This is my absolute favorite Starbucks! The staff is friendly , remembers my orders and treats my young son like a celebrity. Even if im on the other side of town I will go out of my way to go to this specific Starbucks. They are great at timing both in person and online orders (I have done both) and I have never spent more than 10 mins MAX in that drive through. When I was freshly postpartum I would go to get out of the house and have a little treat and they would always offer a bag to make it easier to carry my baby and my coffee. Some of the reviews for this location are low and I feel for them if they had a bad experience, but was in town and needed my morning joe. Used the app to order my coffee In advance, drove up and walked in and it was ready. The staff seemed friendly, I asked for a cup of ice and an ice water. The employee was happy to get it for me, thanked me and sent me on my was, everyone said goodbye and have a great day. Great experience, no issues for me. This location has indoor seating and patio seating. Inside looks like your typical Starbucks, outside though looked more like an old western town building, I liked the vibe. I am a regular customer, and I never have any issues. The ladies there are always nice, and yes, it is a busy location, so if it's a crazy day, then there will be a wait. You have to pay attention to the pick up time if you do a mobile order. On red cup day, it was a twenty minute wait, but that's because I didn't look at the pickup time after placing my mobile order. One time I forgot to go get my order, and when I called to tell them to give it to someone else, they gave me my order the next day no charge. Again, they're nice, but busy! read more

We were in town visiting family and needed our morning coffee... nice new location (it looks new to me anyway) with your choice of drive through or walk in. Spacious and clean inside and it looks like a good place to hang out or work for a bit. Service was good with the usual frustration of drive through orders being prioritized over walk in but that's at every Starbucks with a drive through. People were nice so no complaints about that at all. Right next to a pizza joint... so if it's lunch time get an iced whatever and go next door for a pizza. read more

I would not recommend coming to the Starbucks. I usually don't come to the Starbucks, but I was on this side of town and it was more convenient so I placed a mobile order for pick up and once I got there I waited for my items patiently after 10 minutes past the time, my mobile order should be ready. after being told my drink had been taken by somebody else they told me they would remake it and I said OK and they told me that they would give me a refund for the drink which was great if they actually gave me the amount that I paid for the drink, which they did not they didn't even remake my drink to what I had ordered. I understand my drink had to be remake because somebody took it on accident, but why did she refund me the incorrect amount for the original drink and then why did she not even give me the correct drink in the first place once you remade it. I think this Starbucks is still fairly new in the area. I'm in town every couple of months and this was probably just open at the end of the year. It's a good location of town since there wasn't much going on here and now that this Starbucks and Blaze Pizza are open, this makes it easier for me to get some good food and drinks and not have to drive a few miles south. There are still some growing pains here but all in all it's still decent. The girl that worked the register didn't seem super fluid with the system but that's not a problem, everybody is new at the beginning. She was brave enough to ask somebody more senior to troubleshoot the problem she was having. As previously mentioned, there's a drive-thru here so that makes it convenient. Also, there's some spots in the lot but it could get crowded, with the layout of the lot itself there's a lot of planters and undeveloped parts where it's blocked off. Overall, it wasn't terrible and it wasn't exceptional. I'll definitely be coming back in the future. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered a bacon Gouda egg sandwich and there was no bacon. I let the barista know and they were extremely rude. Made me open up the sandwich that very visibly did not have bacon in it. They made me give it back to them in order to get a new one. I had never heard of this rule, usually when mistakes are made they are let you keep whatever was incorrectly made. The service was terrible. Later once my sandwich was remade they had an extra sandwich that they let my team have. Overall I am not satisfied and would recommend going down the street if you want coffee and food. They are extremely slow here. It is not just the line of cars as other drive-thru's have long lines but move much faster. They do not offer any outdoor pick up for mobile orders so you have to wait in this long line for what is supposed to be a convenient pick up. Came here 9/26/24 given luke warm coffee I discovered when I got to work. Came back 9/27 same thing but caught it at counter. Asked for hot coffee and lady said "you wanna wait we brewed that 30 minutes ago so cold now". Said you mean can't be hot if not freshly brewed "I don't control that sir -You want a pike it's hot ". Yes then she put the pike down and quickly started walking away. I asked for cream and sugar and she went and hid in kitchen while I over heard her complaining about me. Told another employee I want to talk to manager. She pointed at the manager who looked at me then went back to doing what she was doing and ignored me. I waited a few and she never came over nor did anyone ask me if they could help like get me cream and sugar. All while I am waiting at the counter/register. So I left. Not sure who is doing the hiring or training at this location but this is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Will take my business to Dutch coffee across the street as this store obviously has too many customers to take care of. The worst experience ever at a Starbucks by far.
