Very disrespectful! The manager ended up interrupting the very sweet young lady who was initially helping me with my order. Once she took over it was nothing but attitude for no reason. I don't know what would've triggered her from me just asking for my chai to be made with coconut milk. Definitely won't be going back to this location. read more

Slow service and lackadaisical workers. The bathrooms were an issue. Constant line and no workers cared at all. Lattes were good. Iced coffee was good. The restaurant was clean. Lemon cake was good but not what we ordered. read more

Avoid at all cost; my wife was treated very poorly by an employee named Amanda. She was extremely rude and condescending. She's in the customer service industry and has no training on how to treat customers. We will be contacting Corporate because nobody should ever be treated with such malice and distant. We have a service dog and she said, " your dog can't be in here ( HIPPA Laws prevents these questions). There was an additional employee that overheard AMANdA being rude and was very apologetic. AMANDA needs to understand customers are the reason she has a job and should be treated with respect even though ; our economy is in crisis so every interaction needs to a memorial one. I'm sorry I don't have patience's for gross Negligence and disrespect for customers. At the very least AMANDA needs to be retrained with customer service , respect, & an understanding the importance of good customer service. read more

This is a great location for a coffee when traveling to Austin. But I have a hard time believing that they were closed on Tuesday because the sign said "no hot water ". Really unbelievable that a shop runs out of Hot water, and it's had to understand how a coffee shop states that! It will be interesting to see if they respond? read more

I can't say enough good about this place! I'm a Starbucks fanatic, I've been to over 250 Starbucks around the globe. This is is my favorite because of the people Jordan and her team are on it, often bringing me my drink to my table. They will learn your name in a couple of seconds and will never forget it - always addressing you every time you walk through the door. I love these people They make you feel so special. I love Starbucks but this location is only a choice if I'm desperate. I would much rather make the drive to Katy to get better service or product. They never great you or ask you your name. I place mobile orders and always wait a minute of 10 minutes after the app says the order will be ready. I have only met one lady here that seemed on top of things, but I have only seen her once. Also the coffee is so bland and weak tasting compared to all other Starbucks I have tried. Last think yo note the never have the Mango Dragon fruit Refresher available. read more

So I always go to Starbucks and I get the same coffee every single time, a Venti Cold brew with 3 Espresso shots, I'm from San Antonio heading to Houston for a visit and decided to stop here for coffee. I can genuinely say I was upset/disappointed with that coffee I ordered from here. I have never gotten that coffee where I finished it in absolutely no time to where it became watered down almost immediately. Once I was halfway down, I saw that my cup was overfilled with ice. Am I paying $7 for a cup of ice and half the cup filled with my coffee!? The volume of space taken up by that ice was ridiculous, seriously felt that I wasted $7 for a cup of ice with some coffee. *inserts joke* "Would you like some coffee with that ice my good man?" read more

Stopped by later in the day. Ordered a large pike within expresso shot and cream. Get my over priced coffee and get back on 10. It's super hot so it cools a bit and taste. This location has a very nice setup, the team is very inviting and friendly. I always order the Nitro Brew with foam. It is always consistent and I get it quickly in the drive thru or inside the store. The pastries are excellent. I like the Almond Croissant not too sweet and light. This location is much better than the the Starbucks in Houston. More of a cozy home like setting. read more

I have tried to give this place a few try's since I know they are still trying to get up and running. I have tried redeeming rewards and end up getting charged for the order regardless. Thankfully Starbucks customer service is so good about fixing these issues. Now this is probably the reason I will stop going they made my drink wrong I was already at home so I called and a really sweet lady on the phone who said feel free to swing by. Later when I go the lady at the window wants to say who did you talk to... I apologized and said I didn't get a name. She threw in the fact that she was the manager and that there was nothing written down and that next time she would charge me for the drink if I didn't get a name. I was not trying to get a drink for free i just wanted my drink right. Starbucks motto is if your drink isn't right let us know and we will remake it. Might just stick to Katy Starbucks instead. read more
