Quick service for a great selection of coffee beverages. There are 20+ Monin syrup flavors. Only walk up and place your order - no outdoor or indoor seating.

Service is fantastic, but the coffee is 10/10! Iced Double dirty chai was the best I've ever had. And I've had A LOT. Wish I could ship this place back home!

Coffee Shop No. 486 Coffee Shack The Villages, Gatlinburg, TN March 26, 2025 This was my third cortado in less than a couple of hours. I was feeling a bit jittery and wasn't sure if I could consume another one. Plus, I noticed everyone was ordering fancy over the top lattes and shakes. This is generally a bad sign for espresso drinkers. I went up to say hello to the gentleman in the Coffee Shack (great name by the way). He knew what a cortado was and sounded like he enjoyed them too. This is a VERY good sign; so I went ahead and ordered the cortado. It was FANTASTIC; totally worth the extra jitters. And it was the best cortado I consumed in Gatlinburg! Enjoying life one cortado at a time!

When i go on vacation, i love to find new coffee places. Walking on the main drag of Gatlinburg, got my first mocha at Coffee Shack. Considering it was in the middle of a tourist area, the pricing was very reasonable. The coffee matters most at a coffee bar. Coffee here was really good. The young lady serving me was friendly, efficient, and, again, made a great mocha. Great location, great service, and great coffee. Coffee shack is a winner.

I stopped by here this past Tuesday morning with my wife for our morning coffee. We had walked by the Coffee Shack a day before and so I decided to give it a try. Like it's name states, it's a "shack" on the main drag in Gatlinburg and so there is not too much to say about it. You walk up, place your order and wait for your coffee. On this morning I decided to go with with a large latte while my wife went with a small coffee. My coffee here ended up being decent as I could taste both the coffee and the milk and enjoyed the taste. My wife was also a big fan as she thought the coffee had a deep and rich taste to it. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. This coffee shop has a great location which can be convenient if you are out in Gatlinburg in the morning.

Pretty expensive coffee place, 9 bucks for a large iced coffee. But the coffee is definitely good. Recommended

Finding Coffee & Company in The Village Shops of Gatlinburg feels a little like being let in on a…read morelocal secret. You don't just accidentally stumble into it. You seek it out. In fact, we walked about a mile from our hotel specifically to come here because we remembered it from a previous trip. That's a pretty strong endorsement considering there are approximately 7,000 places in Gatlinburg willing to sell you coffee, fudge, pancakes, taffy, or some combination of all four. Tucked away inside The Village, Coffee & Company has that hidden gem feel that makes you wonder how many people walk right past it without realizing what's waiting inside. The coffee itself is solid. One thing I appreciated was the balance. Too many coffee shops seem to believe that foam should either completely dominate the drink or be absent altogether. Here, the ratio of coffee to froth was right where it should be, allowing the coffee itself to remain the star of the show. I ordered a flavored coffee, and while I wasn't completely in love with the particular caramel syrup they use, that's more personal preference than criticism. Coffee flavors are a bit like pizza toppings... ask ten people and you'll get twelve opinions. The drink was still enjoyable and well made. The staff deserves credit as well. Friendly, efficient, and quick without making the experience feel rushed. They seemed genuinely happy to be there, which isn't always guaranteed when dealing with tourists before they've had their caffeine. What I like most about Coffee & Company is that it knows exactly what it is. It's not trying to be a trendy coffee laboratory where your drink arrives after a 15-minute explanation of bean origins and atmospheric conditions during harvest season. It's simply a really good coffee shop serving really good coffee in a charming location. Would I walk a mile for it? Absolutely. Would I walk five miles? Let's not get carried away. Four stars. A hidden gem that's worth seeking out, especially if you're wandering through The Village Shops and need a quality cup of coffee to fuel your next round of Gatlinburg adventures.

This is terrific" I enjoyed a grilled chicken sandwich while my dad dined in the Greek Bowl with tater tots. The food was fresh, very tasty, but it was mostly the attentiveness of everyone who works here. They stopped by and made sure we had everything we needed and always with a smile. My mom originally wanted to get "take out", but the outdoor seating with umbrellas in the courtyard was too pleasant to pass up. We will be back.

The area is still under development but is nice. HUGE outdoor area to sit and relay with a beverage and dinner. Walked up to the counter, greeted warmly and told what to expect. Order at the counter, get a pager, place it in the designated spot on your table. That way they know where you are seated. Drinks came really quickly and were mixed just right. Food followed shortly after. It was tasty and priced right. Wanted to get a second drink and sit outside but the babysitter was about out of time. Great beer wall where you choose your own beverage. Lots of tables inside and out. Staff was really friendly.
