These guys charge 10 cents a cup, but if you bring your own cup, they can't touch it. I am guessing if you don't want to pay extra for the cold cup, ya gotta lap your drink off the floor. I have also been told only short straws to save the environment, paper, no wax, so the straws collapse if you don't drink fast enough. So far is very low-moderate experience at this location. They seem to actively comment among themselves and only pay attention to you when they ask for your order but they won't ask if you want your receipt or greet you well at all. The whole "I'm just here to work so hurry up and leave" is the attitude here. Wouldn't blame them so much because it is in one of the busiest spots in Watsonville and too many rude people live around here anyways. Horrible service and experience provided by Jess. I went inside to order a breakfast sandwich and was later told they were out of stock. I was provided with the option to choose a different sandwich (which I did). However, it happened to be of lesser cost. After asking Jess if it cost the same as the one I had first ordered she said "yeah it's the same. Don't worry." Well...her co-worker who was standing next to her told her "it's cheaper." Mind you, neither one of them had the decency and ethics to inform me they would provide me with the difference in price. Instead, they assumed I hadn't heard anything and were going to let it slide. I went ahead and asked "did you say it's cheaper?" and that's when the other lady decided to provide me with the difference in cost. This has nothing to do with the money and the fact they were clearly over-charging me for an item that actually cost less. But it has everything to do with ethics and honesty. Clearly, Jess and the other employee lack both. I hope Starbucks not only provides training on ethical and honest behavior for its employees but more importantly ENFORCE it. What a shame! read more

I'm a Starbucks regular and love it, but after visiting this particular store I had to write a review. After waiting 15 minutes for my mobile order, I asked the barista nicely if my order had come come through their system. "There's a line!" She snapped back at me. A few minutes later my drink was ready, and I heard that it was ready not by them calling my name, but by hearing them make fun of my name. Lastly, the drink was sour and undrinkable. Although this place is convenient, inside the store is too darn stuffy. Very difficult to enjoy a cup of coffee when you can't breath comfortably. Also the music is too loud. You have to yell to hear yourself speak, wish they would focus on these two things to make it a wonderful experience. read more

Cascara fail - I guess corporate decided not to carry the cascara drink "topping" according to staff at this location. I hope it's not a nationwide thing! False advertising under the umbrella of a "limited time offering". I suggest you pull the drink completely off your menu or give your store the freedom to cover the drink on the menu with a sticker or something like "currently unavailable". Cascara in my opinion is one of the best toppings Starbucks ever created. This is very sad! Hope you can correct this. I'm the meantime I will stick to local roasters read more
