I was running behind this morning and was very happy to see how quickly the drive-thru was moving. Immediately after pulling up, my order was taken by a very pleasant barista. Upon getting to the window I realized that I had forgotten my physical card, but had some money left on a starbucks card. This was not enough to cover the order however. I apologized and asked if the barista could take an item off my order so that I would be able to pay for the full amount. After about a minute she hands me my order and says don't even worry about it, have a good day. I am done. Usually I don't complain because I understand that things happen and sometimes things dont work. But I have been to this location WAY too many times to forgive this any longer. The staff is terrible, never kind, always rude. But that not even the bad part because we get it, who would want to work there. The biggest complaint I have is them not KNOWING how to work here. They NEVER have cold brew, and if you order it on the app they tell you good fucking luck getting your money back. This has happened about 5 times. FIVE! After today I called corporate and told them how dumb this location is and I sincerely hope they shut it down. If you can't do a fucking coffee job...I'm sorry but you need help. And then they have the audacity to be rude about how they are out of fucking everything. I know how cold brew works boo, it takes almost 24 hours to make, so if you fuck up, you're out for the day. This usually is my favorite starbucks, but today got a Frappuccino with soy and it was not filled to the top of cup and was a bit thinner than normal Glad this wasn't my first visit cause I probably would not go back. Stopped by for an iced drink today and waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes. When I finally got to the front they had two people working. The guy taking the drive thru orders grabbed my card and then went and started making drinks for others even though my drink was there waiting. Finally the second worker handed me my card. I had to tell her I had a drink there waiting for me. She barely said anything to me and handed me the cup. The least she could have done was apologize for the wait. I will not be going to this site again. With all of the other coffee competition you would think they would be getting their stuff together. read more

Friend service and very knowledgable. Service is relatively quick most of the time. The crew is competitive here and like to challenge the others stores about things they do not know. If you want consistently good service & drinks, you've found the right place. We go to Starbucks every morning, usually at this location because it's the closest, but also try other locations avidly depending on where we are for the day. I have to say, this location is always the most consistent and friendly. I like to customize my drink and they never fail to make it correctly. On the rare occasion something is incorrect, they are extremely nice about remaking it. For instance, this morning, I asked for no topping and the barista put sprinkles on it, so I brought it up to him and he very politely offered to remake it. I know this can sometimes cause a delay in their bar or be irritating for some employees (other locations have not been so friendly to correct any errors), but he acted in no such way. He remade the drink very quickly but with no sacrifice to the taste as it's one of the best that I've had thus far. I also think he might be newer to the store so I applaud him for his amazing work. 5 stars for service, efficiency, listening, empathy, and taste! I've been to several Starbucks all over the states as I'm sure many people have, but this specific location is the best. The crew they have working there is the most friendly group ever. I guess I can only speak for the early morning staff because that's when I go, but I always challenge them with made up drinks and complicated orders and they do a great job. Also, while they are trying to figure out my drinks they are good at small talk and don't just leave you sitting there in the drive through like a number. I can't speak anymore highly of this group. Did drive-thru early on a Saturday evening. There was only one car ahead of us and none behind us. Got to the speaker to order and a guy's voice came on and said, "Can you hold on." There was silence for a good 5 minutes until a female's voice came on to take our order. Pulled up to the window, no one in front of us and still no one behind us. Waited for over 5 mins and no one came to the window - was about take off when the window finally opened. Never greeted, never thanked. Not what we are used to when spending money at a Starbuck's. One star because the drinks were fine, but like a previous reviewer here indicated, it's the workers that make the Starbuck's since the menu is pretty much the same at all of them. read more

When I first started going to Starbucks, I would never come to this one. The drinks always just tasted funny. This sucked because this is the closest one to my house, and the next closest one was at least two miles away and I walk everywhere. But as of late I have started coming to this location again and it's been amazing. There's been a few hiccups where my drinks would be bitter, but I would talk to the barista about it and they would fix it without complaints. The barista's at this location are amazing. They are always in good moods and there's one in particular where every time I walk in, she always seems to be so excited to see everyone. And I actually gossip with her about barista's at other Starbucks locations and she always tells me to call them out for being lazy. I went to this drivethru. Convenient. A young man tried to take my order but was confused so 2 different girls took over. I wanted 2 Cold Brew with foam. I wanted it sweet and definitely not Pumpkin flavor. I ordered tall. I had not been to a Starbucks before on my own. Friends were always buying me coffee while I did them a favor. Getting the order almost correctly now. They were not served over ice but still good. The Talls were short squat cups, not Tall at all. The total price was 962. I rounded up to 12 with my tip. You know these kids are making Lousy wages at the drivethru. We drove away and I said to my husband Starbucks Stock Holders are LAUGHING all the way to the Bank. This is a MULTI BILLION dollar company. They could lower their prices so that MORE people could AFFORD it and INCREASE the wages of their young employees. They WON'T!!!! Maybe in a Perfect World. I seriously doubt that their employees can afford to buy the coffee they are selling. Just a thought. read more

I asked for help with ordering a specific drink and instead trying to help he said " I have no idea what you're talking about" so I ordered my usual and asked for extra light ice and he said "you mean light ice" but I order this drink almost every day and not one worker has said it was wrong. I'm actually pretty upset about my experience I just had at this Starbucks. I ordered eight drinks most of them Venti I ordered a caramel frappe Pacino with an extra shot they forgot the extra shot. I ordered two Java chip with chocolate and caramel drizzle they forgot the chocolate drizzle. They forgot one of my drinks completely and when I went inside to get the drink there was no apologies they just blamed it on me saying that I didn't pay for it in a very rude tone I waited for the drink and when I was given with to me no apologies were made either. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this visit me and my entire office go here for drinks on a regular basis and if we dodecide to stop using it it will be a significant loss in business read more

Okay very upset that I have to write a bad review. The lady who was at the window 'preeti' is her name. She was extremely unprofessional and damn right rude!! 1st seems pissed off by just seeing my face,doesn't give me a receipt, and as I'm waiting to ask her for it she rolls her eyes at me,so that pissed me off so I wait to tell her to be a little more respectful to customers and she closed the window on me while I was talking! !!!!!!!!!!! Me and my boyfriend went here to order a Iced Cinnamon dolce latte and a caramel apple spice. They ended up taking ten minutes to figure out our Order while we sat there in silence. When we pulled to the window they gave us a steamed apple juice with cinnamon dolce in it and a hot latte. Cera wouldn't let us correct her and insisted that we ordered wrong. We left with no drinks. This is my favorite Starbucks in the entire world. The staff at this location have been amazing and friendly every single time I've been there. Back when I was an every morning visitor, Ashley always knew who I was and what my order was just by hearing my voice in the drive through. A few of the other baristas knew it as well although I was never able to catch all of their names which is unfortunate because they all deserve a shout out too!! I frequent Starbucks on a regular basis, all Starbucks in various locations. This is by far the absolute worst location I've ever been to, in all of nevada, California and Seattle . The coffee was the same, hard to mess up a basic coffee order but the store itself was filthy. The counters were filthy and obviously not so much as wiped down, leaving coffee stains and crumbs all over. The restroom was horrendous with NO toilet paper or seat covers except for that which was on the floor. I mentioned this to the "barista". (I use that term in jest) and ironically noticed a long strand of toilet paper on the floor in the dining room. I cannot for the life of me imagine how and why there was toilet paper in the dining room. Very good store location, horrendous environment read more

At first glance this Starbucks looks old and run down but when you get inside you're left in ahh from what seems to be a remodel. Ive gone to many Starbucks here in town and this place surly hits #1 in my top 3 Starbucks. The staff is very friendly and always knows what to recommend. Plus over the past year they've really seemed to pick up the pace. From the many times I've been here I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes and my drinks are always made exactly how i like them. Wifi is a bit slow but that is made up for with the great costumer service. read more
