being charged extra. It's okay just a learning experience and they solved it! Just an FTI that management might want to teach their employees about the coupons they offer their customers so employees are properly prepared and trained to handle situations as they arise. There is something special about this location. I have been here a couple of times and each time is enjoyable. I usually get the same rotation of items, but I have been on a double espresso kick. I also paired it with some bacon and gruyère eggs bites. To my surprise, I was offered the option to have them served in a real mug and on a real plate. That is a first! The second time I came, the barista brought everything to my table. How nice! I had a couple things to handle on my laptop. Enjoyed my bite and espresso, then tended to the rest of my business elsewhere. There usually is music playing. The customers who come in are really chill. The parking lot is on the smaller side, but I have never had a problem getting a parking space. I will be back here as soon as I am able to. read more

I can't believe these guys don't have five star reviews. One of the things that blows my mind about the staff here is how quickly they have my drink ready . My drink is complicated haha I get two shots of espresso iced with a little coconut milk and foam. Foam is what I'm there for. Actually the worst service I've had at a Starbucks in California. I've lived in multiple cities and states, again, still nothing beats this staffs rudeness. To be honest the second I caught an attitude from just beginning to order, I just about decided to drive off and not order. Mind you I'm pretty consistent I. spending at least $16 every morning and/or lunch for Starbucks or snacks. Also note I was charged with my remaining balance on my gift card instead of just getting stars redeemed for my entire drink even after telling them I'd redeem my stars for the drink. Even then I was given attitude when that wasn't going as fast or how they wanted it to. Not going to lie I'd rather go to a gas station than here now. At least there I'll be treated with some level of care. read more

Customer service is not great. Came through the drive through. The barista had given my drink to the car before me. It's understandable, accidents happen. But the new barista and whoever was training her made it super awkward and instead of addressing the issue the two gals just step away and try to hide that they have to remake the drink. Still nothing to be upset about, just weird they don't have the common sense to communicate a simple, fixable error. Finally got my drink, had driven a couple minutes away before tasting it - and it turns out it was remade incorrectly - there was no sweeter in the drink. So I drove back through the drive through, I mention that I was just here and the whole situation about the drink error. And instead of fixing it, the trainer gal starts questioning why I think it's wrong. I tell her there's no vanilla syrup. They she says the drink isn't made with vanilla. Before I can even clarify she starts to berate me with how the drink is actually made and that it was made correctly because I assumed the drink had vanilla in it. She says the name is misleading because the drink doesn't have vanilla only the cold foam. I tell her regardless of what syrup they use, it's not sweetened. She rudely says to pull forward and they'll just remake it. We have to go through the whole thing over again at the window and she says "I'm just trying to make us on the same page, the drink isn't made with vanilla." I kept trying to say that's fine, but the drink I was given did not have any sweetener or syrup in it. I get this drink often enough to know how it tastes, and as a former Starbucks barista I know how to handle customer service better than that. She was rude and unhelpful. read more

Still a real poor excuse as a Starbucks store front. This line has not moved in the last ten minutes (maybe more, I left). No team members outside attempting to control the queue - two entries that allow "cuts" in line and also doesn't allow in store customers to leave the parking lot. I really don't know why their drive through line takes so much longer than others. But most times of the day it does.

The staff here are very friendly, but the store hours are really unreliable. Although it says they close at 8 PM, they often close much earlier. Ive come by three different times and each time they closed at a different hour. One time I bought a coffee to study here, and just a few minutes later they announced they were closing early because they were short-staffed. I wouldnt have made the purchase if I had known, since it forced me to go to another coffee shop and buy another drink just to have a place to study. I hope they start updating their hours accurately. It would save customers a lot of time and inconvenience, especially those with busy planned schedules. read more

This starbucks has consistently let me down... the only reason I continue to give it a chance is because of its proximity to where I live. The store hours are very inconsistent. If they have a call out they sinply close the store front without any warning on their app. So when I go to pick up my mobile order I have to get in line behind 5 other people. Somehow every time I order my drink (the one I've always ordered - it just tastes terrible from here). The staff is very friendly but the store as a whole is just dysfunctional. read more

After walking our dog on the beautiful grassy area of Shelter Island, we really needed some coffee to settle our stomachs until we get to dinner. This is a huge Starbucks with plenty of seating options. There were at least 20 guys sitting with their laptops in various areas but there were still plenty of seats and didn't feel crowded. Quick caffeine fix. Lately I've been on a Starbucks kick and I came here because it was convenient for me not to get off the main road going to base. However it is not convenient to use their parking lot. With all the cars in line for the drive thru, I had to do like a fifteen point turn to back into a parking space. And there's only about 10 parking stalls and maybe street parking on a lucky day. Years ago the building was an old KFC restaurant. Now it's all modern and way spacious. Not as high tech as the McDs in Lake Murray Blvd but a lot more hipster then the Liberty Station Starbucks. I know you read both reviews. The staff was friendly and busy trying to get the drive thru line smaller. I got a two pump mocha extra shot made right. Overall three stars. The staff quick and friendly. Inside is spacious and clean. My drink was made to order correctly. Parking situation down grades their rating big time. Now excuse me, I gotta figure out how to get out of here. Loved the location - we will always remember it as the place where our puppy had her first puppacino! The drive thru line was out the lot, but it moved quickly. Because our pup wanted to get out and explore, we decided to go in, and order in the location. They had a nice seating area with chairs spaced out, definitely following social distancing protocols.
