This Starbucks is very nostalgic since back in 2012-13 I used to bring my aunt here after shopping, and enjoy our Mochas. She lived at Leisure World back then. It's still clean and the baristas are friendly. I got myself an Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and sat down. Lots of foot traffic and family friendly. Plenty of patio sitting area outside as well.

the staff was amazing and so kind and gave us free food because someone canceled their order. They were from kind to my younger cousin when she needed help! The place was cleaned and well kept! The tables were so clean and nice

I really don't understand YELPERS. Why go around and bad mouth companies, write bad reviews, and put these people down? Put yourself behind the counter and see if you can do their job! This goes to the guys at the counter. you're doing a fine job! You're busting your *** off and keeping a smile on your face. I love your attitude, and you are making the best. Keep up with the good job. Starbucks corporate, you have a fine person working here. He is a keeper. Thank you for making my coffee and bacon sandwich. I am sure it will taste really good

The best Starbucks to go to!! Ordered my usual iced quad espresso with salted caramel foam, and almost had tears of joy because finally I get the perfect amount of foam on top. That salted caramel foam is THE reason I crave Starbucks and I'm always so sad when there's barely any or it's mixed in with the drink. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and the drink came out quick.

Good amount of seats inside and outside

Great location! Stop here when in "the middle" between Orange County and LA for working - catching up on emails, etc. Plenty of parking and more importantly seating inside and lots of table outside. Super friendly staff - my recommendation - get the Starbucks app and get free refills! Great deal.

This location is tucked into a corner of a plaza, The Shops at Rossmoor. I came here late on a weekday afternoon. This location has a dozen seats inside and a few tables with umbrellas outside. Every indoor table, most being two-tops, had a single visitor sitting at it. I realized that if I was going to sit down and relax while enjoying my coffee, I'd need to sit outside, even though it was a cloudy, chilly day. After a relatively short wait in a 4-person line, I ordered a hot vanilla latte and a salted chocolate chip cookie (the last one in the pastry case) from the congenial staff. My order came up quickly and I went outside and sat. The coffee was very hot, taking about 10 minutes before I could drink it (I'm admittedly a bit heat sensitive). The latte was okay, although the vanilla flavor was barely perceptible. The cookie was good, not the greatest nor was it disappointing; just okay. About the time I finished the cookie and the latte was drinkable, the clouds opened up and the rain poured down. I dashed to my car and had a few more sips before driving off. Later that night I got in my car and saw the half-full cup (or was it half empty?) still in my cup holder, never to be finished.

It's in a small shopping center and usually busy, but parking is doable with a little patience. One of the highlights of this location is the outdoor seating area. There's a fountain and covered tables, which makes it a nice option if you want to sit outside without being in direct sun. We went midday and the space felt lively but comfortable. It was very clean, and I noticed outlets along the wall where you can plug in a laptop, which makes this a great spot if you want to get some work done or stay awhile. When we ordered, Alyssa was kind and patient while helping my brother with issues on his app. That level of attentiveness stood out. We ordered two pistachio lattes and a chocolate croissant. The pistachio latte was delicious. Not too sweet, with a great pistachio flavor and little sweet, almost caramel-like pieces on top that added a nice bit of texture. There was a mix-up with our order, but Christine handled it perfectly and remade everything without hesitation. Friendly, calm, and no stress at all. For a first visit, this Peet's made a really good impression. Solid drinks, great customer service, and a space that works well if you want to be productive or just hang out.

Dark, spooky, cozy with the smell of espresso seeping through the walls. I ordered the Moon Over Bourbon Street. It tasted slightly artificial but they make most syrups from scratch. I may just have been sensitive to the flavors. But it was really good. Not too sweet. My sister ordered the Dorian Gray latte. Deathly divine. My son had the Palace of Lavinia. He's used to super sweet iced tea so this was extremely mellow, even sweetened. But it was absolutely refreshing. Sadly, we did not try any provisions. Super service. Friendly and helpful. Gave recommendations. Barista had great handwriting. It's all in the death-tails! They have a big menu with a lot of different options, not just coffee. The first time I went, most of the seats were taken but I was able to find a spot. I kind of struck out on the first drink I ordered though (the black sesame espresso, half sweet). I usually find specialty coffee drinks way to sweet and half-sweet is normally not a problem but I think I screwed up this beverage with my modification. Still, the cold foam was not that foamy or tasty and I found myself with a cup full of ice and no beverage after a couple sips. Wouldn't order again. The next time I came, the place was packed and there wasn't a single seat available which is good for them but disappointing for me. I ended up ordering the strawberry coconut cloud to go, since I already had enough caffeine for the day. What a delicious and refreshing drink! I'd absolutely get this again (or a different version). So overall, not a dependable spot to land if you want to work as it's often busy and all the seats are taken. I'm looking forward to trying some of their other drinks though, especially the egg cream or corn coffee drinks.
