Horrible customer service. Although they are always packed, which is good for business for them. I am understanding but they have horrible customer service. You can come to the window and they will talk amongst themselves and let you sit there until they feel like it then greet you and take payment. I've worked in customer service as soon as a new customer comes to the window even if the drinks aren't ready they should be greeted. This location is always SWAMPED and i feel for them but they should make drinks faster and in order. If there was another Starbucks in the area I would RACE there. read more

What a horrible experience I waited 45 minutes for a mobile order, I watch a customer walk in place an order at the counter and their drink was made before mine, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but at 45 minutes I asked if my drink was made and I asked if my mobile order was ready, just to be told, it hasn't come up yet, I walked out without my order, this is a horrible place!!! read more

I come here a lot just for coffee. This Starbucks has the absolute rudest staff. These people have gotten my order wrong more often than not and then when asked to fix it they throw a fit. The worst out of them all was the girl Brittany. She always gets the iced/not iced wrong. When you say, I asked for that iced she says, "you didn't say iced"....ummmm yes I did. That's rude. If I can give no star. My husband order for bringing coffee to his promotion. I was late 30 mins for picking up, then I think a woman might be the supervisor told me that she already donated my coffee. If I wanted to order the new one, the woman maybe she was the manager or supervisor in that restaurant said that I had to pay for the order that she was donated too. What a rude person. And why do I have to pay for her or Starbucks donation. Even the cashier who was working there was surprised and told me she doesn't know about about that policy. After 7 years, this place has really gone down hill. They can't even get a simple order correct. In their defense, this is a recent (2017) phenomenon. A real shame because it's one of the few places to get espresso based drinks in Watertown. read more

only star i have to give is to the one woman employee making every single drink mobile drive thru and walk-in. however everyone other employee (THERE WERE FOUR OTHERS) were seen in their phones and not doing anything. they had every mobile order ahead of our in person walk-in order so we ended up waiting for over 30 minutes inside with our masks on. what was meant to be an easy endeavor turned into a waste of time and for not even starbucks quality coffee and breakfast. watertown we will never see you again. to the one woman who offered to push our drinks up to the front and make them for us as her coworkers sat around watching paint dry and paid no attention to the 50 cups placed to be made. my kids are crying now. read more

I was hoping to get coffee on my way home from a weekend trip...to say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I placed a mobile order along with two other friends. One of my friends received their order within ten minutes. Meanwhile, my other friend and I waited over 45 minutes for an order that was never made. We asked for, and received a refund from a very apologetic cashier. However, at that point we just wanted our coffee. No one offered to make our missing drinks for us. No one checked to see where our drinks were. I understand this is a highly trafficked location, but the apathetic attitude of the shift manager and the baristas on the bar was appalling. I will make an effort to avoid this location on future trips through the area. read more

This is the worlds SLOWEST Starbucks. I'm actually stuck in the line right now. I pulled up with one person ahead of me at 7:45....it's 8:05 and I'm still sitting... This is an everyday thing at this place. I've tried going in and pulling through, the people here are just lazy. The employees are rude. I waited in line a week ago for half an hour while the lady over the intercom argued with a customer and then when they got to the window...they sat and argued there too...I kinda felt bad for the window lady until I realized it was a friend of hers... The drinks re fine. Service is okay. The bathroom is really gross. Really gross. That's why I only give 2 stars.

I have never had an issue with the drive-thru, however inside is another story. The maintenance and upkeep of this Starbucks is pretty bad. There were a couple of empty tables that had crumbs and trash on them for at least 15 minutes until one of the employees finally wiped off the tables. They have recently readjusted the chairs and layout and don't maximize the space. Employees yelling and joking with each other loudly...when is someone from "higher" going to check out how bad this location is? read more

They need a sign right before entering the drive thru to list all of the things they are "out of". I came to get a frappucino and it just so happens that they are not making them today. What? The staff is always super friendly!! I just wish the place was bigger. Always a line and not many options for places to sit, wish they could expand to a bigger location or put more in the area. Parking is limited, but perfect if you're just doing drive-thru. read more

Finally....a Starbucks in Watertown! I'm a definite regular. The service is good, very friendly! I enjoy stopping in every chance I get.

I had a hard time giving it one star. I never take the time to critique meals or drinks. I'm in town visiting and have went to this Starbucks three times, I couldn't believe what their so called Barista's serve as a Latte. Basically it looks like a coffee with cream A triple shot Latte Cost right at $5.00 dollars, you would think for that amount you would get what you ordered. Maybe they should train their employees so they know what they are doing, or ask their customers how they feel about the quality. By far the worst Starbucks I've been to. I visit the Watertown area a number of times a year and I'm always prepared for the worst but hope for the best outcome at the local Starbucks. Unfortunately, yet again, they've disappointed. Two days in a row this Watertown Starbucks has demonstrated so many issues, that I'd like to suggest the Regional Manager and National Manager take a wee bit more notice before their corporation reputation is screwed. Even if you are the only decent coffee in town, does NOT mean you can compromise prompt and friendly service, correct drink orders and appropriately managed staff. I've never seen anything so tragically disconnected. Yesterday, the drive through line at 5 pm was 8 cars long so I went inside to order a triple grande coconut latte w the praline crunch sprinkles on top. The sticker was marked correctly. I waited 17 minutes for my drink and not only did it have no praline crunch sprinkles but it was sweetened with some kind of flavoring. I did NOT want nor ask for sweetener. Today, was worse. Busy time of day at 11 am so I went inside. No complicated drinks this time. The line was short so I figured it would be fast. There were approximately 7 people on staff, one was a cashier and one manager named Courtney. While waiting in line, I'm standing next to the food counter and another open counter area, before the registers. The first thing I notice is the disturbing amount cleaning products (spray refills, dishwasher detergent) in gallon sized containers immediately next to the weigh machine (which weighs espresso). The second thing I notice is 2 binders sprawled open and a poster meant for display, also on the same small 2' x 2' counter. As I'm lingering in the short, but stalled line, Courtney (recall: the manager) greets a worker/friend who arrives for the day. They chat for a few and whisper about where the other woman should start her shift. She assists the baristas as a backup. Note, no one is helping the cashier with pastries and he is the only cashier. I'm still yet standing in the same spot after her friend moves on and Courtney shows back up to the messy counter, flustered, distracted and highly disorganized with a wad of 20s folded up in her hand. She flips though the binder while holding the money and decides to put the cash down. Then moves the cash again. Leaves the room and comes back. She sees at this point that I've moved further up and I've taken a photo of the cleaning supplies next to the food counter. She suddenly straightens the binders and assists at the second register as I'm paying for mine What's worse? I ordered two tall bolds. He repeated my order and I saw him pour it. Christmas blend is the bold. It was not Christmas blend. I know my coffee. I want my money back! And good thing I wasn't hungry -- read more

While visiting the area, I stopped by this Starbucks for a drink. I had a scan code that I received from Starbucks through email for a half off drink, when I was paying the nice lady who took my order was not able to scan the code, then she tried a couple more time and it kept saying the bar code has been used( which it hasn't). She ended up just giving the drink for free! I got a venti green tea frappe and normally the never put enough green tea powder but this place made it very enjoyable! read more

The only way I can order from this Starbucks is through the app, because even when I show up at 7:30 to be to work (4 minutes away) at 8, I'm still late for work if I don't order ahead!! No matter what time of day it is, you're wait is a minimum of 10 minutes. There's usually water on the floor that drops from the counter next to where you pick up your order, and I've nearly slipped in it once. One of the baristas butt cracks were sticking out the other day (ew make them tuck in their shirts please!). They're often out of ingredients for popular drinks, but thankfully the app will let you know. Music is always very loud and you can't talk to who you're with, so my bf and I have had to pick a new location to meet up in the morning (he works nights and I work days) . Drink orders however are always spot on, just wish it didn't take so long so I could enjoy more. read more

Go to any other coffee shop than this. I've ordered numerous times from here and they never satisfy. The final kick in the groin was the one day I depended on them to prep some traveler pack for a very important event. My wife was an hour late and the female supervisor (friday morning shift) rudely said that they sold off my packs to someone else and that she had to buy double the quantity if she wants travelers pack. Even the other staff had surprised looks on their faces. Feeling extorted, we didn't buy the packs. So, much to my embarrasment, my event was a total failure. Thanks...
