Today I celebrated two friends' birthdays with Sunday brunch at Vienna Café & Bistro in Cooper City, and it was absolutely delightful! From the moment we walked in, we were transported from an ordinary strip mall setting into a charming English tea room filled with flowers, beautiful décor, cozy seating, and even fun royal family cutouts for photos. Every table felt unique, and the elegant china added to the experience. We chose the Duchess Tea Package, which included a pot of tea, soup or salad, and a three-tiered selection of sandwiches and desserts. The sandwiches were delicious, featuring favorites like tuna salad, egg salad, turkey, and croissant sandwiches. We also enjoyed scones, macarons, cheesecake, and other sweet treats. You can also opt to order regular menu brunch items like eggs Benedict, crepes , or French toast . To make the birthday celebration extra special, I ordered desserts for my friends, which were beautifully presented while the staff sang "Happy Birthday." It was such a thoughtful touch. The tea selection was extensive, and our server was attentive and friendly despite the restaurant being completely full. We arrived at 11 a.m. on a Sunday and the dining room remained busy throughout our visit. There was even a baby shower being hosted in a private area. They do offer outdoor seating, but I highly recommend sitting inside to fully enjoy the atmosphere. My friends and I wore our large hats and gloves to embrace the tea party experience, and we took so many wonderful photos and memories home with us. During my initial visit, I encountered a level of service that I hope is not representative of your establishment as a whole, but rather an isolated incident involving a single individual. The service I received was exceptionally poor. The sandwiches were, for the most part, average, with one exception, and the scones, one of the.sandwich clotted cream were satisfactory. The tea was acceptable. My visit was in February for high tea, and I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Upon arrival, I approached lady Hostess A and requested an indoor table. She informed me that the indoor seating was full but suggested I could sit anywhere outside. I proceeded to seat myself. There was no queue or other patrons waiting at that time. Mr. Waiter J..later informed me about reported issues with bees in the outdoor area, which I understood. I reiterated my preference for indoor seating, explaining that Hostess A had indicated no availability inside, which led me to the outdoor area. After I placed my order, other patrons arrived. Hostess A escorted them to outdoor tables and provided them with menus. This pattern continued with subsequent arrivals. I observed that all the patrons she seated shared a similar skin tone to hers, unlike myself. Furthermore, after patrons departed from the indoor area, Hostess A personally re-entered the outdoor area to escort these new arrivals inside, despite their arrival significantly after mine. One patron, whom she seated indoors, later returned outside..The inside was full but many cluents left in groups freeibg uo various table indore..She appeared to have many options..options that i was not offrerd after i my wish was express that i wanted an inside table Lady A indicating that indoor seating had been available. I also overheard her inquiring about reservations, suggesting that these patrons did not have one. Another patron seated near me was also offered an indoor table. Throughout this experience, Mr. J observed my predicament with the bees and proactively intervened to improve the situation. I shared my observations with him, and he offered me an indoor table, which I declined at that point. His exemplary teamwork and service in addressing the disrespect and unfavorable treatment I experienced were didpleased . My waiter, Mr. J.. was ok.. When I shared my observations with him, he suggested that Hostess A might have forgot about me. I found this particularly noteworthy given that two patrons were seated within arm's length of me, requiring her to navigate around me. My table was also positioned beside the entrance, a high-traffic area for incoming guests. While I acknowledged the possibility of oversight, I also reflected on the unfortunate phenomenon where individuals of differing skin tones are sometimes marginalized as in my case. I sat outside and while the bees was competing with my food. Mr. Jeh...consistently refilled my tea and checked on me frequently. The waiter also checked on me and acknowledged the bee issue. Mr. Jel ....was professionalism, kindness, and efficiency in attempting to rectify the situation were commendable. I would rate the waiter's quality as 3 out of 10, while Mr. jEl....service merits a perfect 10. Regarding the restaurant as a whole, I am profoundly disappointed. Checked this restaurant out on a Tuesday morning and received the best service! Jose was awesome, welcoming and very informed on the menu. Quiet, quaint and almost hidden as it's located in a plaza. On the outside you would not expect the inside to be aesthetic, roomy and with plenty of seating. They do also have patio seating available. I came here with my friend and my bf to celebrate my friend passing her boards. When I entered, I was amazed with all the decor. It felt as if I had suddenly transported to London for lunch. It was pretty busy when we arrived which made me even more excited to try the food. None of us had been here before so it was nice to try something new. We ordered the French onion soup, London rib of beef, Fully loaded turkey breast, prosciutto caprese, and for dessert we order crème brûlée and banana foster bread pudding. My bf felt like the French onion soup and the London rib of beef were okay. As for the fully loaded turkey breast, it was actually pretty good. My friend who ordered the prosciutto caprese said she loved it. As for the dessert they were good but I enjoyed the banana foster bread pudding more than the crème brûlée. There were so much to choose from in the menu that we want to come back and try other things. Since we came for lunch, we would like to come back and try their breakfast along with maybe having tea with some pastries. The waiter was great. Came here with a big group for afternoon brunch with the high tea experience and the servers were great. The cream of spinach soup was seasoned well and not super salty. However it was lukewarm. The selection of savory and sweet options were well mixed. My favorite of the tea sandwiches was the tuna cucumber and the onion cheese croissant. The egg salad circles were also light and refreshing. Though the bread could've been toasted so it would be warm and flakey. The scones came out warm and were buttery and fluffy. As soon as you walk through the doors of the Vienna Cafe and Bistro, you are transported from a south Florida strip mall to another time and place. The decorations are fancy and fun, with a nod to the British Royal family. I met an old friend/former work colleague for breakfast and we had lots of catching up to do. The food was wonderful and the service was outstanding. Spressa took excellent care of us and since we were the first customers of the day, we had some time to have a nice conversation with her. I have passed this spot numerous times when I shop at the Publix right next-door. Although I've seen it many times, somehow I have never actually eaten here. We decided to brunch at Vienna Café on a Sunday for my friend's birthday. This was also a meal before we headed to Miami to check out the new Daiso and make it a fun day. It seems they are busiest on the weekends, especially during brunch. We arrived at 11:30am on a Sunday morning and there was maybe a short 15 minute wait. They were able to see us out on the patio. Although we would have liked to sit inside where you get the whole vibe of Vienna Café and Bistro, it was completely packed and we didn't want to wait that long so we opted for the patio. Max was our server and he was very personable. Also funny as he mentioned if he gave good service, his name is Max. If his service was bad, his name was Pedro. Lol. Fun guy. We ordered our food around 12pm. This is everything we ordered: * Hot Chai Tea Latte $5.50 * Smoked Salmon Platter $23.00 * Crab Cakes Eggs Benedict $24.00 * Spicy Thai Pecan Salad $21.00 And although it was crazy busy during brunch, Max apologized profusely for the long wait on our food. There was a woman who stopped by the table. Also, I can only assume she was the manager as she also apologized for the long wait and they were super busy. Very nice of her to stop by but the weight was a little bit crazy! Our friend had to go pick up her kids at tennis at 1pm and our food still did not arrive. She left and was going to come back immediately after. Max saw we were still waiting and offered us complimentary mimosas. Nice effort but we still couldn't get over how long the food took. There were guests who sat down after us on the patio and they received their food before ours. Weird. Of course, our food finally arrived at 1:30pm...1.5 hour wait for the food!!!! OMG. And our friend was still not back so we decided to be courteous and wait to eat. Max noticed we were still waiting She finally got back around 1:45pm. Our food was cold but we didn't want to be rude and dig in without her. Let's break down the food. The Spicy Thai Pecan Salad was my favorite dish. Good flavor and loved the dressing. Just a nice light dish. Crab Cakes Eggs Benedict was just ok, I like the Hollandaise sauce but at this point with the long wait on food arrival and then continuing to wait for our friend to get back, the meal wasn't as enjoyable or fresh. The crab cake itself was not as hearty as I anticipated. Thin crab cake. I did enjoy the Smoked Salmon Platter too as it was a DIY lox bagel and taste. Overall, loved the vibe here with the charming decor, high tea feels and beautiful dishes and utensils to go with the theme. Food was ok but I would give it another shot and hope for a better experience due to the extensive 1.5 hour wait and just not a great first experience here. Max was great but man, the long wait really killed it for us. I would love to take my daughters here as I know they would really like the spot. One of our fave spots is Little Hen in Weston and they were obsessed with the vibes there. Vienna Cafe and Bistro is very charming and has lots of potential. Stopped in for a late lunch with friends. It was a beautiful winter day in Florida so we decided to sit outside on the front patio. Our waiter was wonderful and service was quick. I ordered the chicken salad with cranberries on multigrain bread, which is served with potato chips. Unfortunately, I was not crazy about the chicken salad, which was a little mushy with too much mayo. It could have used more chicken salad . I did like the sliced cucumbers that were on the sandwich though. The rest of the group really enjoyed their meals. One was the plain chicken salad, which was much more chunkier on a baguette, which was delicious, another order was the turkey club that looked amazing, and finally a London rib of beef sandwich on a baguette, which was also Said to be very favorable. I came here on Saturday with some friends, we were a party of 6. I've been here before for " high tea". They have 3 different high tea menus to choose from. The Countess includes a mimosa or glass of wine and upgraded mini sandwiches (salmon, chicken salad). Half of us had that one and the other half had the Duchess High Tea (no mimosa), which comes with soup or salad, mini sandwiches (cheddar cheese, turkey, tuna, egg salad). The spinach soup was excellent. The sandwiches were good. The scones were ok, sweet and dense, no crunch on the outside The only disappointment was that they give you just 2 tiny petit fours, a French macaron and a tiny, tiny square of cheesecake. I really wanted to love Vienna Cafe & Bistro because the restaurant is beautifully decorated and their social media creates the expectation of a very elegant, refined experience. Unfortunately, my visit did not live up to that expectation. I ordered the Shrimp & Beet Salad for $23, described on the menu as spring mix, grilled shrimp, beets, pecans, goat cheese, orange segments, and avocado. For that price and in a place with this type of upscale atmosphere, I expected a fresh, carefully composed salad with a nice balance of the ingredients listed on the menu. Instead, what arrived looked like a huge canoe overflowing mainly with spring mix. There were only four shrimp, very little beet, and the ingredients were not thoughtfully arranged or proportioned. The greens looked wilted and unappealing, and the avocado was particularly disappointing--it was gray, extremely overripe, and looked almost past the point where it should have been served. Before ordering, I specifically asked the server about the portion because I eat very little and did not want an unnecessarily large salad. I was told it was appropriate for one person. What I received, however, was an enormous amount of spring mix. I shared the salad with my friend and still left a large amount behind. Honestly, several people could have eaten from that quantity of greens. And that is really the point: I wasn't looking for more food for my $23; I was looking for better quality. I would much rather have received a smaller, beautifully presented salad with fresh avocado, a reasonable proportion of shrimp, beets, goat cheese, pecans, and orange segments than a massive amount of spring mix used to create volume. For $23 plus tax, the quality, balance, freshness, and presentation simply did not meet my expectations. The overall presentation of the experience was another disappointment. One of the things that attracted us to Vienna Cafe & Bistro was the beautiful, elegant and vintage-style glassware and coffee service frequently featured in their social media reels. We were looking forward to that charming detail as part of the experience. Instead, our coffee was served in regular modern cups that looked nothing like what we had seen advertised. We actually had to ask if they could bring us different cups similar to the beautiful ones shown in their reels. To their credit, the staff made an effort and brought us something closer to what we were expecting, and I appreciated that. However, customers shouldn't have to specifically request an experience that is so prominently presented as part of the restaurant's image on social media. When the actual presentation is noticeably different, it takes away from the experience. The decor itself is beautiful, and the service was fine overall, so I do want to acknowledge those positives. My disappointment is mainly with the disconnect between the image and experience being promoted, the prices being charged, and what was actually delivered. When a restaurant presents itself as an elegant, distinctive dining experience, the details matter--from the freshness and presentation of a $23 salad to the coffee service and tableware. I came expecting the refined experience portrayed online. Unfortunately, what I received felt much more ordinary and considerably less curated than expected. Beautiful setting, but for the price and the expectations created by their own presentation and social media, I expected much better attention to quality and detail. read more

Absolutely beautiful inside & out, the plaza where they are located has a lot of great restaurants but this has been the one I always come back to. I was heavily in the mood for brunch but it ends at 1pm and we got there around 1:30. Lunch menu did not disappoint and it gives me an excuse to come back earlier to try all the beautiful breakfast/brunch dishes. I have to say they put so much effort into the details here, it definitely gives high tea vibes. Looking forward to coming back and trying out more items. On Thursday, July 16, 2026, I ate at the Vienna Cafe and Bistro for the very first time - what a great experience! I started with a Strawberry Mockcoctail which was thick. I shared a Brie and pear pizza - wow, fantastic! My entree was a Beef with New York Bread Pudding and mashed potatoes. The beef was so tender that it practically melted on the fork, like butter! The potatoes which mashed from real, not boxed, potatoes; so, the texture was heavy and thick. So, dessert I had a chocolate cake made from bittersweet chocolate; therefore, the taste was not overly sweet. The real whipped cream on the plate served in a half cage was a nice touch. The service was good; yet, it could have been more attentive; i.e., "would like water?, a refill on your cocktail?, How is everything?" The atmosphere was elegant; yet, more British than Austrian. A few tables were even sat outside. I looked at reviews here and liked what Austin B. had to say about the London rib of beef sandwich. It also sounded like my kind of sandwich. So, I knew I would order that. It comes with chips, nothing else offered even at an unchanged. My sandwich was tasty. It was served warm and had a nice au jus on the side. I even dipped some of my chips.in it. The.sandwich has melted mozzarella, mushrooms and of course the beef. The beef was super tender. It also had some sort of horseradish aioli. This was good, but barely on my sandwich. I wanted more but our server never came to check on us. Finally, after a long while I made eye contact with her to get some of it to put on the part of my other sandwich to take home. She really should have checked on us sooner. Perhaps it's the florals and the decor that make me smile... perhaps it's that I know they serve scones even if I didn't order them this time... or that Brie and croissants... idk - but coming here and just looking around this room makes it a happy experience to me. Well today we got lucky and enjoyed the atmosphere for the longest time at lunch, as the torrential rain kept us inside and chit chatting well into the dinner service (we met for lunch!) and the service was awesome. They came around efilling our water glasses and let us just sit there for hours of uninterrupted conversation- thank you Vienna Cafe! Needless to say, our food and drinks were very good too! First we got a mimosa, a cosmopolitan and a lemon drop martini as we were celebrating with our friend... and then we ordered some sandwiches that were delicious even if only served with chips (no French fries here). We enjoyed our turkey club, a turkey breast and I got the chicken salad with cranberry (very yummy) ... and then as an hour of torrential rain kept pounding down... I also got a chocolate cake. I had eyed the chocolate cake from the picture in their new menu- and this one had thick layers of chocolate ganache that were very flavorful. I do like a more "cake y"cake, but was pleasantly surprised by this cake's flavor. I met a few friends today for a girls' brunch at Viena Café & Bistro, and I'm so glad we chose this spot. Although it's a little out of our neighborhood, it was definitely worth the drive. The European vibe and cuisine are spot on--you truly feel transported the moment you walk in. Right next to our table was a group fully decked out for high tea, adding to the charming ambiance. Beyond the beautiful decor, the menu offers a great selection of breakfast dishes, sandwiches, salads, and more. Weekend brunch is served until 12:30 PM. I thoroughly enjoyed my Traditional Breakfast--scrambled eggs, multigrain toast with a fresh fruit garnish, and a side of perfectly cooked, crispy home fries. First off, I loved and appreciated the decor. Being a Brit it was pleasant to come here, especially with an English orientated group. The service was pleasant. This is where my positive highlights finish. Unfortunately, my full English breakfast was not good at all. I was very disappointed. The beans had a weird funky taste and were a weird colour. The tomatoes also had a very strange taste, almost musky like they were old moldy tomatoes that were grilled. The eggs were nicely cooked, and the sausage tasted English authentic. The bacon was Ok. The mushrooms were awful (probably tinned and not fresh). My plate also looked rather sad. I also wish they had their butter, Jams and tomatoe ketchup presented differently. Having to fiddle with plastic sachets and then having no where to place the empty packets was annoying. It also gave off a 'I do not care about waste / the environment' and gives a cafe environment.' If these for example were presented in cute containers with silver spoons, it would have elevated the experience, especially as there had been care shown from the aesthetics prior (the pleasant cups, sauces and teapots for example). To be noted other dishes from my fellow friends looked better than mine! I would come again, but I would definitely not have the full English breakfast! I would avoid that at my peril! read more

Nice little restaurant and unique decorations. Seems to be decorated for english high tea with queen of England full height poster and other photo op areas around diner. Food seems to be nice and from what I saw appears to be French/English food with lots of tea options. Everyone I saw in place remarked that they really enjoyed food. This is a very fun place to go to with a group. We went there to celebrate someone's birthday and so we dressed up with hats and gloves and pretended we were British! They serve scones, little mini sandwiches, salads and more. There are cut out posters of Queen Elizabeth and Princess Kate as well as other royalty! I hope to come back with a few friends another time. It is hidden in the Publix shopping plaza. You have to look all over the restaurant there are various hidden trinkets - so cute. They had a show, not enough people working, and they were sitting walk-ins while we waited. They told me it would be another hour before I could get a table. Vienna was renovated and enlarged since the last time I was there. It is absolutely gorgeous. I had the bananas foster French toast. It was the right amount of decadent and not crazy sweet. I loved it! Along with this I also had coffee, which was also great. The plates, the cups, the tea pots, the decor - it was all so wonderful. We were there almost 3 hours and our server was so wonderful. We went during the week and early. We told her to kick us out if necessary, but that never happened. Décor & Atmosphere: The café itself is cute with a nice theme. The tables are a bit too close together, but that's not a huge deal. Drinks: The cappuccinos were mediocre at best--honestly, if I closed my eyes, I wouldn't have known what I was drinking. Food: One major annoyance: our appetizer arrived after our sandwiches. That's just poor timing and kind of ridiculous. As for my turkey club, it came on a dry baguette with just a tomato slice and a piece of lettuce. No bacon, and the turkey didn't taste like great quality. For the price, it was disappointing. My mom said her chicken salad sandwich was decent, but nothing special. Overall: After two visits, I can say Vienna Café is cute but underwhelming--especially for the prices. Will I be back? Doubtful. read more

We went there for Valentine's Day and they had wonderful live music! The place is adorable and looks as if you stepped into the mad hatter's tea party. Everything was very tasty (except for the lemonade which was too artificial and sweet). Our server was wonderful as well. Overall a great experience! read more

What a lovely restaurant! Unfortunately, the food was simply not good. My husband and I had the Benedict, steak sandwich, banana French toast and cappuccinos. The cappuccinos and the French toast were both very good. The $20 sand which was MEH, and the Benedict was tasteful Definitely a place that focused a lot on decor and not on providing a quality product. I don't think I'll be back. Vienna Cafe and Bistro is a nice place for a baby shower, wedding shower, or birthday. It's very Victorian and has cute cardboard cut outs of the Royal family. We celebrated a friend's birthday. It was the perfect day. They let is sit at the bar while we waited for a table. That was helpful versus waiting outside. I ordered the bananas foster croissant French toast. The be presentation was good but the French toast was dry. I waited forever to get some maple syrup. I liked the Carmel sauce honey it was more like a drizzle. The dollop of whipped cream was nice and the side of sliced orange slices was pretty. The bananas were just sliced on top. I was thinking it was going to be a little bit more decadent. Overall, my favorite thing was the coffee and the side of bacon. It was really good. I would visit again just for that. read more

A truly exceptional place that deserves review #700 from me, if I do say so myself! The bistro is rather small but the tables have a nice amount of space between each of them so you don't feel shoulder to shoulder with everyone. The place makes me feel like I'm transported to another time and country from all of the decorations and themeing around the place! The staff is truly a cut above the rest and make me feel welcomed as if it was my own home! Prices here are a bit on the higher end but I don't care because the quality of everything makes the final total definitely worth it at the end of the meal! I opted for the London rib of beef, which costs about $22. On this sandwich is some truly exception Slow Roasted roast beef that truly falls apart the second you touch it with the fork, Mushrooms, Caramelized Onions, Mozzarella Cheese & Horseradish Aioli. The sauce to dip it in is also wonderful and I could easily drink that on its own, that's how wonderful it it! The service is wonderful and the food is to die for. That mixed with wonderful themeing make this place something that makes me come back time and time again and a place that absolutely everyone should know about and visit at least one in their life!
