I stop by here before work and boy is it busy! I'm talking line wrapped around the parking lot in the morning but we know that means they're doing a good job! So yay! I tend to park and hop out and run in really quick so I can get to work in time and they are always SO sweet to me!!! You literally cannot go wrong with their lovely customers service even when it's busy outside, they will help you in the most courteous way with an extremely chill vibe while I wait for my treats! Their Pumpkin Cream Frap has my heart! Predictable I know, but givin it's my favorite season I'm trying to partake in just about everything and they're absolutely delicious! What an experience? We came here in the morning , got couple coffees and hot breakfast sandwiches and the whole experience was great. So we passed back 7:42 pm , greeted the 3 ladies working and asked which of their coffee pots was hot since both coffee warmers were blinking. The lady that was on the register was so unhappy, unprofessional, and just told us ' I don't know' , and when I asked why ? She responded ' I don't really know and have a good night ' !!!!!!! I guess she was in a hurry to leave and close us and I was still not 8 pm. So we asked for her name , she refused to answer. I asked the other girls for the district manager name ? both again hesitated. So I called and got the district managers name Scott and I hope he and Starbucks management see this review and check the camera and put his employee to work instead of pushing customers away. I believe this lady is the supervisor of the shift and the other 2 did not want to get on her bad side. She needs to go, that is not acceptable to refuse to make fresh coffee or even has the decency to offer an americano instead. Lazy, irresponsible, unprofessional and was scared to even say her name. She knew she messed up and maybe with many others and thought we will just go . No we don't , We will pass by again tomorrow and talk personally to your manager. I ordered online for the cold Foam Cappuccino with Almond drink, Caramel drizzle, 2 Caramel pumps and that cost 8$! But I got the drink with no Caramel at all! Even the taste of almond is none! Why is so difficult to get the pastry and hot beverage at the same time? I ordered a muffin (not warmed) along with a simple latte. The beverage comes up right away. No muffin. The woman that hands me the beverage asks "is there anything else". I say, yes; I also ordered a muffin. She says "it will be right up". Disappointed in the flow of service. We honked because we'd been waiting for almost 10 minutes for the employee to acknowledge the one person in their drive through besides us. Then when we pulled up, we were asked how we could be helped and then told that it was unnecessary to honk at the person in front of us. The person in front of us got a medium drink and I got a large and we were out super quickly. I truly dont understand what the speed issue was, as I am someone who works at a fast food store here locally, we have to keep times low so our customers arent waiting forever. Just wanted to give a shoutout to Keeth with two Es! He was professional from menu to window and was just so unbelievably nice compared to the last checkout server I had in drive thru. I wasn't even sure if I was 'good to go' because I normally get the cue "have a nice day" or something along the lines. I tipped him good and I felt like he didn't deserve that though my drink was great, I just needed my cue lol but KEETH, has got it! I felt I should have tipped him more! This extremely busy Starbucks could not accept my $100 bill! What the ? Went there for a couple breakfast sandwiches and some coffee and when came time to pay, I had a one hundred dollar bill in my wallet. I presented it to the cashier and was told "oh we don't have enough twenties to give you change" , "they are under the drawer" " we can't accept that" What business does not take cash?? Obviously not monopolistic poor little totally ethical Starbucks. Starbucks coffee company only cares about removing competition. It is the Costco or Walmart of coffee. I went elsewhere to a local coffee place instead and my cash was gladly accepted. This makes me really think long and hard about the choices I make on a daily basis. Not all coffee houses need to be fancy to fit my needs. Every Wednesday and Thursday I come in to study/work on the WiFi, and they know my drink by heart; a venti iced chai latte with 12 pumps of chai, light ice and a shot of espresso. The worst Starbucks experience I've had! I tried the drive thru. I ordered a dark roast grande coffee with a little cream. I was told there was no dark roast made, only Pikes Place. I then said I do not like Pikes Place, May I have a pour over. The Starbucks employee said no, we don't do that in the drive thru. I offered to pull over and wait for it because I had my kids in the car half asleep. Still the Starbucks employee said no. So I called inside the store, while stuck in the drive thru line. The manager was not in so I spoke with the shift manager on duty. She explained that pour overs in the drive thru are not permitted. She didn't offer a solution besides ordering a different drink. All I wanted was dark roast coffee with cream, but I would have taken it black. How much more simple could a drink get? I've never had a problem with any other Starbucks completely unwilling to make a dark roast cup of coffee. Pikes Place is a much lighter roast and does not taste good to me. The employees were unprofessional and took no steps to make it right. I will file a formal complaint. I ended up finding my own solution with Day-O in Sonora, I spent less money and the worker was cheerful and helpful, as always. read more

This is the worst starbucks location to work for or order from. The reason it takes so long to get your orders thru the drive thru is because the shift managers don't care about times, baristas are too busy having personal conversations/hitting on each other, and they don't know what the word team means. The store manager is a nervous wreck who calls in sick all the time and the baristas are a bunch of cliquey, depressed, assholes who don't take pride in anything they do, so that's why this place averages one star. The twiggy old guy Sam, heats everything on one setting so that's why your sandwich might come out cold in the middle. They barely strive for minimum effort. As a Starbucks partner from another state : the partner on the front till was uncaring and Unknowledgeable and treated me like I was a burden . They need to check her attitude. Going to give this Starbucks 2 stars because they do sell coffee. This location in my opinion only deserves 1 star for service and taste. I had one bad experience and thought I'd try again. Next service was just as bad. The coffee was luke warm, I asked for cream and cinnamon and got a sweetener that was terrible. Walked in and got a replacement and it was still luke warm. That's it, I've had enough. Not coming to this location again. I buy my bottles of sugar-free cinnamon dolce here because I don't see it anywhere else. They usually get confused when I order it at the intercom so I wait till I get to the window and ask them if they have a bottle and there has never been a problem until today, there were two cars behind me and the girl at the window said she could not go look and see if they had a bottle because there were people waiting behind me. She said I would have to come in to buy it, if they have it, because there are people waiting behind me.I get it that you want to get people in and out of there fast because that is the reason I don't usually come to this location, it is the slowest location I've ever been to. I've even held up the line before for one reason or another and I buy the order for the people behind me to try to make up for it but there were only two cars behind me that had just come up behind me. Have been here several times over my Sonora stay of two weeks. Each has been a good experience. Consistently greeted politely by staff. Have ordered regular drip coffee, espresso, and frappucino. This is my go to Sbux location. The drive-thru can sometimes be really congested and orders are largely accurate. Only once did I get a hot Americano and received no cream or sugar - I did not order it black. Had to say excuse me 5 times because the barista couldn't hear me over his coworker talking about the great big meteor that's going to kill us all in 5 years. Finally when I caught his attention, he told her to remake it for me. She flat out said no, told him to give me the same drink or better yet "throw it at her car." I could hear all of this clear as day. $5 latte incorrect and she would not take the time to remake it. Came in to talk to the manager who was really just a shift supervisor at the time, she stared at me blankly and said "so do you want a free drink or something? What do you want me to do?"
