Did you know why they are called the Tennessee Volunteers? Now you do!

Everything was delicious. French toast, basic eggs and meat, seasoned home fries, and a very large biscuit with gravy. Crepes were good, but you only get 3 small ones. Plenty of parking nearby.

    Mountain hash.

The mountain hash was pretty good. However, my wife had a blueberry muffin and she did not feel. It tasted very good. While everything looked fresh, she thought there was kind of a chemically mass baked taste. I ordered extra toast, and imagine my surprise when it came with no butter. Just a dry toast.. how was the tossup whether or not I was going to give three stars or four stars in this review. However, I will say the coffee was outstanding. The waitress made sure my coffee cup was full at all times, and I appreciated that. I even went out to my car to get my large coffee cup so I could drink more of the coffee even as we left.

Great food, okay service We stopped by Buffalo Breakfast Company in Sevierville, and the food did not disappoint--everything was delicious and cooked perfectly! Definitely one of the better breakfasts we've had in the area. Our server was very kind, but we did feel a bit forgotten at times--there were some long waits between check-ins and getting what we needed. That said, she was friendly when she did come by. Overall, the amazing food makes it worth a visit, and hopefully the service smooths out with time. Would go back for the food alone!

Such a hidden gem we stumbled upon in Sevierville! Buffalo Breakfast is an absolute must-visit. The waffles were perfectly golden and delicious. So glad we came across this spot!

Decided to check this spot out for breakfast after seeing pictures of some of their food online. Parking was a bit difficult as the lot across the street was full with several other drivers circling for a spot like us. I went in and it took about 4 minutes before I was acknowledged and directed to bar for a to go order placement. I had tried calling to place order but phone call never went thru to restaurant. The server at bar took my order quickly and got me checked out. The meals I saw people eating looked tasty and enough food for one person. The restaurant has a chill vibe and it could be good for groups to dine. The food was just ok. Nothing to write home about and I wouldn't go out of my way to return. I didn't really like the pancakes as the dough was too thick and lacked flavor. The eggs, hashbrowns and bacon were standard fare.

The food and service were great. The reason for only 3 stars has to do with the amount of waiting to eat and use the restrooms. It seems they have outgrown their space. My party of 3 joined the online waiting list at 10:45 while we were driving to the location. The wait was 1hr & 30mins and there were 30 parties in line in front of us. In all my time of traveling and dining in at popular spots; this spot was one of the longest waits I've ever seen. Once we were finally seated after waiting over an hour, the service moved smoothly and we got our food and drinks in a timely manner. It was all very delicious. After we ate, the line for the restroom was absurd. There are only 2 public bathrooms and we had to wait in line for 10+ mins. Would I come back? Maybe. It would depend on their wait time and how busy they are.

    Deep South waffle

I had the Deep South waffle ... it was good but needed a little more of the sausage ( would have giving 5 stars )the eggs were cooked exactly as I requested! My husband had the pancakes and they were delicious! Kylie was our server and she was great! The coffee is worth coming back for!!

Buffalo Breakfast in Sevierville is a great spot to start the day. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it. You can tell they take pride in using quality ingredients, and the portions were more than generous. The biscuits were fluffy, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the bacon had that just-right crisp. Service was friendly and quick, even with the morning rush, and the whole place had a welcoming, down-home feel. It's the kind of breakfast spot you'll want to come back to every time you're in the area. Highly recommend.

The ambiance of the place gives fancy breakfast type of vibes. Its new to the area and fits the downtown area of Sevierville pretty well. However, the food was a bit underwhelming. It was good but not spectacular by any means. I recall leaving saying I think I would have enjoyed waffle house better. The service from the staff was really good and they were helpful when it came to selections but im not racing to go back.

We heard that this place had reopened as a breakfast venue in Downtown Sevierville where Trotters BBQ once was. We must've come in during the most busy brunch having hour on a sunny Saturday in early February 11am. We waited a few mins and they were kind at the host stand to take our number and text us when the table was ready. There are several retail shops and a Graze burgers next door. So we relaxed at Graze for a brunch-tail justified at that hour as it was my birthday. We finished up and headed back for our table. David our server was a pro, kind, knowledgeable and made sure to check on ingredients that my gluten sensitive wife needs to avoid in order to enjoy a meal out on the town. We started with the raspberry scone with lemon glaze. It was light and went nicely with coffee to split. She opted for the smoked salmon benny and I added fried chicken to the vegetarian benny and it was dynamite. It would've been great without the fried chicken. But "when in Rome"! The place was hopping and it looks like first come first served. The menu resembles an upscale Cracker Barrel with fresh options up and down. I could easily see myself eating two days in a row here and getting something deliciously different each time. They also have boozy breakfast options and a tiny bar to sneak in if you don't mind a quieter spot. I caught up with an old friend on my way to the bathroom, odd are you'll run into someone you know in this small town. Having worked in this small downtown for many years, it's very satisfying to see the diversity of places that you can find now in a a walkable area. With everything from Spas, beauty stores, great breakfast, burgers, Italian nightlife, a premier seafood restaurant, and some lovely retail shops and barbers. Downtown Sevierville is back baby, Kudos to Austin and the crew for bringing in this place. Great for meeting clients and bringing the whole family.

I think they said this place just opened 2 days ago! We arrived early enough and were seated right away! The staff were very pleasant! I ordered the sausage empanada which was excellent! My son and daughter in law had the mountain hash topped with scrambled eggs, the French toast and a platter with eggs, bacon and potatoes. Everything was really good, the seats were comfortable and roomy. The place had a rustic vibe with a modern flair! Might be back tomorrow!

Cozy atmosphere. Good service. I got the Southern Fried Skillet and the chicken was perfectly cooked and moist which can be a struggle for many places with their fried chicken dishes.

We were greeted and seated promptly in a lovely little alcove near their patio, the perfect spot for old friends catching up. Our server, Olivia, was phenomenal, offering insight and recommendations into their seasonal menu items. We started with cocktails and appetizers. We loved the Roasted Beet Salad and Crab Bisque. Deee-licious! We then moved on to our entrees: Filet mignon (prepared Medium) w/caramelized onions & garlic mashed potatoes. The filets were seasoned and cooked perfectly - melt in your mouth, oh soooo good! Prime rib steak sandwich with caramelized onions & melt cheese. Opted for a side of grilled zucchini instead of fries. Also a big hit with our friend. I chose the night's feature dish of halibut and couscous. Nicely prepared and delicious. Though we didn't have room for dessert, once Olivia brought the dessert tray by, we quickly made room! My husband chose the Blueberry Bread Pudding. Of course I had to taste! I'm typically am not a fan of bread puddings due to being heavy and somewhat gummy! This one was absolutely light, and yummy allowing the blueberries to shine. Our friends shared the NY cheesecake with fresh strawberries. Also, light, fluffy and delicious! I chose the key lime pie with toasted coconut sprinkled on top. Incredibly good with light tartness though I prefer more tart. Still, it ranks up there as one of the best I've found. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails, food, ambiance, decor, and our server, Olivia. Ample portions, reasonable/comparable pricing, and delicious/creative menu. Bravo, Seasons 101! Bravo!! Maybe "pet tolerant", but not "friendly": - hostess was visibly & audibly afraid of dogs. We have two sweet chocolate labs, not exactly menacing creatures. Why in the world would you send a dog-fearing employee to get us seated? - we expected an offer of a water bowl for our pups. Nope. Had to find a server and ask for one. - the outdoor area we sat at is enclosed & gated. A door separates this outdoor area from the inside dining room. In spite of this, 10 minutes after being seated, a separate employee came out and simply said "do yall have leashes?" 1- of course we do, you saw us walk them in. 2- no greeting or "hey, I'm blah blah"... cold & impersonal. 3- why bother with the cost of a gated enclosure if pets have to be leashed anyway? We've been to many pet-friendly restaurants. You are NOT pet-friendly. You happily took our money for the meal, and added a 20% gratuity yourselves (which was not earned btw), but you barely did enough to accommodate our pups, let alone be considered "friendly". We didn't feel they were welcome, and certainly no "friendly" environment experienced. We won't be back. See how Calhouns defines "pet friendly". Y'all might learn something.
