This must be the worst Starbucks ever! I come here every Sat and Sun morning. The patio is always filthy, littered with dirt, the umbrellas are always broken so no shade. One of the employees said "it's too hot to be outside anyway". But that's not for her to decide, is it? At other Starbucks where I frequently come they know always my regular "Grande Cappochino" but here they have no idea what de regular customer wants. If it has rained the seats are always wet. The coffee is cold and bitter always taste like old coffee never fresh, I ordered in the drive through and the employee didn't listen to me at all I get the the window and get the wrong size then I see her pour the coffee to a large cup and tops it off so high the coffee spilled all over me when I grabbed it. I've never had any problems with The service actually quite the contrary I've always had great service, coffee is always made on point! Ordered a cinnamon dolce Frappuccino like I do often and when I got my drink it was very white I questioned it with the guy because like I said I had this drink often and it's never white, he just said he missed the cinnamon, so he sprinkled some on top. While I've never heard a complaint from any staff member regarding my complicated order, or staying there for hours at a time to study, I find the staff to be extremely loud during the worst times. I understand it's a coffee shop and not a library, but it's also not a bar. You dont necessarily need to laugh at the top of your lungs at every joke. Went to grab my morning breakfast at the Drive Thru and when I got to the window I asked the lady some questions about a few gift cards I received for the holiday and getting them on the Starbucks app. Sabrina who helped me kindly explained the process of adding the funds then said "Here, I'll put them in there for you". Now I've been in the customer service field for a long time and unfortunately now a days it's extremely rare to find due to technology and people being so absorbed about themselves but this act of kindness put the biggest smile on my face and in my heart. That's the kind of service we need to be promoting and I could understand if they were slammed she may have not been able to have done it but they weren't (only 1 car behind me) so she saw a window of opportunity and took it. The caramel macchiato is my new favorite but, I have to constantly complain as almost every other coffee type I get here is burnt. This is a shame. I hate paying $4+ per drink to take the first sip while driving to work and realizing both the burnt coffee taste and that I can't be late for work to complain directly. I really wish they had better quality control on their product. Other than that the Caramel Macchiato is tasty when its not burnt of course. I use to get the mocha frappuccino but, I moved on. If you're coming to this Starbucks, you have to go through the drive-thru no matter how long the line is. The employees here primarily focus on drive-thru orders, especially during peak times. I stopped here one morning and there must have been 10 people at the drive-thru so I decided to park my car and walk-in. Big mistake. I ended up waiting 15 minutes and I was the only person in the store. Cars were pulling up to the window however and getting their order very efficiently. Be careful at the drive-thru if you use your phone to pay though. One of the cashiers dropped my phone on the concrete once because she didn't realize I wasn't expecting her to hand it back at that moment, as she handed it back to me with her back turned the opposite direction. I got a cookie dough frap and honestly it wasn't so good it had too much cinnamon and it was watered down. My step mom got a cotton candy frap and hers was also watered down the same as my step brothers. Would not go there again. They didn't even know how to make the two of the three drinks. read more

I could probably be writing this review for just about every starbucks I've ever been to, but I chose this because I often visit this starbucks more often than any other. When the coffee is good, it's good. Most likely the reason you can find a starbucks coffee on just about every corner of a major shopping plaza. They are always clean and I've not once had a bad experience at a starbucks coffee. When the holidays come around, I do enjoy when they have the holiday desserts and different coffee flavors. For example, the gingerbread they sell during winter holiday season is delicious, can't get enough! Typically I like to mix it up when I go each time I visit, however the most popular drink of choice is the vanilla bean frappuccino. Obviously each menu item taste is a matter of opinion, but there's always plenty to choose from to fit your taste buds. It's always a relaxing environment to walk into so stop on by! read more

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Every morning there is a line for the drive through that is out to the road. You have to leave your house 20 min early to account for how slow their service is. They have at least 7 people working there in the morning and yet the line does not move. If you're thinking of going inside to get in a shorter line, think again. They pay less attention to the inside line. None of the employees listen to the orders. The orders are consistently incorrect and the employees are less than eager to fix the mistake. Starbucks needs to get an adult in there in the mornings and get this place moving. As it stands, they should be ashamed to call this a Starbucks. read more
