30 minute wait in the drive through, and it's impossible to get out once you're in line. We had no idea the wait was that long because it wraps around the building, and went exceptionally slow. They need a warning sign. We had two kids the the car, and we're half way through a 5 hour drive (now 5.5)...felt like torture that we couldn't leave the line once in. read more

WORST SB EVER!!!!! I waited 46 minutes in line. It took 29 minutes to order. Then 17 more to get my drinks. The cashier was rude, never apologized for the wait. When I explained I'd been in line for 46 minutes once she got my drinks rt she said, "oh." I was furious and late picking up my kids from practice since what I thought was a 15 minute stop at the most was 46 min. Do NOT STOP HERE UNLESS YOU LOVE BE FRUSTRATED!!! Just sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes for a tea. That's insane. Not even that busy, the staff was talking, some were standing around, and some were restocking cups. My husband was paying for my drink at the window and I went inside to use the restroom and when I came back out he was still sitting at the drive thru window and had not gotten the drink yet. read more

Sunday afternoon at 3:50 PM. Wait time for fraps was 15 min, although the drive through was moving right along. Women's restroom out of service again. Counter where you get your drink had a big spill of dark syrupy drink on it. I watched for 15 minutes as the barista slid drinks around it without wiping it up. Take a second and keep the counter clean!! Manager take note! Then to top it off one of our fraps had big ice chunks in it. But we were already on the freeway. Trash was literally over flowing, and customer service was terrible. The creamer bar was filthy.

I'm not from this area but I visit often for family and this is the only starbucks near by. Being an employee of starbucks their service on a regular is horrid. They take forever to a assist you, they blatantly lie to you and their drink quality is subpar at best. The ONLY reason I went there before was because of its location but I would much rather drive to a Starbucks 3 cities away than to go here. If you work at Starbucks you need to treat your customers with the best possible customer service, whether or not they are partners. read more

Although I am a big fan of Starbucks in general this one located inside a target is not up to par. I had to explain to the barista how to make the drink I ordered. The line was long but they thing that bugged me the most was the lack of professionalism. The baristas gossip loudly all the time. This is annoying when you are trying to get some work done. I purchased a gift card for a Christmas gift and they had no envelopes. To make matters worse they ran out of register tape. What, not even a gift receipt. I ask for the manager and she was standing right there. Out of gift card envelopes and no register tape. They deserve a bad review. I'm done with this location, despite it being the only one in this area with early hours, it's absolutely horrible. I've complained in person, on their survey, and on Twitter, nothing. I absolutely despise Yelp but reactivated my account just to air my absolute disappointment with this Starbucks location. ***First disappointing trip, I asked for a blended ice coffee, barista - "so you want a frappe?" "No, I don't want sugar", barista - "it doesn't have sugar, only the frappe mix" "doesn't that have sugar?" "No, only has a sweetener". "That's not sugar?""no". Well knocked me out of my extreme low sugar diet. ***Next - ordered iced coffee "oh good, no one is in here, this should be quick", 12 minutes to pour coffee over ice. ***Third disappointment, mobile app cold brew, got in "we are out of cold brew, how about an iced coffee?" Great paid extra for an iced coffee with no apology or offer to correct the situation. *** FOURTH disappointment- ordered two macchiatos and an iced London fog tea. Took 15 minutes for the macchiatos, waiting, waiting. Standing there, no one asked what else I was waiting for, another 10 mins passed I finally ask "where's my London fog?" "How long have you been waiting?" "25 minutes". "Oh, we must have lost the tag". No apology, nothing. 5 minutes later "where's my London fog iced tea?", "oh, I'll get that brewing now". 45 minutes!!!!!!! No apology. Nothing. Just handed me my tea and said "thank you for your patience". Wasn't going to go back to this location but was in a hurry and needed coffee, what could go wrong after so many disappointments? so the FIFTH horrible experience happened. 25 minutes for an iced coffee and macchiato. People who ordered after us got their drinks before we did. AND the coffee and espresso tasted off, very bitter. TL;DR - if you are a masochist and love to pay to be treated horribly and waste your valuable time - this is the Starbucks for you! read more
