Well it's been a year since some of the bad reviews about employees. I'm from out of town and we sat in for drinks with out kiddo this morning. The baristas were the absolute sweetest and made sure everything was good for us. I'm trying to recreate a tea I had from Brew Bar (which doesn't have a Yelp page or I would totally give that little cart five stars plus). It was a black tea with blueberry, ginger and lime syrups. I figured I could go to any coffee place and get that combo. Wrong. (I've tried three.) Anywhoo, I digress. The barista suggested I do a black tea with their peach puree. I'm not a huge sweet tea fan so I told her to just add a bit. It was delicious and she made me sip it before I walked out the door. False advertising! I saw a photo of a breakfast sandwich on the wall behind the counter. It's a spinach feta egg wrap.. in the photograph it looks like there's a lot of spinach in it, But in reality, they were just a few Green specs inside and not enough feta to taste.. This is probably the worst Starbucks in Tulsa. Every time I go to this Starbucks, I mentally prepare myself for my drink to be incorrect or to not taste right. I don't know what it is. This is the closest Starbucks to my home and it's on my way to hop on the highway to go to work. When I have time I go a mile in the opposite direction to the next nearest one because this one is always disappointing. In addition to my drink always being incorrect for whatever reason, it's also extremely slow. They don't have a drive-thru so this is one of the Starbucks that I typically order ahead so that I can just run in and get it and it is never ready. I'm not a reviewer, but today after waiting forever and my drink being made incorrectly again for the umpteenth time I said I was gonna leave one because I don't know if this is a franchise or what is different about this Starbucks, but it is lackluster in comparison to the other local ones. I have attached a picture of the drink. I got today which was a caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel and extra crunch and as you can see, there is no extra anything... The drink is also watery and lacking flavor per usual. I do not have time to wait another 15 minutes for it to get remade which I have actually asked for previously and I just don't feel like being that girl when they were already getting busy but I shouldn't have to. Wow. This Starbucks is still really awful and the employees don't care at all...been like this a year. Mobile orders in the morning for a simple Americano can take over 30 minutes. I know Starbucks aren't usually known for their bubbly nice employees but this Starbucks has the RUDEST employees I have ever met.

Natasha and Jeffrey are the best baristas! Love them! Natasha knows how to make my drink each time just the way I like it. Jeffrey goes the extra mile. He remade my drink after I had already been sitting in my car because he realized my drink was made incorrectly. I absolutely love these two. They are the backbone of the company! 10/10 for them alone. read more

Stopped here on my lunch break when I was out to lunch with a buddy. I had been watching tick tok and wanted to try a drink that everyone had been talking about. When I walked in they were arrows on the floor that guided people how to get through the line. The staff was excited to make a special request once they found out I was learning it from Tik Tok. They explain they get a lot of request so we were all winning. The customer service was superb and I will definitely be returning back to this location when I am in the neighborhood. read more

I live in neighborhood and go to the Starbucks frequently. There was a period earlier this year where it would take them a while to make drinks and they were always behind but I feel like that has improved drastically. Usually, I mobile order my drink and by the time I arrive (within 5-10 minutes) my drink is made and ready to go. They have never messed up my drink order, they greet me with a hello and a smile every time I walk in and they just really provide amazing customer service. read more

This is easily one of the worst Starbucks in Tulsa. I've ordered ahead using the app 10-15 minutes before I get to the store and still have to wait another 5-10 minutes to get my drink. Their Nitro Cold Brew is never cold, it's cool at best. Every other store around Tulsa has actual cold Cold Brew. I worked at Starbucks for nearly 2 years and this store ain't it! read more

While not a regular, I do enjoy the occasional indulgence in a finely made cup of coffee. During my most recent visit I really appreciated my interaction with the young Barista named Ren. She displayed a great attitude and actually listened to me when I ordered. I also witnessed an interaction between her and two girls who were not very nice, quite rude actually, and she handled them with professionalism and a smile. 5 star experience for sure. read more

I came into your store at 6:40pm today to buy a $150 giftcard for our boss. The worker there wouldn't accept my cash because it was a $50 bill. (Was paying $100 in credit card, and $50 in cash) I live here at the Mansions on Riverside and your store is my main location. However, since my money is not good at your location now I gladly went to the new location in Jenks. They were more than willing to accept my payment and very friendly. I never order anything complicated from starbucks so I dont have much to say about the drinks. My iced coffee was good as expected. The reason im bothering to leave a review at all, let alone a 5 star review for something as common as a starbucks is because of the service at this location. The barista Bill was genuinely friendly and pleasant. I didnt get his coworkers name, a gal with curly blond hair, but she was also very friendly. It was also very clean inside. The building here doesnt accomodate a drive thru but the service was fantastic. :) read more

This is a quality-neutral Starbuck's. Despite some glowing reviews I've been visiting this location for close to two decades and compare-contrast current service with that of a few years ago and this location gets the job done with little room for above average. Their employees almost uniformly no longer smile or greet customers and don't seem to recall customer names which is something of a hallmark of other Starbuck's locations. When Joseph, Bill and their co-workers were here, before they transferred to other locations, this was a fun place to spend time. It's more of a temporary "caffeine-me-please" in and out location now and benefits from having no direct competition near this busy traffic nexus. Your drink will probably be accurate and your wait will not be overly extended if you avoid the activity peaks of Jenks school students. If you seek pleasant atmosphere, personable employee experiences, and a quality break from other activities of the day, then I would visit other locations. read more

This location is super convenient for me when taking kids to school or coming home. My latest visit was as good as the other times I have been here. And the experience was 5 Stars before and still is. Once me and my niece walked in I saw A LOT of people in line before us. I was happy to see the line moving very quickly and didn't lose my patience at all. This I like and the fact that the coffee was really hot. Sometimes certain locations will serve coffee not that hot but today everything went very well. read more

The Starbucks closest to my house is DISGUSTING. I am at my wits end with them. Today was my third trip in a row in which they screwed something up. And there is NEVER an offer to make it right. They run out of product regularly. (So really, I've been disappointed many more than three times in a row if I include the"we just ran out of that" times!) The tables are dirty. They are remarkably understaffed. I am shocked that Starbucks let's a store fall so far out of grace. I won't be surprised to see it closed soon. What a shame. read more

This is a great Starbucks. It doesn't have a drive through, which I like because I usually come in anyway. The only downside is the seating is a little sparse for those who want to study and need an outlet. The place fills up quickly, but the staff here are great! The baristas have always made my drinks spot on, and I really enjoy the environment of this starbs. The natural lighting from the large windows is a great plus as well. read more

I like to get either the Chai Latte, or the Caramel Macchiato. My only complaint is that they took away cookie straws. Not just in this location, but in all of them. Those things were the best. They were like those Pirouline cookies, but hollow, and you could drink coffee through them. But other than that, it's pretty good. read more
