Nice sized Starbucks (bigger than many if not most). Staff is friendly. Looks to be a good working environment with wall outlets throughout, to plug in necessary devices. Coffee and teas are your run of the mill Starbucks. Nothing was overly sweet not excessively watered down. This is a decent locations and the drive thru appears to be running quickly, though I'm on the inside and can't say with certainty. Definitely not the horrendous line we experience at the Brentwood location on Brentwood Blvd (94513). It has plenty of people coming in and out with several staying to work from their laptops or for small group meetings. We will likely be here again when I'm tagging along on a business trip! :-P read more

It was just a few minutes until closing and I had to use the restroom. I try to avoid gas station bathrooms if possible, especially ones in an area with which I'm unfamiliar. Thankfully, I was able to find this location on Yelp. The barista's were very friendly and didn't make me feel like I was interrupting their closing time routine. The bathrooms were already cleaned and ready for the next day, but they had no qualms about me using it. They were so friendly and nice to me about it all they deserve this five star review. The also managed to make me a quick hot chocolate before leaving. Superb customer service, and a nicely made drink. This made my drive home much more pleasant. read more

I went to starbucks on McCoy and S Broadway I wnt threw I order and then when I get to the window I pay the employee gave me my drink I told the employee that I offer grande chauvtea latte not a venti ask the employee give a refund he said in a rude manner Yes I'm going to give you a refund after that he said next time loom at the screen got my 2 drinks. Great layout and space for customers and a good location. Not too happy with staff/customer service though .The lady that checked me out didn't seem like she really wanted to help me out . I typically require a pour over so I asked her if I could get a French roast and she made some excuses about opening up a bag of coffee and the time it could take . It was evident she didn't want to do the work. That's how I saw it anyway. When she rang me up she forgot and item . I asked her to void the the charge and re ring for one charge and she refused . what kind of customer service was that . This is my favorite Starbucks in town. My drink is always correct and consistently tasty. The staff is always polite and accommodating.

I had ordered a green tea frap (not my usual order) and the manager let me know that they ran out of creme base for the frap. She mentioned it might have a small hint of caramel in it. I told her I didn't mind. I left the store and realized that I did mind! It was off putting that caramel after taste. I wasn't upset but I was definitely disappointed. I came in the next time and Lizzy asked me how my green tea frap was the other day.. I said, "you know what Liz, I didn't like it too much to be frank with you." She quickly asked me what could she do to make it right.. I said, "you know what Liz, I'd like a midnight mint frap, always wanted to try that." A very nice worker named Pao with red hair and a nice smile greeted me at the drive thru window today. She took her time to talk to me and make small talk while my drink was being made. It was what I needed. Today has been a hard, emotional day. I thought a little iced coffee treat would make me feel better.. but what really made me feel better is this partner!! Today is the third time in a row that the drive thru had gotten my order wrong. Is there an issue with your speaker? I asked for a venti iced coffee with nonfat milk and NO syrup. The guy who took the order even repeated no classic syrup. What did I get in my drink again? Syrup. On the tag it even says classic syrup. Of course I didn't realize it until I was half way to work and couldn't turn around. Once is fine, but this is the third time in 2 weeks this has happened. read more

This Starbucks needs to watch how they talk about customers in front of them. I placed a Mobil order, even though I was in store because I wanted to see how it worked. When I walk up to the counter the girl is telling on of her co-workers, "why does Starbucks do this, maybe because the customer doesn't want to see our pissed off faces." Then she filled my drink three quarters of the way and threw the pitcher of leftover Frapp. in the sink, mad because it was a burden to fill my order. I probably could have gone to the store and purchased a coffee maker driven back home and made coffee faster than they were able to make it. Super friendly and helpful employees. It's a relatively quiet place to read, study, or work (the only thing preventing it from total quiet is the espresso machines and grinders, but what are you gonna do?) most people here are taking coffee to go on their way to somewhere else or studying/working. Who doesn't love Starbucks? So this review is based solely on this location. Their is patio area which is nice to sit in and have lunch or a coffee with friends. The inside is smallish but quite enough to sit down and read. The staff is friendly and will make your order to your specific request with no questions. The manager actually gave me a free drink coupon for waiting 2 minutes and getting my order wrong. They fixed my order and made it bigger too. The bathrooms are clean and so is the entire store. I only wished they had more merchandise like mugs and teas for sell. read more

Came here aroundd 9am on a Saturday and drive through was jam packed and the lobby was filled with a line as well, the wait was slow, and my drink took some time, but here's the thing, I've worked in customer service, fast paced places where sometimes rushes come out of nowhere and maybe someone calls in and it's a nightmare but luckily they were cool and collected. The two woman who were baristas making drive through and front counter drinkers (i didn't see their names they both had blonde hair, one had glasses) were working extremely hard, so I was not mad nor even the slightest upset that my drink took a minute. They were doing the best that they could given the pressure and limited resources and I want to say keep up the good work! As a Starbucks customer I seriously recommend it. I'm the type of person that has to have at least two cups of coffee. My cousin-in-law has been working there for the past five years and claims to enjoy the working atmosphere. I can guarantee that any Starbucks restaurant in then world you go to the employees will be caring; this always makes me want to go back. They have a variety of drinks form that warm coffee to their ice blended frappuccino to there refreshers or just a sweet tea. Not only do they have drinks but also have there bakery with exquisite options to choose from. I myself have tried almost everything on there menu am have been satisfied. In addition, it is always exciting to see what seasonal drinks they come up with. If your looking for a place to go to a meeting or simply a get-together with friend this would be my first place to go to. The have such comfortable and welcoming area , also they share there Wi-Fi with all their customers. This allows you to also be able to study and get work done. Let's say you are in hurry and still want to get a coffee well with their drive thru there is no need for you to get off you're car. Of course it's still the same great taste but with out the chaos of stopping your engine and stepping off the car. Doesn't everyone love that first sip of warm recently made coffee in the morning? I sure do. You can get this at anytime of the day at Starbucks and in some locations in 24 hours. A cup of coffee at least per week can help you have a healthier heart. Getting out of you routine and going to interact with people can increasing help you be stress free. Yeah, going to make your order doesn't necessary always engage in a full conversation, but that's something. Just those minutes at Starbucks can be a change. And if you decide to take a break there at the restaurant you'd immediately feel like at home. Starbucks coffee and delicious bakery will brighten your day. Starbucks is Starbucks, but this location is the best because the Baristas are awesome! They are very accomodating and will pretty much make your drink however you like it. Although they are a chain, they provide awesome customer service that gives it that mom and pops feel. read more
