I finally got the chance to try this place. I ordered four cakes through Instacart and I loved all of them. Red velvet, strawberry cheesecake, apple cider, and lemon. Very moist, great ingredients and the packaging was gorgeous. You get a nice size for the price. OMG!! This place does not miss! I've never been inside myself until recently to choose my own cakes, usually I just snag a bite of a friend who loves bundt cakes but when I decided to finally run in myself to grab some cakes for a quick birthday celebration I couldn't walk away! I bought 6 different flavors not sure which one my friend would choose and found myself in my car eating two of them before I even got to her house. They were all so moist and delicious! Plenty of parking at this location. It seems like people are always in and out of this place. If you're alone when you arrive, you won't be by the time you order. Smells great inside and is well lit. There's always a smiling face to greet you, but man did COVID ruin the free samples..! The employees are helpful and move quickly. I've picked up bundtlettes and a 10" cake here and I'm satisfied every time. Cakes are always picture perfect, very moist and satisfying. The also offer cards, candles and party/cake decor. My dad and I pass by here all the time and we were curious so we gave it a try. I was a bit skeptical because I find store bought cakes dry, overly sweet and frosting way too sugary or bland and heavy. We each got a white chocolate raspberry mini bundt and my goodness I was surprised. The cake was insanely moist, fluffy and tasted fresh and the cream cheese frosting was rich, smooth and not too sweet. The lady that helped me was very polite and helpful. Lemon Raspberry is the flavor of Summer and it should be!!! It is light, airey, a little sweet and a smidge, tart! The icing is nice and silky and please do not put these in the fridge! Let them set out about an hour and at room temp, you'll be sorry you only bought one! The Pecan Praline was a nice bite but not enough flavor for my expectations. So I'd seen this place and knew people that had been there but I'd never tried. I'm home recuperating from surgery and my daughter bought me an individual bundtlet. I AM HOOKED!!! I usually don't eat anyone else's Bundt/pound cake because I am obsessed with the ones my Mother makes. I had the classic vanilla and it was so delicious! It was so moist and the icing was just enough, as I usually don't do icing. I was super pleased and truly surprised by this little shop! I was greeted instantly by two very friendly associates who's customer service skills were truly superb, which in my humble opinion is a rare find in this area. They explained their products and offered myself and two small children samples and stickers to boot. Not only do they have delicious Bundt cakes (we purchased confetti, carrot and white chocolate raspberry which were all amazing!!), but the gift selection they had in store was darling as well. Mugs, greeting cards, zippered pouches, and a darling selection of small party hats and birthday candles graced the surrounding areas of the shop and all were displayed so prettily! Let me start by saying that as a hospitality professional and former cake decorator, I set the bar pretty high for both customer service and quality baked goods. When I say pretty high, I mean very high. Dennis and his team knocked it out of the park with my order. Not only are these cakes delicious (remember how high my bar is), the service I received was remarkable. Dennis went well out of his way to make sure that my order was delivered as requested (which is not easy in a place as large as The Cleveland Clinic); his generosity of time and spirit was truly impressive. Additionally, the value of these cakes (I ordered the Bundtinis) is unbeatable! I compared cupcake prices at other local bakeries and the Nothing Bundt Cakes was the clear winner.
