The location is pretty good, it is right off of Horizon Blvd with parking lot. You can either park and eat-in or you can choose their Drive Thru. So, I stopped in here for an espresso hoping to use my $5 gift card for Starbucks. No dice. I was informed that this is NOT a Starbucks. Stopped here over the weekend for a pick me up. The drive thru line was ridiculously long with over 8 cars waiting but rather than wait I took my chances and went inside. I'm glad I did because there was only 1 person in line and they were already being served. I ordered a grande iced coffee with skim milk and Splenda. It was prepared well and tasted exactly how I expected. The cashier was friendly and made small talk. When she heard my dog was in the car she offered me a free Puppacino . For those who are unfamiliar with this a Puppacino is a cup full of whipped cream for your furry friend. My girl Bambi was a happy girl! read more

Wow- I'm no Starbucks expert, but they're usually nice. This one is gross. For starters, upon entering, at least 7 employees were buzzing around, but no one was taking orders. The woman who finally assisted me was very nice & helpful. Drink was fine. I needed a space for some computer work. Had to put napkins down as a barrier between my computer and the table. The bench to sit on is completely broken, dented in, and uncomfortable. Only use the bathroom if you are wearing a hazmat suit. I would definitely not recommend this place unless you use the drive-through. read more

I was coming in the drive through and it was around closing time and I was greeted by Josiah he proceeded to give me my drink. I soon noticed my Lemonade Dragon Fruit was made with water when specifically told him to make it with lemonade, that was four drinks. I asked politely if i could get it with lemonade as he went on to say some bs about closing. His manager approaches and he became less rude then he proceeded to say how he told us he could give us a separate lemonade. As you could imagine i was pretty frustrated cause it was 4 people and one cup how would that possibly make anything better, so, i got my money back after i paid with CARD they gave it to me in cash... if i could give zero stars i would. Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to my office, or I would never come here. My (very simple) order is usually wrong, so if I do go to this location I try to go inside so I can get things fixed more easily. So, be sure to triple check your order! I'm actually not a coffee drinker, but I do love the whole leaf Teavana teas and hot chocolate which Starbucks offers. Except this location really has a hard time getting even the basics right. They were the originators of the chain specialty coffee shops. They have grown by leaps and bounds and managed to make money. They are a Fortune 100 Company that has stayed independent, with out being franchised. New opportunities are available for having a Starbucks, inside a Business, Hotel or Hospital. I think Starbucks is grossly overpriced. Why do I say that? If I order an Espresso in a fine dining restaurant, I pay that and more. I am unusual in the fact that I LOVE coffee, good Strong Colombian coffee, period. I make that at home, so I do not see the sense in buying it out. I also have an espresso machine. I am not into Lattes or Cappuccino's. They have a new line of Hot Chocolates, that are sure to be a hit. I have had the opportunity to try many of their Sandwiches, which come into the Starbucks, already made. The ones I have had are very good. I also love their breads. Before getting on the Pa Turnpike early this morning, I made a short detour onto Horizon Boulevard to get some java and a small bite for breakfast. When Chik-Fil-A was not yet open, I drove through the take out window at Starbucks next door. I liked the convenience and time savings of a drive thru, but it seemed like the order taker was also the barista as well as the short order cook. So, she looked rather busy, and in need of assistance. Still, she kept her composure and got everything right. As usual, the coffee had a burnt and bitter taste, but the extra milk requested helped to soften the harshness. I asked for their Sausage, Egg and Cheese Sandwich on a croissant, but was told that all these meals are pre-packaged and microwaved just before sale. I decided to go with the English Muffin as the only option. I don't like what microwaves do to eggs and bread, so the meal was at best, average. Nothing I would want a second time. This Starbucks is big, it's clean and the employees are nice. They have a drive through which seems silly to me but I know people that like to use it. All I know is that when I stop in there, it seems like the employees move at glacial pace. This is my go to coffee shop as it is near my house and I pass it every morning on the way to work. The staff is friendly, and they generally keep a dark roast brewed throughout the whole day (one of my requirements!) One thing to note is that if you are in a hurry and see 3 or more cars at the drive through, I recommend going inside to order instead. You never know when you are going to get stuck behind someone ordering hot food and a few special venti double espresso, double non-fat, soy, mocha macchiatos. You'll save quite a bit of time by ordering inside when stuff like this happens, especially if you have simple orders (ie standard coffee or espresso). read more

Pretty fast and friendly service but they run out of bagels pretty quickly so get them early on if you want one (usually gone by lunch). There is also a drive thru and the seating inside looks relatively spacious and comfortable, with plenty of outlets and tables, although I usually grab my Americano and go. Otherwise, this is your typical Starbucks, but it is the only one in the Bristol/Bensalem area besides the kiosk in the Barnes and Noble in Neshaminy so it serves its purpose well. It's located right across Horizon blvd. from Chipotle so I can get my caffeine and burrito fix in one fell swoop right before I get on Rt. 1 to head to Princeton or the turnpike to head home. read more

This place is truly incredible. Background: this location is on my way to work so I frequent this place at least four times a week. The first time I went, I ordered my usual drink per my allergies and one sip told me they didn't pay attention to any of the customizations. But, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because mistakes happen. Since then, I've started mobile ordering so it's ready when I get there and I don't have to deal with the morning rush. I have the timing down to a science. Normally things run smoothly enough, but they've never been fantastic. This morning I ordered a decaf black coffee and a sandwich. I got there ten minutes after placing the order, and the coffee wasn't on the stand. I waited a few minutes because there were six baristas running around, and I saw the drive thru line was a bit excessive. (Note there was never more than one person in line in the actual store.) After a few minutes I ask about my coffee and it doesn't register on anyone's faces. I show them the ticket on my sandwich bag that clearly says I ordered another item. They ask what the coffee was, I tell them, the woman in charge told another barista to make it. This girl...has she never been awake in the morning? Does she know people have jobs? I don't know. She pulled the coffee filter out of the bag slower than my 90 year old grandma getting off a toilet. Then she went to the back and pilfered through some shelves. The woman in charge asked her if she made the drink yet and she whined, complained to her coworker about the harsh treatment, literally spun around a few times in the back, then came out and started pouring my drink. She overfilled the cup and had to pour some out into the sink, drenching the side of the cup. Then served the dripping cup up to me with a "thanks for waiting" without making eye contact. Look, I understand the stereotypical White Woman thing so I try not to make a big deal about things like this, but I'm on my way to work when I go in there. I ordered my BLACK COFFEE at 7:37AM, and arrived at 7:48. I didn't get the drink in my hand until 8:01. And somehow, it's cold. Before Covid-19 - My partner goes there every morning as soon as he wakes up, he MOBILE orders & picks it up & is home in less than 10-15 mins. It is our Favorite Starbucks. We have lived in the area for 6 plus years so we do know almost everyone & how things are run. That is a Plus & they take the time to hand write a little note on our cupsIn the summer on very hot days I switch to Cold Mocha Frappes with 3 layers of whipped cream. It taste so much better than it being just on the top this way you are getting some with each sip. I don't have to Mobile order either they know my drink never changes except when summer comes. But it is faster if you do Mobile Order to beat the wait in the summer. I have read the reviews & can only say to the people who wrote bad reviews this is a location that is super busy because of the Turnpike, 95 and RT.1 traffic all get off at this exit & usually go there. The reason you wait is because they are trying to do a lot of orders at one time. If a bunch of sports kids & adults groups come in the summer before you get there expect to wait even if they have a full staff this is the time Mobile ordering is great You have to consider they are making a lot of drinks at one time, this is the time that they would be out of half-and-half, cream, anything & they can't stop doing the customers before you even if you want just a small coffee or refill, this is the only time you will see a big mess. The person who rings you up, that is her job just to take orders, she will also help with food, coffee & brewing but she can't just leave to go & refill stuff or clean up. If they're out of anything you can just go to that section 1st before ordering to find out This way you're not stepping back in line to ask it slows things down a lot. The only down part is that they don't have the French Press Coffee that many smaller ones do I have been hoping for a while that they would put one in there Because the taste of the coffee is so much better. I was in line for about 10 minutes waiting to order. There was no sign at the entrance of the drive through that they would close at 4 pm today. When I got to the speaker to order, it had just turned 4 pm and the snippy lady manning the orders told us that they closed at 4! There were about 3 cars behind us that also had to leave, too. There should have been signs before we entered the drive through and allowances to take the the last three orders since we pulled up before 4pm. If we were to have walked in the cafe at the the last moment then we would have been served. The clock had just turned 4:01 as we drove away. I ordered the tuxedo mocha and they claimed not to have it until next week but on the app and everywhere on the website said it was offered this week. I have been getting a grande iced caramel macchiato for over 10 years at different locations. It is always made the same way. This morning I came to this starbucks and received literally a whole cup of milk with a tiny shot of espresso at the top and a scarce amount of caramel drizzle. It tasted like sweet milk - no coffee/espresso taste whatsoever. I politely asked for the barista to either add a little coffee or remake it. with full attitude she told me that was how they always make it, and she could remake it. at least she offered - but handed me the same drink back. I understand she knows how to do her job, but I have been getting the same drink for years and i know how it tastes. it shouldn't be 99% milk.
