This is a steady, good food, good service, good ambiance Starbucks which gets lots of business being in the mere center of the Tilton Outlet Shops. I can see how they can become overwhelmed with people during weekend shopping days. Came over after going to BJs in the early afternoon and there was no crowd. What I find important is their fast WifI, the clean restrooms and even more important, a 100 rating from the Health Department. That speaks volumes. The folks who attended me were courteous and efficient. My Almond Latte took two minutes to make. And the biscotti was fresh. Will return. read more

not good is?? it is terribly not good. these people here at tilton, nh starbucks does not know what they're doing.. i placed a order online, sent my husband to pick it up. i ordered ice coffee and 2 brownies. he came home and they didn't give him the brownies. i'm a bit pissed.. i called and spoke to the manager about crediting me for the 2 brownies and she told me she didn't know how.. wtf are you kidding me and shes a manager!! she needs to be fired. i wouldn't of writen this but this is my 3rd time they screwed up a order of mine. now i'm out $7.00.. i'll call the cooperate office now.. ill never order from them again!! caution if you do! make dure you get what you ordered and that its done correctly... i ordered the biggest cup of ice coffee and got a small..horrible horrible service!!! It's a Starbucks so you pretty much know what you are going to get. This one is convenient to the highway so it is nice to stop and get a coffee really quickly. On the most recent visit, the barista had trouble with my order for some reason. It is strange because the order was "large drip coffee." Couldn't have been any simpler. Also, the automatic toilet in one of their restrooms wasn't working, so I walked in to the restroom and found a stinky toilet full of poop. We have been here twice and only saw this once, so I think these issues were a one-off. I will probably update my rating with more visits. read more

Too loud inside, cannot hear when your order is up even standing at the counter. If you order something then the staff should call it by the name of the product you ordered and not depend on the customer knowing that a grande something or other is a green tea, or tell the customer that the name is on it as there are mIllions of John's David, Lisa; many people have the same name. Peppermint Mocha was good as was the butter croissant it's the service and noise level that need tweaking. read more

Wait 30 minutes in a line for a coffee that is disgusting and nothing that I asked for. tasted burnt and had coffee grounds floating in it. I said something and was told to get back in the drive thru line to get a new one made when the line is wrapped around the building and another 30 minute wait. This is a horrible location with terrible customer service. Of course, I don't mean to bash ALL the people who work there, but over the years this place has treated me horribly during the times I've been there. This isn't even my local Starbucks anymore, but it used to be one of the closest locations to my house. Stood in line ordered my large pikes place. Waited by counter with everyone . After close to 20 minutes I finally got someone's attention. I asked about my order. Then the lady with frizzy hair and the green glasses comes over. I ask about my order she points at a cup on the counter. I is that mine? She opens the top and says its coffee. by far the worst treatment from starbucks i have every received. we ordered a mobile order around 2:50, when we got there around 3 pm they told us we had to go through the drive through because they were closing. online it said they were open till 6pm. we went around the drive through and waited 45+ minutes to get our drinks. by the time we got our drinks they were cold. when we brought up our issue to them they claimed to be "short staffed". we told them we were beyond upset that we wasted nearly and hour to end up getting cold drinks, and the worker then used "i work 60 hours a week" as an excuse. instead of apologizing and maybe even fixing our drinks, she continued to argue with us. the saying "the costumer is always right" absolutely does not apply to this starbucks and me and my family couldn't have been more upset. read more

I want to know why this Starbucks doesn't have food on the weekends?? Every Starbucks I have gone to does, but this one. There aren't many Starbucks , in the area so they should have food like everyone else. I only go to this Starbucks on the weekend, when I am doing errands. I went into the store instead of waiting in the long line of the drive-thru--big mistake. The drive-thru would have been a much shorter wait. They had me waiting for literally 15 minutes. After a while, I alerted the cashier that I still hadn't received my beverage and that "I think maybe you guys forgot about me" (which was true), and she did nothing about it. They were swamped and many people were waiting around--but I saw many people get their drinks long before me even though they ordered after me. Eventually, a barista finally paid attention to me and prioritized making my simple beverage only after another guy who had also been waiting for a while pointed out that I still hadn't received my drink. Starbucks is Starbucks but I've been here a few times before work and the staff have always been very friendly and my coffee tastes good...so no complaints. Of course I enjoy my local spots better but they tend to close earlier and I sometimes work nights. read more

As I was picking up an online order, for my sister's birthday, actually, they had given me a drink with berries in it. I thought, okay, everyone makes mistakes, so i POLITELY said "I'm sorry, this was supposed to have no berries in it". A few minutes later, the man gives me the drink with no berries, and in an absolutely rude attitude goes, "Make sure you prESS THE RIGHT BUTTONS BEFORE PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER NEXT TIME" and slams the drive through window on my face. 1. I didn't even order it, my sister did for her birthday drink, so don't assume before yelling in someone's face. 2. What happened to "the customer is always right"? I would completely understand his actions if I said something rude, but I was very nice and I had four other people in the car to confirm. I just thought I should share my experience here, because I have had other rude encounters with workers here, but never thought anything of it until it started happening repeatedly. This is my "home away from home". The staff is simply fantastic and I love the coffee. My favorite is a Cafe Americano and they certainly know how to make it right. It's always clean, the staff is always attentive and helpful and I have never had anything approaching a bad experience there. Enjoy! read more

Do you ever wonder where that guy with mass plates driving a foreign truck zooming down the passing lane in a snow storm is headed? He's either headed straight for the ditch or this Starbucks. The staff here can be somewhat friendly at times. I cannot recall ever having them screw up a order and are very prompt. They remember that I like to order the same thing each time I visit. Maybe they should train the baristas in Northern Utah. Seating can be limited, especially on the weekend. People from Mass love to hog and loiter at the large tables here. Internet seems fast. Bathrooms are clean here. Checking out how clean the bathrooms are is a good way to determine the health/ cleanliness standards in a food establishment. -1 point for the Mass clientele. They are in a huge hurry, inconsiderate, brash and unaware that there are other people in the world other than themselves. This however can be said for all of Tilton unfortunately and the reason why I reluctantly left the area. Not sure what Starbucks has to do with a tax free outlet mall. The coffee is always consistent and the service is superior. My problem is with their breakfast sandwiches. They are always cold in the center. If I am going to go out of my way and pay extra money for a sandwich, it had better be to health code standards. This is the third sandwich I've gotten that was cold in the middle. I spoke up about it today and the clerk said the corp office took away their ability to cook them longer. This is a health hazard! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the coffee and service. read more
