5/13/21: There's a gas shortage WHERE? Not here!!…read more I pulled up. They weren't busy at all. All the pumps had gas & there were no plastic bags on the pumps. The gas prices were reasonable & I was able to fill up my vehicle pretty quickly. With all the nonsense I've been seeing about gas shortages in my area, I didn't know what to expect. I was happy to know that not everyone has lost their minds & actually left gas for others to purchase too. I didn't go inside the store at all. The parking lot was clean & I was able to get in and out quickly. I will be back for sure.

We got to the window and originally asked for two scoops jamoca almond fudge and another chocolate cheesecake flavor but was told the second flavor was out. We then asked for strawberry cheesecake and was told that was out as well. After asking for two more alternative flavors we were told those were also out of stock. So my fiance asked politely and in a joking manner "what they did have?" The young lady hesitantly responded with a few of the flavors they had in stock. I wasnt interested in any of those so we just asked can we do a single scoop of the original flavor "jamoca almond fudge" she responded okay and told us to pull around. We got our items and pulled off across the street to pick up our dinner and as I was eating it I realized the flavor wasn't tasting anything like a coffee nor was the nuts almond but instead pecan, she had given me was one I was allergic to and thankfully I had access to my allergy medication. My fiance even tried it to make sure I wasn't going crazy. We then decided to come back and try to get the ice cream switched out, my fiance explained we were just there and explained I am pregnant and allergic to pecans and we hadn't ever asked for that flavor for that specific reason. She told us to pull around to replace the flavor. However upon getting to the window she acted clueless so my fiance reexplained the issue of me being allergic and pregnant she then showed zero remorse and actually caught an attitude with my fiance. She tried to say she " thought we asked for praline and caramel" my fiance stated he didn't even know that flavor and we both said we never once had even said that flavor. She also never listed that as one of the flavors in stock so regardless of my allergy I wouldn't have even known it was available. Nevertheless she responded after this with a nasty tone and her face matching her words, a look of irritation, she stated " well you can pick something else" as if we had done something wrong. We were very polite and respectful despite them making a mistake that could have potentially sent me into anaphylactic shock due to my allergy. So im not understanding what her reasoning for having a nasty attitude was she wasn't even apologetic and eventually she just never returned to the window, at this point I didn't even want the ice cream anymore the nastiness turned me off and I asked my fiance to get their attention so that I could just get a refund and her coworker came back and my fiance explained how the other young lady was nasty and did not seem remorseful about her mistake she then apologized and asked for my card to reissue my refund and asked if there was anything else they could do mind you this was after everything was said and done. And when told I was pregnant and allergic by my fiance her response was "yeah" like it was no big deal, so honestly I would not recommend this location if you have allergies or simply expect a pleasant customer service experience. It's sucks because I was excited to try baskin robbins after years but that definitely turned me of from the establishment...

It is not at all uncommon to find only a few lanes open with the cashiers swamped while the self checkout backed up the whazoo. I have walked out and left my groceries once or twice because of this. There will also be times where not a single cart is available in store--they are all outside. When you only have so many employees you can only do so much at one time. Somehow, despite all this the store is CLEAN. I have never once smelled sour milk in the refrigerator or seen messes on the floor. Publix is always my first choice but Food Lion isn't bad for a back up so long as it is not too busy....but it is often too busy.
