One of the worst Starbucks I've ever been had the displeasure of visiting. I will start this post off by saying that I previously worked as a shift supervisor at a very busy Starbucks in downtown San Francisco and I get how a "Partner" could get worn down by a hectic day, so i write this post with a heavy heart... I went through the drive thru with my husband and ordered a Vanilla sweet cream cold brew and when i took my first sip, my husband saw the disgust on my face and asked me what the issue was. That drink from hell tasted like like a stale A** iced coffee with cream. I had my husband turn back around so that i could ask them to remake the drink and i swear i that I FREAKING APOLOGIZED TO THE CASHIER because i really wasn't trying to make her day hard (which in hindsight i shouldn't have because they were all so rude). She remakes the drink in front of me but when i taste it, its worse than the first one!! I ask her if i can order a different drink, but she ignores me and proceeded to tell the barista on bar to make it for me and i swear that drink was just sugar cream and water!! that barista handed it to me like she was so annoyed and didn't even hand me a freaking straw! (there were no straws at the bar and i was still standing at the register). I didn't even bother to ask for my $ back because i didn't want the confrontation. P.S. there was only one person in front of me in like when i went in and only 5 cars MAX in the drive thru and the car in front of me waite 5 minutes for ONE drink!. There were 5-6 workers when i went in acting like chickens with their heads cut off!!! C'mon!!! get it together!! Please hire quality baristas. read more

I was so happy when I heard they were building a store with a drive-thru 3 blocks from my house. There were a couple of mixups on their part , but it was straightened out quickly. Although annoying have to make extra trips. The last 3 times since August have been horrible. Twice we got cold and/or smashed. The last time I got a coffee. I drank it only to get a mouth full of grounds. Unfortunately I was 20 miles away. I messaged Starbucks on Facebook and never heard back so I posted on their page which just disappeared. I haven't heard anything from them in 3 weeks. Very disappointed read more

Love this location. It's right between my house and my parents, so I often go use the drive through, it's so easy. I've only been inside once, but it's lovely inside as well. read more

It is so nice to have a drive thru Starbucks! I have to wake up early for my job, so it's such a time saver! The staff are friendly... The one thing I would say negatively is the drinks are not consistently well executed and sometimes the wait can be a while- especially when one is in a hurry. read more

This is literally the slowest Starbucks I've ever visited. To top it off they've made it a habit of serving cappuccinos without espresso. It's a disappointment, I'd love to see them get their act together. It just doesn't seem like that will be the case. read more

I come almost every day to this Starbucks coffee shop. The team members working there are super friendly, courteous, and very hard-working. One can feel that employees there would not spare any effort to really satisfy any customer. 8 out of 10 times I've been there my order is wrong. I always get a Quad venti iced nonfat, no whip white mocha. One of the times I went there they gave me a grande (at the drive thru). I told the girl I wanted a venti. 2 seconds later she gave me a venti. I know it's not that quick to remake a drink. I pulled away and took a sip of my coffee. All the girl did was pour into a venti cup and added ice. So now I had to go in to get it fixed. I seem to get an attitude from the person that messed up my order. I've also had my drink made with soy milk before and been given a hot coffee. There have been plenty of times my drink is made right and the people are very friendly. Having a drive thru Starbucks in Waltham is soooo convenient!!!! But what's the point if I have to go in to have my drink fixed anyway? read more

Customer service is excellent and they are always very friendly and polite even when busy- but they are SLOW at the drivethru and 9/10 times they get my order wrong. I order soy- I get nonfat, I order iced- I get hot. I just don't understand how or why when they repeat your order back to you to confirm through the speaker. I usually take the mistake coffee because I hate wasting things more than anything but SHAPE UP! Please!!! read more

Awful First of all, what coffee shop closes at frickin 8?!?! Second, there were no hours posted on the door and all the lights were on Third, the employees stood in the shop instead of coming outside and telling us they were closed Fourth, no one was at the drive thru!!!! Soo. This is the starbucks I come to, once or twice a day. They always have my cinnamon dolce latte on point. I pull up to the speaker I don't even have to say a word and they already have my coffee down. They are great. They are the only starbucks I will goto. Keep up the good work !!! read more

Really needing a strong coffee today, I braved the first snowstorm of 2015-2016 winter season to go to the Starbucks drive through. I ordered and headed to the window only to realize I misplaced my debit card. Luckily I had a couple of older starbucks gift cards in my wallet - but the server was so patient and helpful! Baristas are sloppy. Fingerprints on cups. So much foam! I can deal with that. However, I won't be coming back here due to the filthy bathrooms. Just today, for the third time in a month, I used the restroom only to look over and yes... you guessed it. No toilet paper! Don't they ever clean?? Toilet liners are a must. Starbucks trapelo road. The people here are really nice but oh my god... they could not be slower. The drive thru line is usually 10 cars deep but even if you hit it right & have a small line, it takes 15 mins to get through it. Don't get in line if you need to be somewhere. Other than that, baristas are nice & the boy in the drive thru's smokey eye is always on point. read more

Im a starbucks addict and to be frank i havn't experienced a difference in taste of the drinks anywhere but this location. The people here dont know how to make drinks and usually they are out of seasonal flavors in frappuccino. And when sometimes they do have the flavors, the taste is not that great and usually has something missing. Also the wait for the drive thru takes a hell lot of time for just one drink even when theres not much rush. I'm highly disappointed with the service and the quality here and would probably never get anything from here. read more

Have had to Remake orders. For me it has been a remake quite a few times. I always order the iced caramel macchiato upside down light on the caramels. I end up with a drink with a TON of caramel. Staff will give me a rebate card of sorts and remake my drink. It's nice but frustrating bc my time is valuable. I spoke to the manager who was kind and said he's talk to whole staff and I hope he does. He said that the baristas see caramel and automatically assume its heavy on the caramel. It would be nice for the baristas to slow down and read the order correctly. Saves time and frustration for all. read more

This is the worst and slowest Starbucks in the state! You not only have to wait 15 minutes for them to give you your black coffee but it likely will come out with an ingredient you didn't ask for. Seems like there are plenty of people working behind the counter but it doesn't seem to matter, they couldn't be more disorganized or any slower. Went thru the drive thru yesterday for the first time and was disappointed by the service. The kid in the window was sloppy and unprofessional when taking my order and payment. He seemed to take his job as a joke. The iced coffee was made exactly as I wanted so at least I can count on someone in the background to pull it together. Will someone please train the young kid with the dark hair and glasses on how to be professional and what customer service actually means? Otherwise switch your name to Dunks. read more

Like the other reviews say, this location is slow as molasses. Today for example: No less than FOUR people were managing the coffee bar with an additional employee handling the drive-through...I still had to wait over 15 minutes for just one drink. Two of the employees were talking (in fairness, one of them putting stickers on food packages so she was at least doing something), but this was while I continued waiting to place my order. I was under the impression that if you have a waiting customer with cash in hand, the stickers can be put on hold while you get the order started. Apparently this little nugget of common sense escaped 2 of the 4 employees today. Really hope this location can get its act together soon! read more

I was honestly disappointed. I noticed employees cursing and using profanity, talking and singing loudly, and eating during their shifts. Some of the staff was so loud, they were the only voices heard in the establishment, though it was crowded. My drink did not have taste (was it only water, rather than hot chocolate?) and it took a long time to get to me, despite the fact that I noticed 5 employees behind the counter and no line. read more

This is the worst starbucks I have ever experienced. Of the three times we have been, twice our ordered was completely forgotten, and even once complete, none were done correctly. It's quite baffling. I can only imagine the staff are undertrained and overwhelmed by the combination of drive through and walk up customers. read more

First of all- the Staff is amazing. Everyone is super nice and always cheery. I usually opt for the drive thu because in the morning I'm lazy and don't want to get out of my car. On the off chance I do go inside I feel like I'm waiting FOREVER for my order. I almost feel like the drive thru is faster. My advice is wait in the drive thru line- you'll get your drink faster. read more

The worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. First it started with 20 boxes loaded in the middle of the store. Don't ever go there around 5 pm because apparently they think it's ok to unload boxes in the middle of the small ordering area. Second they had completely cleared out the bakery case absolutely Nothing was there. When I nicely asked if they had any French presses (kinda standard at any Starbucks) the girl rudely said if it's not out there then we don't have it. It seems like the management doesn't give a f about customer service because the staff there don't give a f either. How can they justify the fact that no pastries and 60 boxes are in the middle of the store. Also they don't close until 8 pm so why the hell are they saying it's time to start closing the store for tomorrow. Worst store I have ever been in. On top of that I'm getting stared down by some creepy old guy while waiting for my drink. They have definitely lost my business. read more
