The bagel, however, could have been toasted a bit more. It came out a little too chewy and just didn't feel quite right. Definitely something that could use a little improvement. That said, the service is always amazing. The drive-thru is fast, the staff is friendly, and the location is super convenient. I've always loved Coffee Bean as an alternative to Starbucks and the convenience of well-placed locations. There are a few in LB and to my knowledge, this is the only drive-thru. The service was good and we were very happy with the buy one get one for $1 using their app. read more

I only come here when they have deals on their app. Decent location, I think the coffee tastes better than Dunkin, but also more pricey so tradeoffs. I like the dark mocha drinks the most. We rarely get coffee and tea drinks at the coffee bean & tea leaf stores. We came in here to kill some time while charging our car. This store is spacious with a lot of comfy seatings. I got a matcha cream strawberry latte with oat milk, hubby got a cold brew as usual. My matcha drink was extremely sweet, I only had a few sips and gave up. I don't care for very sweet tea drinks. This is a great Coffee Bean. There's plenty of indoor seating. Outside there's also seating but very few tables with shade. The parking lot is good sized, the staff is friendly, and it's very clean. If you need a place to meet someone for coffee, this is a great spot. Seems like most people use this location for their drive-through service and that's OK, too! Who is the hiring manager for this coffee shop? The staff here show little to no customer service and don't even acknowledge or greet customers. I will not even rate this establishment. I have reached out to the store and to corporate. so many attempts to convey how my experience has been. I have came here to this location for years and as mentioned by another customer, their customer service is horrible. I order 2 ice caramel latte drinks and they were awful. I got ice milk. I walked back into the store and asked them to remake my latte's and it was the same. I just left and called the store only to get the same rude customer service..the girl told me to write my info on yelp for a mgr to reply..how unprofessional and do I mention horrible customer service. If I could choose 0, I would If you own an electrical car, don't bother much to visit this shop. The crew there using the charging stations as the parking spots, if they run out of spaces. The clients there, with the electrical cars, don't pay much attention to remove thier cars at the full charge. The worst there is the management They would tell you not to bother thier clients when they are enjoying thier coffee, even when theirs cars are at complete charge and have to be removed. The service here is super nice. On my visit we ordered the cookies and cream blended drink and Vietnamese coffee (we got a little excited as you can see in the pictures hehe..). The cookies and cream drink was definitely on the sweet side, which I loved, and I'm pretty sure it had coffee in it too although I can't say for certain. But if it did that's a bonus plus. They have great study-friendly environment. My boyfriend and I spent some time studying here the other day and it was a fantastic experience. They have a designated area in the back with comfy couches complete with outlets nearby for charging. It's the perfect setup for students. Its also somewhat concealed from the main lobby creating a quiet and focused atmosphere. But it's not just the back area that's convenient for studying; even the other tables are equipped with charging outlets next to them. They also offer free Wi-Fi that works super good!! We were so immersed in our work that we ordered around 2 pm and stayed until 8 pm right up until closing time. The staff didn't say anything until the very end which was incredibly accommodating. Not to be overlooked is the cleanliness of the restrooms and indoor space. Parking is super easy and they also have a drive through. read more

I go to this coffee bean location because of how convenient it is since it's the closest to my college campus. It is usually not that loud so it is the perfect space to come and do homework/study. Most of the time my drinks are good but there have been two times (back to back) where my drinks have been awful. Both times they were busy with both store and drive-thru orders so I didn't want to bother them with remaking my drink. I ordered a Regular Vanilla Iced Coffee and there were chunks of sugar sitting at the bottom of my drink. It almost looks like brown sugar. I tried mixing it but it does not mix with the drink and I was not able to drink my coffee. read more

Drive thru was crazy long and slow. Menu was slightly overwhelming. Or maybe it was just me since I don't come here often and not used to the menu. I'm currently not drinking coffee for another week so the cold brew teas caught my attention. I ordered the preach jasmine while my mom ordered the mango flavored one. I'm used to drinks of this nature to be overwhelmingly sweet so I asked for less sweetener and my mom followed suit. Originally I wanted to make mine an iced tea latte and the employee said they could make the jasmine tea as a tea latte but the peach syrup doesn't get added to milk drinks. Minus 1 star for that because a different CBTL has made this drink for me hot. The drink hardly tasted like it had sweetener. For a regular, she informed me that they come with 3 pumps of sweetener, so we each opted for 2 pumps of the stuff and hardly sweet. Minus another star. Nice local. Nice inside. One of those places that has no napkins, or any of the condiments for your coffee out. You have to rely on them to get it right, and they typically don't. Just to get creamer for your coffee is a struggle. Also, you have to personally ask for napkins. Covid's been over for a while. But the killer is if you are there to work, forget it. Just like to start off I love Coffee Bean and the product your company produces with Coffee and Tea. There are a selected few that go above and beyond to give the best amazing customer service any place could offer, I love seeing that. Now the last few times I have gone this past two weeks I have been barely given any good customer service through the drive-thru, and notice that a few employees would be by the register for the drive-thru and be on their phone while the one who is directing the drive-thru orders is trying to help me out gets distracted, I didn't realize we could be on our phone while helping a customer out. I get the wrong size, the coffee doesn't taste the same and because the lack of customer service I do not end up enjoying my drink. Please communicate with them about this and know I will not be returning to this location again because of the lack of TLC for customers. read more

In 2021, I retired from my accounting position of many years. I now deliver because I love to help people. Many of the employees here are incredibly rude, and are more interested in socializing with each other than working. I always provide employees a friendly greeting at all places where I pick up, when I first walk up to the counter. Here, hardly anyone responds back or worse, they give me a condescending glare. Deliveries are supposed to be packaged and sealed. I have experienced several times where they are just placed with the regular orders. When I nicely inform them that the items need to be packaged, they act as though they are doing me a favor, instead of doing what is required. I will deliver from here to paying customers, but I will not give them even a penny of my own money. There are plenty of other places with better quality coffee AND friendly employees. read more

I have been to many Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf locations, and this one has to be one of my favorites by far. First of all, the interior is decorated in a basic way that is aesthetically pleasing and all the tables were super clean. When I walked in, it was almost empty so I got to pick a window seat! The baristas were all lovely to talk to and I got my drink promptly. Recently, I've been into the CB&TL's flavored lattes (such as the hazelnut and vanilla lattes), and they're a level of sweet that is a little more than I'm used to, but perfect for when you're having a moody day and need a pick me up. There is public wifi available here which gave me no issues and there are outlets for the booths/bigger tables. I have to admit, the consistency of their drinks is superb, and dare I say better than Starbucks? If you're ever in the area and looking for a quick coffee fix, definitely stop by! read more

My family and I go to this Coffee Bean a lot. The coffee is good; the service is great, and the location is perfect for us to get out of the house for a quick treat. Today, however, the service was above and beyond. I was solo parenting with my 3 year old and baby and had been having a rough morning with a fussy baby and blowouts...well, you get it. We walked to the Coffee Bean for a treat. My 3 year old got a cake pop and I got a latte. I was holding my baby who knocked over my latte faster than I could react, and it spilled all over my 3 year old. The staff quickly came to help me clean up, got ice for my 3 year old, remade my latte, and got my 3 year old a new cake pop. I felt terrible that I left my latte close enough for my baby to reach. Even though it was definitely my fault that this happened, the staff brought me a coupon card for my next visit and said that they hoped my day got better. It was so incredibly kind. I had a large flat white with extra espresso, and it was delicious with an extra expresso that gave it a little punch. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the espresso perfectly balanced the drink. I ordered the iced version this time and I must say I think the drink tastes better hot so next time I'll switch back to hot lattes! I always make sure to buy a canister of this cookie butter latte because it's so delicious to add in my everyday coffee too! Last year, the cookie butter powder was included in the seasonal Black Friday sale but this year they removed it which makes me sad.
