I want to be clear that every person I saw was doing their best to make things work and this is a systems issue. I like this place and I offer these comments to encourage them to look at their system and find ways to improve.

The lack of "mouth-traffic" left this brunch as a disappointment at best. Maybe if they charged about $10 a place...it might be a place worth stopping to get your *nom* on some average, but cheap, eats. $20...c'mon now. So two stars...b/c: Meh. I've experienced better.

(My husband's favorite) As before, the barristas are friendly, competent, and cheerful. The only change that disappoints me (and this is minor), is the placement of the baked goods. I used to derive great pleasure in watching the young children walk up to the pastry window at their eye level, as they would choose their favorite treat. Yes, change is hard, but the new owners have succeeded in continuing to make Acton Coffee the welcoming place we want to be every morning we're in town.
