This store used to be the best, even though they struggled sometimes; the crew always kind and patient. Until recently, I had an encounter with Autumn. She made several underhanded comments towards the staff and about several customers. Who allows staff to gossip about others while they are making drinks when customers can hear you. A lot of us miss the old crew members that were there, interactions like this is just bad for business. read more

Everyone that worked at this location was extremely friendly and kind until this morning. I was waiting a couple minutes for my mobile order. The male worker doing the food items was kind and asked me if I had a mobile order and my name. The female worker that was doing the drinks told him the chai was ready in the canister but stated, "I didn't add all that extra stuff. It tastes the same." Uhm. All I ordered was a venti chai tea latte with oatmilk. I don't know what she meant by "extra stuff." I get oatmilk because I'm lactose intolerant so yes, that "extra stuff" as in non-dairy milk is needed for me. I never ordered it extra hot either but it did burn my tongue when I tried it. What a waste of money. Unfortunately, I won't be going there anymore even though I live so close to it. I had a great experience at this Starbucks location today. I had a mobile order for a Chai Tea Latte and Double Smoked Cheddar and Egg Sandwich. Once I arrived, I asked my barista, Tatiana, about the the new holiday drink called "Juniper Latte". I told her that I was curious about the taste, but decided to stick with my regular Chai Latte. She offered to make me a small cup to try, and I accepted. I thought that was very sweet of her! The Juniper Latte had a light coffee flavor, along with a hint of lemon herbal taste. You can taste the lemon herbal taste with only the first few sips (something they sprinkle on top). After that, you will taste only the light coffee flavor. If Tatiana is working, I'm sure she'd take care of you! This might be my new regular Starbucks location. :) read more

There was two customers that paid for items separately and there was a lil confusion on my side the customer I'll admit. I ordered a breakfast item dble smoked sandwich item that apparently wasn't ordered for the location properly or was not delivered according to Kelsey. I had questioned if the item had already been purchased on my GF card since we paid for items separately and Kelsey snapped at me and got all emotional. I hadn't raised my voice, I was being irrational all I wanted was some confirmation. Kelsey never apologized she just rolled her eyes at me and then through my sandwich on the table and said there's your sandwich in a very rude manner. On Thursday 11/6 I ordered merchandise items through the mobile app only to find out when I arrived at the store they had none of the items available, not only that but my drinks that I ordered 15 minutes before arriving were not ready. The barista which I wish I got her name was so personable and took care of my drinks for me ASAP, Paige who I assume was the store manager took care of the merchandise issue in a professional and prompt manner. My favorite Starbucks, not only because it is on the way to work. Today, I wanted to try the new slow brewed iced coffee. Fortunately for me they had some left. I generally like cold coffee and also black, without cream or sugar. The slow brewed had a particular flavor that I usually only get with a cup from my French press. It had a complete lack of bitter aftertaste that I have come to associate with Starbucks. Even as the ice melted, the flavor remained quite pleasant. Defiantly going to have to try it again, just to see if the flavor is consistent, or merely a fluke of circumstances. read more

This is close to home so I go here a lot and they never mess up my order. If I ask for EXTRA they give EXTRA and not just enough. I've been to other places and something about my order always gets messed up. And sometime other places will get confused about what im ordering even though I've ordered it many times before. I have been reading a lot of reviews and I don't want Others to see them and be totally influenced by them WARNING: Teenagers The whole area tends to be a hangout area for kids after school so if you are trying to study or work quietly they will be there after school around 3 most days and 12-1 on wednesdays. BUT they will also be in and out once they are done. Morada Ln alone has 4 schools located there so please be understanding and don't blame Starbucks for paying customers that you find annoying being there. Places can get busy sometimes not I've been here during happy hour early right when they open and even late at night. Sometimes they are of course busier than other times. Be understanding of that and don't expect a consistent waiting period. There are times that I have picked up my mobile order and yes it was done before the time the app gave BUT there was practically no one in there so they had the time to work on it right away. There are also times when I get there and I still have to wait a little until my mobile order is done. BUT hats simply because the place was busy at the time and they still manage to work on the mobile orders first. I mean how would the app be able to tell you EXACTLY how long it will take the baristas to get your order ready? It's just an estimation. Most of the time, by the time I get there my mobile order is ready to go. I live about 3 mins driving distance and 10 mins walking distance. Parking This is a small area with a gas station near by, a Raley's store and bunch of different types of places from food spots, a bank, kumon, salon, etc. The parking near starbucks is FAIRLY SMALL BUT that has nothing to do with starbucks or any of the other stores around it. This one only has on draw back, the tables are quite small so it's difficult to meet with people over coffee when the coffee is about all you can fit in the table.
