Bring back the old Starbucks and old Starbucks staff. Once upon a time they used to be the best Starbucks around and now with the new remodel and the new staff it is absolutely horrible. I tried to give it a few weeks for them to adjust but it should not take 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee and a spinach feta wrap, this happened four times now, two of which I had to get a refund. Ugh one of my favorite places is now ruined forever. I went to another location just down the road, which is even busier and I was in and out in 5 minutes or less!!! read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in Vallejo, the line doesn't ever seem to be too long, it is a large location and has a drive thru. For some reason each Starbucks sometimes make Chai Latte's differently and this place always gets it right....but it is a very simple drink ;) The employees are always friendly and accommodating! read more

this starbucks drive thru has the worst customer service ever. on 05/26/07 at about midnight i went to the drive thru & waited for someone to take my order (which nobody did). after 5 minutes i decided to drive to the actual window to see if anyone was working. there were 3 females inside and they saw me,but never did come to take the order. when i drove around to the front there they were all taking their smoke break. get rid of those late night, lazy employees and hire professional ones. zero stars for this location read more

Employees are friendly and makes your coffee in a timely matter. I do not recommend going through the drive-thru. The times that I've gone through drive-thru they mess up my order. You're better off parking and going inside to order. The other issue I have is that the wifi stinks. You're better off going somewhere else if you need to get internet service to do any work. read more

The service and quality of beverages I've received from this Starbucks are so bad that I've started going to the one all the way across town, when this is only 3 block away from me. They can't even get a Venti Iced Tea made correctly. They never have a chocolate chip cookie, they sell out first thing in the morning and don't get me started on the quality of espresso drinks. This location should be shouldn't be Starbucks...it should be called Thugbucks. Been coming here everyday for years but within the last year had our car windows smashed in during broad daylight right in front of the store, got caught up in armed hold up while there with my kids, and witnessed a crazy road rage situation out in the parking lot. The situation is only mildly better once inside the store. The baristas have little to no manners, courtesy, or regard for their patrons. If you need help or have a question don't be surprised if the employees blatantly ignore you or laugh in your face...seen it more than once just recently. We will never go back there again. read more

Eh, what can I say? You can't put a Starbucks in the most ghetto place ever and expect it to be like the other ones you've visited. For one, this place is full of "questionable" characters (like I had to sit with my leg through my purse loop in case someone tried to jack it). I saw a scary meth deal take place at the table next to me (not the most pleasant thing to listen to while trying to work on a paper - especially one regarding neurotransmitters). But to get to the real point - the service pretty much sucks. I stood around the register waiting for someone to notice me for about 5 minutes while two young employees talked about an "old" dude that kept texting them, and then one of them mentioned that the guy was 25. How is this old!?! I will give these girls the benefit of the doubt that they are just extremely young and stupid and don't understand customer service. So I go to this Starbucks almost every single morning because my co-workers love their coffee! I'm usually not in the habit of writing reviews, however, this particular Starbucks always seems to go above and beyond! I'm specifically writing about one particular employee by the name of Selena. She helps me with my order whenever she is working and it seems to me that she definitely excels in her ability to service customers! The rest of the team is great too however I've had more than one positive experience with her she always has the Order Perfect always works with me because usually I have larger orders for multiple people. Most of the time satisfactory experiences are just that - satisfactory. Selena takes it to a completely different level she always has a smile on her face she always has positivity about her personality it really makes the experience a glowing one! If she were one of my employees she would definitely be receiving a raise - it brightens my morning every time I experience service through her at this particular Starbucks. read more

I come here every morning before work and I am greeted by Carmen(?) she's so sweet! I come here sometimes on Sunday mornings and its realllllyyyyy packed. I avoid going through the drive thru because they never make my simple cup of coffee the right way. I always have to go inside to fix it And that will ruin my morning. Parking could be better. I used to come to this location several times a week. The quality of the drinks has always been mixed since it depends on the barista. It's located right off the freeway, so it's convenient... or, at least it should be. While I've received great customer service from some employees, I've been turned off by the others' consistently poor and unprofessional customer service (especially during the late afternoon and evening/night shifts). I shouldn't have to wait 15+ minutes for a latte (when I'm the only one in there) while employees chat among themselves... or receive the wrong drink while I've waited 10-15 minutes in the drive-thru line because the employee who took my order forgot to actually make my drink. (I had to go inside to get it corrected, wasting more of my time.) After these two experiences in a span of a week, I'm going to skip this location and go somewhere else. read more

A Starbucks is a Starbucks. However, what people rate usually are associated with their experience and environment. The place is big enough to study with plenty of tables. It is clean enough and convenient. However, the employees were loud vocally and throwing things around in the back, a bit rude, and overall distracting from the entire experience. It makes me wonder where their manager is, or if their manager is involved as well with the yelling massacre in the back. I have to tell you guys about this incident.. I was so mad. So I go inside the Shell station to pay for my gas with my debit card. The guy who was helping me was new and seemed nice... he was having trouble with my card. Telling me it wasn't working. I knew my card was OK b/c I just came from Starbucks. A girl who seemed to be in charge of the guy came to "help" him. She swiped it a couple times and they handed it back to me saying it wont work. I asked her if she could enter it manually and she said, "we don't do that! we have problems with ppl like .... who ask us to do that" I explained how that didn't makes sense in my circumstance b/c I was present with the card in hand and with my ID. (I've been a cashier for 15 years). The girl walked away and mumbled something. So I asked for the managers name and number. She ignored me. I told her all she had to do was say "its against Shell's policy" instead of saying insulting offensive things towards me wit a ugly attitude. In the end of it all ...
