Service was amazing! This place gets really packed in the morning and I didn't feel rushed at all by employees. Definitely very welcoming! ITS BEAUTIFUL INSIDE, there's many spots to sit and drink your coffee or even hop on your laptop. not sure about WiFi, I didn't stick around long enough. But by the amount of people on their laptops I would assume they have WiFi! I unfortunately was not too impressed by my drink, I got the rose iced coffee it was strong, but definitely not as creamy as I would like it. The employees asked if It needed any changes and tried making it better. But I unfortunately was still not impressed by it not sure if it was just the drink I ordered. Came in around 11:00 am on a Monday and it was busy! Almost every seat was full. There is no line to order because everyone was sitting down. Parking: Plenty of space Drinks: Mint Mojito: 4.5/5 - always there best drink! We ordered a large and it doesn't disappoint. The strong coffee mixed with the mint makes it refreshing and addicting Tiramisa: 3/5 - a bit too light for us. The coffee tasted weak with the tiramisu. I was so excited to find out a location was opening in Morgan Hill over Thanksgiving! I finally got to try this location when I returned to the area for the holidays. I ordered my usual Mint Mojito through the app. Upon arriving, the place was big and bright and there was quite a long line. I was so glad I ordered through the app. They were out of decaf around 10am already. On my second visit, my order was estimated to take 10 minutes, but I waited an extra 10 minutes past my ready time upon arrival. Both times, my coffee was made to perfection, except for when they were out of decaf. The staff is very friendly. There is plenty of parking in the lot. First of all, yayyy we finally have a Philz Coffee in Morgan Hill! It's super cute as most of their locations are. There's plenty of seating, really nice couches and nooks if you want to work or relax. It is a bit loud well cuz of the lines and of course all the magic coffee making hehe I wanted to try the holiday drink but landed up getting the Philtered Soul which has always always been my favorite. I obviously got it extra sweet and extra creamy! Fair warning, this place is busssyyyy! Lines are long and it takes a bit to get your order so if you're in a hurry, this might not be the place for you! But the drinks are worth it. Especially if you like flavored coffee! Yumm.. The staff is very sweet and are trying their best. You can tell they're working very hard to keep the crowd happy! I usually write my reviews later but I had sometime here so writing it right away while I wait. Parking was a bit tricky but there's plenty of parking in the lot if not right in front of it. One of my favorite coffee shops has opened their newest location in our town and I'm so stoked about it. Welcome Philz to Morgan Hill! We arrived on a Sunday afternoon to Philz Coffee recently. They just opened a week ago prior to when we came in. The coffee shop is located in a nice plaza off Cochrane street in Morgan Hill. Parking is easy and accessible in the large parking lot. The traditional modern decor was vibrant and inviting. There was a beautiful art work on the wall that was a nice homage to the town. Plenty of tables are available inside and in the spacious patio. We ordered a hot mint mojito, hot tiramisu, and a hot chocolate. Everything was creamy, delicious, and smooth. It was my first time ordering a mint mojito hot and it was nice to try a different take on it. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Philz coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a long line but it moved pretty quickly. As we continue to return, we hope to try the pasties and other featured creations. read more

Another great addition to South County. I've been going to Philz for over 15 years, and the coffee still hits every time. Whether you like it straight black or sweet and creamy, you really can't go wrong. The layout of this location is great, and the mural is a perfect representation of South County and Morgan Hill. Definitely use the app when ordering the time has been pretty accurate for me, except for one time. The staff are doing a great job, and I'm sure the service will continue to improve as time goes on. I was super excited for this location to open. I ordered online for a pick up and when I went into the store I was greeted by friendly staff, who were very helpful. I ended up ordering some pastries in person, and the cashier was knowledgeable about which pastries to choose from when I asked for recommendations. Love this Philz Coffee location in Morgan Hill. I got the Tiramisu and Ecstatic, and both were solid. The service was amazing--super friendly and welcoming. It's also a great place to study or get work done with a vibrant, comfortable environment. Only small feedback: dialing in the creaminess ratio a bit more would really take it to the next level. I've been going to the San Jose location for a while and that one really hits--this Morgan Hill spot is almost there. Overall, still a great experience and I'll definitely be back. read more

My husband and I were so excited for Philz drinks after getting the kids McDonalds on the way home on a roadtrip but then the wait time for our drinks was a full hour! We didn't want to wait that long with the whole family eager to get home so cancelled the order. Luckily the barista was helpful with showing me how to cancel in the app and offering that her manager could help if it didn't go through. 1 hr 10 min to get your drink is unacceptable service. Management needs to schedule accordingly. Every 3rd Sunday is Morgan hill Cars and Coffee event. Personnel should be scheduled accordingly. You may want to turn off mobile orders during that time if you can't handle the load. read more

Finally a Philz coffee closer to Gilroy. Mobile order twice within the week. Walked in and it was ready for pickup. Even though it was greater than half hour for pickup. Went in to get some ground coffee to try. Specified what type of coffee maker I had and filter. They take 10min to give me two quarter pounds of coffee. I get home and they didn't even grind it, it's just the whole beans. Now I guess I have to buy a grinder for home? Also, I went opening day and was turned away because they didn't have the proper license to be open. I'll stick to Peet's. At least they give you a small coffee when you buy ground coffee. read more

Ok stopped at the new Philz went in to order and joined a gentleman in line. The gal behind the counter was busy making food and bagging coffee beans. In 5 mins she never turned around none of the four others said a word or offered help. The gal turned and ran down to the end to drop off food and than ran into the back. I was about to leave now that almost 10 mins had passed and she finally showed up to help us. She was very pleasant once we had her attention. As usual the order took some time while the group of four were making on line orders finally got my order which was great as always. Order on line to avoid this problem. Super clean store with friendly staff! The line was a little intimidating, but everyone behind the counter was working hard and getting drinks out pretty fast. I got the honey haze, light honey, and it was delicious. I will definitely be back again! Ordered plant based sandwich and cinnamon roll. Decaf coffee and philtered soul coffee. Sandwich was terrible, American cheese, stale roll that was like a brick, overheated. Cinnamon roll was okay. Coffees excellent, but overpriced. Service was poor. Extremely slow. Coffees arrived way before food which was staggered. No napkins offered. The shop looks like a fast food joint. Orange and yellow, tacky wall mural, plastic chairs in same color theme. Great location coffee is always on point there is some coffees that I like more sweeter than others and they always accommodate !

I always recommend ordering ahead when going to philz they take their time making the coffee in order for it to be the best quality. only reason they aren't a five star is just the waiting but it truly is worth it. the workers are all so friendly and ready to help you with whatever you might want/need. I'm so happy that morgan hill has a philz now! go try it out! read more
