My wife and I stopped by this Starbucks during our trip from Seattle, Washington. As soon as we walked in, no one acknowledged us or even said hello. A moment later, the same group of employees warmly greeted a Hispanic customer who came in behind us and even had a cheerful conversation with him. Being ignored like that was immediately disappointing, especially since we were standing right there and expected the same basic courtesy. Once we reached the ordering line, the barista who helped us was friendly, greeted us, and provided great service. She was helpful, our drinks were prepared quickly, and they tasted fantastic. We also noticed a nice selection of gifts and snacks, which made the store enjoyable to browse while we waited. Overall, this visit had both positives and negatives. The quality of the drinks and the service we received at the register were excellent, but the lack of an initial greeting left a lasting impression. If we had been welcomed the same way as the customer behind us, this easily would have been a five-star experience. read more

I had great service earlier this week from barista Gunner. I mentioned to be sure and make my drink iced because yesterday it was hot. He apologized sincerely and comped me my drink. Then he even gave me a little card for four dollars off my next drink. He was very polite gave a fast service, and as an asset to the store. read more

Every time I've been here I always order ahead and pick up through the Drive-thru. My drinks have always been made perfectly and the service has always been quick. Even when there is a line, I've noticed I've never spent much time in line anyways. I like where the drive-thru is placed and the location of this store. I appreciate the staff here :) read more

Extremely dirty. I have not seen a Starbucks this dirty, ever! The counter behind the espresso machine was sprayed with syrup and was very sticky. The espresso machines looked like they had been sprayed with syrup and dust is now stuck to it. Also, coffee beans were all over behind the machines. I would hate to see the side where they make the drinks. Will not return again. Corporate should take action. read more

Walked up to grab an iced coffee on the way back from the beach. A staff member walked to the door from the inside as I approached from the parking lot. She then locked the door right as I reached for the handle to enter and shook her head back and forth from the inside. What?? I was confused. I looked at the time, 7:25 pm on a Friday, the hours posted on the door says they close at 7:30 pm. What business locks the door on a customer when they're open? Is one more customer coming in for coffee really a hassle? I've never seen a business lock the door on someone walking up, at the very least she could've ask if I could be quick or if it was a simple drink. Is that how employees are trained at this Starbucks? I was wearing a mask too, as I always do inside businesses. Management, please do better here! The bathrooms were filthy filthy filthy! Poop splattered inside the bowl that wouldn't come off when I flushed. I went out and told the gal and the manager who were standing off to the side. The manager, a short older woman, stared at me like she was annoyed and put out that I interupted whatever they were doing. Sorry...go somewhere private next time! The girl said she would send someone as soon as possible. I went into the other, same deal...it's 10:30 am at this point, you can't tell me those bathrooms were clean this morning! Trash full and filth! The guy and 2 gals behind the counter were very friendly and had excellent customer service. The manager needs some training. I'm giving 3 stars, 1 for each of the good workers. After a terrible Lincoln City experience, I was ready to write all Starbucks off for good. On a fluke, I called the Warrenton Starbucks and asked for the same order Lincoln City had been so rude about. Warrenton location was AMAZING. The manager on shift was as collaborative and helpful as can be. I've never had such good service from a Starbucks, they didn't bat an eye at a huge order (well over $100), and tossed in a thank you perk for the order. Lincoln City Starbucks clearly conveyed they resented the same request and wouldn't deign to handle a big order. The contrast was so striking. Warrenton came through in flying colors, the ultimate in contrast and customer service. The order was terrific. Their enthusiasm for doing good business shows. I'll be back with big orders and big smiles to see them again. read more

Great friendly staff! Welcoming as I walked up, as she cleaned up the outside tables. I had a chai tea w/ almond milk and the only reason it wasn't a 5-star is: the tea wasn't really as hot as it should be. It happens with cold milk. Will try again before I leave though. read more

I consistently use the drive thru at this location. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. They are rarely out of items and mistakes on orders have been very infrequent. This store sees very high volumes and still maintains good food quality and customer service. read more

This is one of those rare and unusual Starbucks that has incredibly slow service. I've been here a few times and each time the service was very slow for how few of us there were. I don't know why either. They seemed to have enough staff, which I can only comment on being that I worked at a Starbucks about 7 or so years back. They have the typical drinks you expect and the rest of the place is fine. Just be prepared to test your patience. read more

I went to this Starbucks about 30 minutes before close, I guess. I say "I guess" bc they didn't have store hours posted. I walked in and the 2 employees were cleaning, thus I was ignored for a few long seconds. When the guy came to take my order I apologized for coming in so close to closing time and mentioned I didn't see hours posted. He didn't respond. Ok. I guess he's not happy. I order a plain ol' nitro. No work needed just pour and go, so I wasn't too much of a hassle. He tells me he is out of medium (idk Starbucks' stupid cup sizes) cups so he'll just use the large one and fill to the medium size. I'm like "uh, ok". My large cup was only filled halfway which I think is less than a medium but I'm not a barista, idk. I feel like if it's the stores fault for not having proper inventory I shouldn't be penalized. He should have just filled up the large for the medium price. (He was the manager. I'm sure it's well within his power) I think $4.50 for a medium is grossly overpriced but I love nitro and they're like 1 of 2 places in town that has it. Although, it's not cold enough. Anyway, the manager wasn't friendly. The manager lost an opportunity to make a customer happy. As much as I love nitro, I haven't been back and probably won't go back until after the holidays (6 months from now) when I'm given SB gift cards. I won't waste my money there. read more

If i could give this meal 0 stars, i would. I went to the warrenton starbucks today while i was on a road trip vacation and asked for the spicy churrizo and monterey jack. When I received my sandwich i was very disappointed, the bottom was burnt and it was extremely over microwaved - i could've eaten it next week. It was flavorless but spicy, when i threw it to the seagulls i noticed they ate the egg and the patty but left the scorched bun on the sidewalk - yes it was that burnt. Stopped at this location for my favorites, nitro cold brew cascara cold foam and a nitro cold brew pumpkin cream. They weren't even cold brew let alone nitro! The Cascara was bitter cold black coffee with foam as was the pumpkin, and I even had to ask them to sprinkle the pumpkin spice on top! They weren't drinkable, and if I hadn't already been on my way home in traffic I'd have taken them back. I won't go back, very disappointed. read more

I have a 300.00 starbucks gift card but refuse to go back to this location. Past three times I went through the drive up window my order has been completely wrong. When I took them in each time I would ask them to remake it. I am always flipped some sort of attitude by someone and am forced to wait till there line of drinks are complete till they correct mine (this could be 1 to 8 drinks before yet even correct mine).... Last time I went in the girl had to remake my drink 3 times. From burnt shots, regular milk instead of coconut, and no Carmel in my drink I finally have up after the third remake and 20 min standing and waiting for my remake. With no money back or no offer of a free drink I would much rather take my business to Fred Myers, even if that means walking in, at least there I am guaranteed my satisfaction. read more

We are not here as often as we once were but still drive through once or twice a week. It isn't as efficient as it once was though the staff remains friendly. Obviously things change in coffee stands. In this case, we suspect that opening in Seaside moved some employees. Today it took more than five days to get an ice tea. That indicates a problem to us. Despite there being 6 ladies working at the time it still took 10 minutes for one drink, even with only one person's order in front of me. We got three hot chocolates and they tasted like they used ocean water and no hot chocolate powder. We also asked for stirring sticks and the girl told us we could use the regular ones that said on the package to not use in hot drinks. I downloaded this app just to write a review about this particular Starbucks. This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I have had nothing but good service, drinks, and overall experience. They are always kind and friendly but not too overly in-your-face (like DB). The baristas are quick to get your order and have it right the first time. The drive-thru line could be super long (this morning I went and i got in line at almost the entrance to the drive-thru, and people were lined up behind me in a matter of minute. There were people in line that were still halfway into the road/parking lot) and the line moves quickly. I was able to order my drink and leave all in about the duration of one and a half to two songs on the radio. When I arrived at the window to pick up my drink it was made and waiting for me to just pay and leave. One of my favorite baristas (she doesn't know this haha) complemented my nail polish and is always sweet and kind. I don't know her name but she is good. My mother gets a complicated drink all the time and they almost never have a problem with getting the order and they never have a problem making it. My mother, brother, and I were driving with my dog and the drive-thru barista immediately asked if our dog could have a "puppichino" (whip cream in a little mini cup) and was so kind. All in all, this is my favorite Starbucks and I have nothing but good vibes for this Starbucks! Side note - out of all of the SB's I have been to, this one and one other were the only ones to put chocolate sauce on my double chocolatey chip frapp on top of the whip cream. If that doesn't say that this is a gooood Starbucks then I don't know what does. They always make the best drinks and i give a huge two thumbs up!! read more
