Seal Beach omelet with roasted potatoes, and a jalapeno cheese bagel.
    Mary N.

Relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to rush. Excellent service, friendly staff, and truly delicious food. I ordered the Seal Beach omelet with roasted potatoes and a jalapeño cheese bagel -- everything was a 10/10. I'll definitely be back to try something new. If you're in the area, stop by.

Cute cafe with tasty food! I came during brunch hours and had the avocado toast with a side of crispy bacon and sausage. I also had an iced spanish latte with added cinnamon and it was made to perfection! You must order the crème brûlée! It was pretty busy on a Saturday so I recommend making a reservation and parking can be tricky.

Main Street Seal Beach is such a charming little area and The Crema Cafe is the best breakfast/brunch place on the street! It's definitely a local favorite. So beware that it can get very crowded, especially during prime time weekend hours. The earlier you go, the better! This place has seating inside and even more seating outside. There's so many options for breakfast, lunch, and baked goods. I use to come frequently because I lived walking distance from here. So I've tried so many different things on the menu and There hasn't been anything I didn't like! My go to is the fitness burrito and matcha latte. I also love their chocolate croissant and Tuna Melt. They even offer doggy treats :)

We loved this cafe. We had never explore old town Seal Beach before, what a little gem by the pier. Crema Cafe definitely seemed like a local favorite. We went on a Monday around 10:30am and we had to wait about 10 mins. They had a texting system so we could walk around a bit while we waited. We got seated promptly before 10 mins as promised and we had a very nice and attentive server throughout our brunch. Ambiance is cute traditional American cafe with part bakery to order to-go, inside and outside seating. They had a nice selection on their menu that had something for everyone. My husband had the smoked salmon omelet and I had a scramble (I can't remember the name), but had eggs, crunchy bacon and tomatoes with avocado on top. Both were delicious and came with choice of potatoes or fruit and choice of their house breads. All was really good and friendly. We will be back!

Today we had a great breakfast. We got the sweet crepes and the savory crepes with fries. The breakfast crepe was like a nice chorizo scramble topped with a generous mound of sour cream and avocado. The fries were hot and fresh and crispy. I also asked for a side of their amazing garlic aioli. I added it to everything. The bananas foster crepe was legit with warm sauteed bananas inside. Service was prompt and friendly. Ambiance was warm.

Once upon a time, this Faerie Queen and some of her favorite people met here for an early morning breakfast and catch-up. We all enjoyed our orders- chilaquiles, eggs Benedict, and Nutella French toast. Delicious! I left with a fresh loaf of country bread, too! Get there early if you want a place to sit. The end.

Cream cafe is adorable. It's off Main street in Seal beach and although it was a busy weekend day, I got lucky and found a parking spot right out front. Talk about Lucky! I was with a meet up group of about 12 people and since we made reservations, we had a nice little corner at back of the patio. The servers was very patient and answered all the questions and sent the food order in waves so the food came out rather quickly. The regular coffee, it was a bit confusing but if you order a coffee for dine in, you do get free refills. But, the way the menu is worded. There was some confusion from the group. Drink: Matcha Latte with almond milk, this is my new thing right now! I absolutely loved it. It was rich and creamy. Definitely worth a try as an alternative to coffee. Food: I happened to sit next to a person who was eyeing 2 different Benedict and also a waffle so we ended up sharing the 3 items! The Persian Benedict has a fried egg and Brie! Omg, what a game changer. I'm also on a brie kick, too. It comes in wave. The crossiant is a nice touch and it was soft ans flakey. The carnitas Benedict was also very good, it had a great flavor. There was a lot of potatoes as well. I had to take some home. It had decent flavor. The Belgium waffle was worth the share. The whipped cream was perfect, the fruit was fresh and complementary to the syrup. The syrup was legit. Very rich and tasty. I highly recommend this place for brunch if you're in Seal Beach.

This place is fantastic. The bakery and bread are great and so all the sandwiches made with that break are awesome. I had the Croque monsieur with a fried egg. I definitely recommend it. My friend had the chicken and artichoke crepe and said it was definitely 5-star material. She particularly liked the flavors of the sun-dried tomatoes with grilled onions with the artichoke. I also got a bunch of pastries to take home.

Returned to Crema Cafe after a memorable first visit! Today our breakfast options didn't hit the mark like the lunch options did. Our salmon bagel was burnt :( it was busy as usual, but we felt a bit rushed to order with our server when looking at the menu. Use the waitlist outside to put your name on the Yelp virtual waiting list! Still a cute spot, nice bakery and bread selection.

Hands down the best food. Everything on the menu is excellent . I had the chicken pesto crap. So fresh and delicious. I practically licked my plate clean. The side salad was just right. All the baked goods in the bakery are exquisite as well. Fresh ingredients. My favorite spot I always come back

Arrived a bit close to closing time so our order was in a to go box. So experience here was not full. We ordered a sandwich each. I ordered croquet monsieur Ham, cheese, bechamel. It was a different but nicely complimented combo. The bechamel sauce gave it a heavy filling the cheese and ham were so good together. The sourdough was nicely toasted. I ordered garlic fries for an extra fee. Next was grilled cheese with grilled garlic now that was a nice classic flavor and definitely not stingy with the onions. That order was potatoes. They were ok. We also ordered the teas . I ordered strawberry tea it was so refreshing and nice flavor. The other was mango green also good but strawberry hibiscus was SOOO much better. I also ordered coffe panni cotta or something like that it was this little pot of chocolate heaven. It had a rich butterscotch taste at first then I had a second spoon it had the coffee liquid on the bottom. This tho is nice thick pudding brulee like chocolate coffee goodness! Let me say I will be back for it. They also had a honey one. I ordered a macaroons to go 1 small normal then another large with fresh raspberries in it. It was nice creamy yet tart raspberry with the macaroon cookie together nicely done. Definitely be back hopefully during regular hours bc I really could have had another refill on my tea. The server disappeared but not intentionally bc I'm sure her shift was over by the time we got our food. She nicely greeted us.

Fit omelet with sourdough and fruit
    Sunday B.

I Met 3 friends here for an early (11:30) lunch on Halloween. The wait was surprisingly short..about 10 minutes. Yay! It was a full house...we were in the center..pretty tight next to the other customers. Nothing to get excited about. Unfortunately service was slow as they never came back to clear our plates and we had to finally request the bill. I split the for omelet with a side of fruit and sourdough bread. The fruit was a variety of Mellons which were tasteless. The omelet was really tasty.

Crema... its been a minute since I cane here to visit you. Was in town visiting for 48hrs and had to do some catch up with my girlfriends. Made resos since Sunday's are busy.. thank you for making that an option now! Got promptly seated. Friendly staff. I LOVE that they allow dogs on the patio.. I missed mine! Delish almond milk latte complete with a cute barista heart. 10/10 Had the fresh berries Belgium Waffle. 9/10. Light fluffy, fresh cali berries. The star was a warmed up pastry from the glass case.. Kouign Amann Its like if a French croissant had a baby with a bit of a butter cake. It was sooooo goood. 11/10 Get that, split it with a friend. Then go back and order one yourself and dont share If you haven't har Crema Cafe on your bingo card.. do yourself a favor and come here.. street parking is free for 2hrs. Then go take a nice walk down on the Seal Beach board walk and be in the moment with mother nature then hit up the local Los Alamitos farmers market Sundays... just a few min drive along the water north near 2nd and PCH across fm whole foods. Some of the best seasonal veggies, fruit, mushrooms, tamales, flowers socal has to offer. You will meet tue farmers who picked them and you won't believe how they taste! Love me some Seal Beach! Way more low key than HB.

I looked it up after checking in and saw that they are family owned, are a garden/flower shop along with serving fresh smoothies! I hadn't eaten so I planned to go here after my doctor's visit to have a smoothie for breakfast/lunch. The layout and plants outside the store was so great to see, super stunning! There was a blonde employee that greeted me and took my order, though she gave me a moment to look through their selection. The items are super appealing, they had a special called the sweetheart smoothie, which sounded delicious. I opted for the Sweetheart Smoothie except I asked to not have the collagen and to see if honey and a vanilla vegan protein could be added. The employee helping me was super accommodating and I was very appreciative of the options and recommendations she gave me. They have an amazing patio, great lighting, the shop connected to theirs is Devyn's and thr floral arrangements were breathtaking. I will absolutely make this the spot when I got back to my doctor's! The carpets and walls are "rustic" if you're being generous, but honestly they looked cigarette-stained and filthy. The service was atrocious too. It took nearly THIRTY MINUTES just to get tea. Tea. Not a five-course meal. Then we waited OVER AN HOUR for finger sandwiches that tasted like cafeteria scraps. Most of the food was genuinely awful. The only remotely edible items were the tomato soup, cucumber/egg sandwich, and chicken quiche -- except the quiche wasn't even included and cost an extra $22, which is insane for a place already charging premium prices for mediocrity. The "egg sandwich" was basically stale yellow bread with microscopic traces of egg. And whoever decided HAM AND BLUEBERRY CREAM CHEESE belonged in a finger sandwich needs to be fired immediately. Even the table decor looked terrible. Every table had random mismatched pieces from different sets instead of a cohesive theme, so the whole place just felt cluttered, lazy, and disorganized. Nothing about this experience felt charming or intentional. I waited over an hour to eat garbage in a room that smelled like dust and neglect. Absolutely do not recommend. I wasn't paying, but the experience costed over $100 (including $60 from a groupon).
