I came to this store excitedly to buy a drink and a coffee mug. I bought thru online order on the app, thinking that maybe my drink will come soon, then when I see them not making anything, I was curious so I walked where the mobile order is located and saw a drink, I turned the cup and it was my name on it, I was like. Woah! This is the first time I have ever seen a drink that has been dumb in a cup with no decency, I asked who made the drink, it was an older lady but she looked very mean or what they call those people "karen" so I didn't make it long and took a picture of the drink. Worst store by far. This is what you see on the tv shows that they make a drink and just dumb the ingredients on it and looks at you and saying "deal with it" customer service is non-existent in this store. Didn't bothered asking if I like my drink. Manager was just standing there like theres no problem on their services. Trying to visit as many SB as I can I dropped into this location. It is located on the main drag into Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. It is conveniently located and easily accessed from either direction of travel. I went through the drive thru as I had the little one with me and didn't want to have to take him out and back in for a quick coffee stop. I hated giving this place 3 stars, because the coffee was good and the cookies tasted good. This must be the first SB I've been to that lacked customer service. I inquired about some coffee pods and the gentleman promptly said he didn't know if they had any and said that I could come in and check. I was thrown off by this and was like what?? Always a huge line, they never have the inside open so, there is no excuse for how slow the service is. Nice workers, but slow! Drive thru is the most inefficient drive thru in America! Traffic can come from two ways, people are constantly having to maneuver in and out of the drive the line and checking if the inside is open and then trying to get back in line. So I'm a shift supervisor with Starbucks and I had to go outside I was so upset and unsettled at the conditions of the store. Flies were crawling out of the left open ice bins, and in the pastry case. I ordered a tea and no shakers were used even though they were sitting right there, therefore the ratios were off and it resulted in it being disgusting. As a partner I know what partners go through so I didn't complain but like clean up your store and follow starbucks drink standards. Don't be the "other starbucks." Looks like a really new location- walls, flooring, decorations, bathrooms all look fresh and modern. We went on a Sunday about 10:30am and this is probably the least busy Starbucks I've ever been to (may just be the area of town). Adequate staffing though if it were to get busy. Drive-thru. Wow...just found out at this Starbucks that is it costs extra for a drink if you don't want ice and want the cup to be full--as they handed us 3 Venti Refreshers that were only 3/4 full! Funny we've never had that happen at any other Starbucks--and we've been to many all across the country! The attitude of the barista sure didn't help either! First they made my drink wrong - I had also purchased a cookie and they didn't hand it to me at the counter - since this isn't my normal Starbucks I thought maybe once my drink was done she would then give it to me.
