It came with mango & guava juice, strawberries, peaches, and pineapple sherbet. I also had an offer to add a complimentary boost; I selected the 'Sassy' Energy Boost (Green Tea Extract & Ginseng). The drink was refreshing, fruity, and provided gratification in every sip. It was prepared to perfection, with the flavor and even with the modification of the smoothie's thickness. The interior of the smoothie shop was extremely clean, vibrant, colorful, and inviting. The pricing was absolutely affordable and reasonable. We also got a kids strawberry banana smoothie. When I ordered, there was only one group of 2 people ahead of me and a Door Dash pickup. Despite not being busy, it took a full 20 mins (maybe even longer) to get my order ready even with 4 people working. It seemed like some of the staff were new and taking their time. It felt like an exceptionally long wait time for such a simple order. The smoothie bowls were ok, the açaí base was thicker than expected--more like a sorbet. The thickness made the fruit toppings and granola not really mix into the bowls very well. My daughter's smoothie was too thin and seemed like it was watered down more than it should have been. Overall, the bowls and smoothie got the job done for lunch but we did not have a great experience. Even with a BOGO free bowl coupon, my total was still $23 somehow. There were no other patrons in store, but a younger teenage boy sitting at the counter. I'm going to assume he was her boyfriend by their conversation. As I sat waiting, she made my two smothies, mind you was the same just two different sizes, a pretzel and a frozen waffle. That took over 10 minutes, the whole time still talking to the boy. Yes I said it a frozen waffle. If I wanted to pay for a frozen waffle, I'd go to the store and buy one. I haven't been back in since and was so disappointed that I had to wait over 10 minutes after I got a notification that my online order was ready. On top of her crappy service, she gave me a frozen waffle in my bag. I over tipped online and I'll never do that again. She didn't even deserve a peso. The store started filling up while I was waiting and everyone lined up seemed to be bothering her for wanting a smoothie. You had one young girl working, if you could even call that working. I have steered away from my kids ordering from here after their dental visits and after their weekly sports. Just a message to management: Please train the kids that work for you. That you pay them to take care of your customers not to treat everyone like we are a nuisance to her and her boyfriend.
