This location has its good and its bad points. Staff is usually very friendly and drinks are generally correct which to me shows attentiveness. In comparison to other locations it is on par with what I would expect from Starbucks which is good because I know what I am getting when I decide to treat myself. However the food is another story. I tend to like to get an occasional breakfast treat and have gotten some food that hasn't been up to par. Especially this morning and I'm a bit confused. They advertised a wrap that had egg, cheese, sausage and bacon and even verified that is the wrap I wanted... however there was an egg, potato mix that leaned far too heavily on mushy potato with onions, peppers and bacon. Had I known this I would have ordered differently.1/2 of this burrito was thrown out and that's a shame for the prices Starbucks charges. read more

I just don't really know what to say about this location but I owe it a review. My wife and I always order off the app to make sure the baristas don't have to take the order we make and have any chance of getting it ordered wrong. This Starbucks has a slim chance of getting our drinks correct. Ice Cafe Latte, for example, with two shots and three pumps of mocha. Most of the time when I pick this drink up there is whipped cream on it with the dome lid and a straw. Lattes do not have whipped cream on them, I don't know why they insist on putting it on my drink. I have to bother whoever is working to ask for a flat lid and I go scrape it off. I don't like whipped cream which is one of the reasons I order a CAFE latte. You wouldn't put whipped cream on a cup of coffee, you wouldn't put whipped cream on an espresso, you shouldn't be putting whipped cream on a latte. The other drink they are fifty/fifty on is Iced Green Tea with peach juice, sugar free vanilla syrup and heavy cream. Sometimes the peach juice is entirely missing, half the time the drink is not mixed correctly and the heavy cream is not mixed in. So you have a layer of green tea and a layer of heavy cream. The employees, in general, never seem to be in a great, happy mood. They seem to be there for business and not necessarily to be greatly personable. This is one of two Starbucks in the area that are essentially the same and have simlar odds of getting drinks correct. So we go to another location in the area that has better odds. read more

This is a consistently above at Starbucks. Reviewing a giant corporate chain means I know what to expect. It isn't gourmet food or coffee but in comparison to other Starbucks I will drive out of my way for Town and Country Crossing. They have never mixed up an order. The drive thru always moves quickly and when I go inside I'm always greeted with a smile. I feel like their food selection is consistently well stocked. I love the light hearted warm ambience in the indoor dining area. Top that with a small outdoor deck and you have a superior Starbucks experience. read more

I frequent this shopping center but had never been to this Starbucks. There is actually a small Starbucks inside the Target across the parking lot and this one is pretty newly opened. My friend and I had dinner a few doors down at one of the restaurants and decided we wanted to keep talking so we went to Starbucks. He got a Mint Majesty hot tea and I got the Iced 1/2 green tea 1/2 lemonade without the sweetening syrup. It was refreshing and delicious. We sat outside. I'll be back! read more

This Starbucks is in the front of the Parking Area of Town and Country Crossing. It sits near Fed Ex and the Veterinary Office in a strip of about five businesses. This location is great because it offers a Drive Thru unlike the other two Starbucks in Town and County. They also have plenty of parking on a surface lot. This location has always been fast and friendly. My last visit I enjoyed a Cold Foam Cascara Nitro. I really enjoy how smooth and silky this drink tastes. I love all the cold brews and cold options...Starbucks keeps pulling me in. I will return. read more

Yes, you can get all your favorite lattes and cold brews, but it's not every Starbucks that has exceptional service. The servers at this shop are beyond friendly and genuine. I hardly ever write reviews but I feel compelled to do so because, I feel that this is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to... Correction, it's the SLOWEST coffee shop ever. I recently visited this store on a Saturday and made sure to give myself extra time knowing how slow they are. I went in the drive thru and there were about 7 cars in front of me. It took about 30 min to just reach the order menu and another 15 min to complete the order. So around 45min just to get a latte. This seems unacceptable to me. I rarely visit this location but when I do I almost always end up waiting forever. I don't understand why they're so slow. I used to work as a barista and I just can't imagine having costumers wait so long especially given the light crowd size. read more

So happy to be living right by a Starbucks again!! Drive thru goes fast, they are super nice and efficient & they give my dogs pup cups even if one of barks at them (he's still not to sure of drive thrus & how they work ) always have great suggestions if they are out of what I want. We went to this location 15 minutes before close the lady comes and locks the door immediately when we pulled in. So we went to the drive thru that was blocked off by cones. So I go to the door call them say that there is 10 minutes to close and they say sorry we are out of our products as the lady is drinking a coffee. I waited behind another car for ever and then pulled up and tried to order not knowing that you were closed. There was a sign on the drive up window but what good does that do? This is by far my favorite Starbucks of any of them!! All the staff is friendly and courteous. If you go couple of times, they even know your name and they're always glad you came (sorry: Cheers reference). All kidding aside, I tend to use my mobile app and order 4-5 min before I arrive. I've never had to wait much more than that, if I do wait. Most times, I walk in, collect my coffee and walk out. They throw up a hand, say hello, and greet you. It's phenomenal! Mel, Rob, Tristen, and Becca are my favorite baristas anywhere. All the others are fantastic too! This starbucks is constantly losing busy... With the amount of times they say there "closed". While other locations are open till 9 pm.

Friendly, attentive staff, great location and cozy atmosphere! Perfect for getting work done. Best drink is the cold brew!

Newly opened early 2018, located across parking lot from Target, near to FedEx and PNC bank. Nice large patio and a drive-thru. Great staff. I recommend the green tea grasshopper (mint and mocha chip) frappuccino. read more
