10 out of 10 from me.

Ok so I check out coffee shops and rate them everywhere I go. I have to say 3 trips later this Rain Brew Coffeehouse has became my new favorite. I have to give them all more than one visit to see consistency, kindness and flavor options. They get a 10 out of 10 from me. If you're in Pigeon Forge and love coffee it's a must try.

When she did take the order she didnt put in we went back to last on the cue. And even though she missed our order, she forgot, we were served after ten other people came in, doent make sense except to her apparently It's not that she messed up,its that she didn't make it right. when people listen to what your instructions are im sure its not hard to get it right . 1/5 stars However Shantel the other server paired with her also helped with the orders everything she crafted for us turned out exactly as requested. Someone needs to get a clue, and its not Shantel. My suggestion have the girl with glasses repeat the order to you.. you'll see.. it will be wrong unless she changes something. Overall 3/5 great product, mediocrity in customer service from Miss Glasses..

BEWARE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!! If I could…read moregive zero stars, I would. In every category--service, cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care--this place earns a zero. I've never written a negative review before because I usually try to find a reason to let things go, but this experience was simply too bad to ignore. My family drove over two hours specifically to visit because milkshakes are one of my daughter's favorite treats. We expected a long line on a Friday evening and completely understood that they would be busy. What we didn't expect was the complete lack of customer service and basic respect. The problems started immediately. The restroom was a disaster. There were no paper products available, and it was obvious cleanliness was not a priority. We then looked for a place to sit while waiting for our order. Every table in the building was dirty and sticky with dried ice cream. Since it was too hot to sit outside, we had no choice but to use one of the dirty tables. My daughter ordered one milkshake and one scoop of ice cream while my grandson and I waited. After 30 minutes, she checked on the order and was told they were "working on it." We continued waiting. Fifteen minutes later, we still had nothing while several customers who ordered after us had already received their food. At that point, another customer standing nearby told us they had watched an employee drop an order ticket on the floor and leave it there. We started wondering if our order had been lost. After waiting a full hour for one milkshake and one scoop of ice cream, I approached the register again. The cashier was dismissive and rude from the start. When she looked up our order, she bluntly stated, "You already got it." No, we absolutely had not. She turned to another employee, who immediately rolled his eyes, sighed loudly, and acted as though we were inconveniencing him by asking where our food was. He never apologized, never made eye contact, and never spoke to us respectfully. After being questioned further, he finally admitted what had happened: they had lost our ticket and never made our order. Here's what really upset me: mistakes happen. Losing an order is frustrating, but it can be fixed. What cannot be excused is the attitude. Throughout our entire visit, the employees treated customers as though they were a burden. We watched them be rude and dismissive to multiple people, not just us. When I requested a refund, the employee responded with "whatever" and processed it. There was no apology. No attempt to make things right. No offer to replace the order. No concern whatsoever that we had spent over an hour waiting. When I told him the situation could have been handled more respectfully, his response was simply, "uh huh." My grandson left upset because he never got the ice cream he had been waiting for. We drove over two hours, spent more than an hour inside the store, and left with nothing except frustration and disappointment. This review is not because they lost an order. It's because of the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, customer service, and basic courtesy shown by the staff. We will never return, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone JUST DONT GO HERE !!!! The owner of this place should be made accountable for hiring such a disrespectful lot of JUST DO BETTER or eventually your doors will place and you will be replaced by a gourmet cupcake store .

Be prepared for a large serving if you pick any of the pre made varieties…read more Everyone got something, and everyone liked it. They use Blue Bell ice cream in case you are wondering. If it's busy prepare to wait. I had the strawberry cheesecake... it had a whole piece of cheesecake... not a little sliver. They don't look that big on the menu. It's casual. If the weather is good, they have some outdoor seating.

I was really hoping this would be a great meal. After reading so many positive reviews, especially…read moreabout the burgers, I decided to give it a try. The place was packed, which I took as a good sign. I had looked at the menu on my phone beforehand, but I didn't realize you order at the counter. I don't mind that setup at all, but I expected there to be a menu posted on the wall or on a screen while you waited in line. There wasn't. I was trying to look at the menu on my phone while also helping my special needs brother decide what he wanted. By the time we reached the register, I knew his order but still hadn't made up my mind. They did have paper menus at the register, but with a long line behind us, I didn't want to hold everyone up. I ended up ordering the Bacon Bomber with the Frytato as my side, and my brother ordered the dinner salad. We were given a number and were fortunate to find an open table. Considering how busy they were, the food came out in about 15 minutes, which was very reasonable. Everything looked great, so my expectations were pretty high. My brother said his salad had a lot of lettuce, and while it also had a generous amount of chicken, several pieces were so large that he had to go get a knife to cut them into smaller bites. I started with the Frytato. They were okay, but nothing that really stood out. They were also sitting in a lot if grease. Much more than I prefer. As for my burger, I think I simply picked the wrong one for my taste. It was a good-sized burger, so I cut it in half. I believe it was the jalapeño popper topping that didn't work for me. I usually enjoy jalapeño poppers and usually like both the cheddar and cream cheese versions, but on this burger it just wasn't a combination I cared for. The burger itself appeared to be cooked well, but the flavors just didn't come together for me. I finished half of it, but I honestly didn't really enjoy it. Would I go back? I'm not sure. It wasn't an inexpensive meal, so it's disappointing when the food doesn't hit the mark. I do think my burger choice was probably the biggest issue, but my brother wasn't especially impressed with his salad either. It just wasn't the experience I had hoped for based on all the great reviews.
