It's red cup day! Unfortunately, this is my third attempt to come and the morning rush was definitely outrageous. Decided to come after work around 4 o'clock to still see if they had any cups and they didn't. But we enjoyed our holiday drinks. I would say they're on the sweeter side so I asked for one less pump of chocolate in the peppermint mocha and it was delicious! I went through the drive-through last week to grab a coffee and asked if they had the Siete tortilla chips. They said they did! When I opened the bag, the smell was absolutely disgusting!! It had a combo of rancidness and a strong chemical smell. I contacted the Siete company, and they were so kind and apologetic. They asked for the barcode and best buy date, and to my surprise, the chips expired in January of 2024!! So GROSS that an item has been basically sitting on their shelf for almost 2 years (this time frame came from the Siete company) I contacted Starbucks and the did nothing. Told me a dist. supervisor would be contacting me and crickets... I have not received any contact from the Starbucks company on this. Who know what else they are selling us that has expired. Floors are filthy, and it looks like they haven't been cleaned in a week or so. The trash bins both inside and out are overflowing with trash. I've really been disappointed in this Starbucks lately. I went inside, and the floor and counters are filthy. The counter is dirty, and this is where they set your food and drinks. Don't even try to use the restroom because that too is gross. The staff has been okay lately. Maybe they are understaffed? Idk but the friendly, happy chipperness is gone. Every time I order. Lately, they are out of something. Sometimes 3 or 4 items. All of the morning team is friendly and cheerful early in the morning when most people are zombies. Every time I come to this convenient location, they make poor drinks, get the order wrong, and are talking non stop amongst each other. This location for the past three years has not improved. I have another chance again today after a few months only to get two drinks remade at another location. The service isn't that great to me if you are kindly giving the wrong drinks. Our local Starbucks is a MESS!! Drove through last week and bought a few things and asked for a water too. "Due to a national cup shortage, we cannot give out water" ... so I asked if they could fill my cup. Nope, "due to covid, we won't fill your cup, you must purchase a water bottle." Ugh.. wow. Okay... Then, yesterday my family walked to Starbucks & the door was locked. They had a sign that they are not doing mobile orders and clearly their cafe was closed for an unknown reason. There was a lady with her family sitting outside and said that she just walked through the drive though so do that. We attempted to walk though the drive though and we're denied service. Despite them just doing it 30 seconds ago, we were turned away. No mobile orders, no cafe, no drive though so we had to leave. I was shocked and hurt at the way they treated my family. I was really shocked at the way they yelled at me through the drive though as well. Furthermore, they have been "out" of many things including oat milk despite being in the same parking lot as Raley's. They suck. I'm going to avoid going there. Super annoying. read more

I've gone to this location a handful of times and in one instance, they had gotten my coffee order wrong and I brought it to their attention...well, not only were they rude about it, a staff of maybe 3-4 people were literally talking shit about me while I was waiting for them to correct the order. First of all, I was nice about it and understood it was a wrong order, but for the staff to talk shit as if I was not listening...that's messed and poor customer service. Your job is to make sure that the customer's experience is pleasant so that they keep coming back..unfortunately this location doesn't care about that. Yes I know it's Starbucks!! I need my coffee and I am not going to drive all over town to get it. The employee's here are really kind and thoughtful. Pretty sure there are specific ways to order latte's and the baristas never make me feel silly for not knowing the order of the words. So I like a breve hazelnut or caramel latte. Went through the drive in on this day and ordered three drinks. No they weren't all for me. Ordered a Venti caramel latte, a venti coconut milk caramel iced coffee, and a venti white chocolate latte plus three double bacon breakfast sandwiches. The barista double checked to see if there was three and there were so I got them. BAZINGA did that make my day. Went to pay and asked to use my charge card to add money to my Starbucks card. She was very kind and sweet and said it wasn't a problem. (People have the right to say no to our requests especially if the drive up is really busy). I told her I appreciated her kindness. Usually, I never have any problems coming to this location. However, this morning my husband and I went in for a mobile order I placed through the app. We got there and told them at the intercom that it was a pickup order with my name. We pulled ahead and the lady told us we the total. I thought that when I reloaded my app with money that it didn't go through, so my husband went ahead and gave her his card. Then she hands us a sandwich and we realize it's not our order. We tell the lady and she says she'll have to get her manager to refund us. The manager comes to the window and says we should have told her it was a pickup order. We told the guy at the intercom. So there was no communication on their part. They also didn't repeat the order before taking our card. So I assumed my money just didn't go through to the app. The manager also says that the first lady at the window didn't have a headset on, again trying to excuse their bad communication. Drive through should always have headset, and if not, they should at least have some communication with whoever else is working drive through. They voided my payment. I appreciate getting it fixed but I did not appreciate the attitude and the blame for their bad communication. This was at about 6:30 in the morning on a Tuesday. read more

My husband and I live near this Starbucks and would like to visit more often, but today sort of clinched it. We ordered a green tea matcha medium size, 130 degrees. The tea that we received was a small, so hot it couldn't be consumed immediately and in the bottom was all the matcha powder in a lump. My husband's coffee was also too hot to drink and mostly milk. Very slow staff, they had two customers in the coffee shop with more than four employees. Took them over ten minutes to make one drink. Staff were very unprofessional and unsanitary. Arrived to pick up my mobile order at 6:20 pm and it wasn't even brewing. They indicated they were busy and that they didn't have time to brew the coffee. Cancelled the order. Management should really look closely at their employers at the location. They are likely wasting money on employees who are simply standing around and talking story. The guy taking my order was excited to do his little voice and schtick but didn't listen to my order. He asked me the size after I'd ordered.
