The girl not helping was on her phone the entire time the girl was doing my order all by herself and just leaning off to the side just shooting the shit with her. My order would've been done in like 5 minutes, if she wasn't being lazy just helped her employee, like a team player really should be doing...to make the company look good. A lot of the girls love when I come, because I give good business and they love when my dog Declan comes through the drive through. We grabbed a cold brew and an iced latte and were thrilled with the high quality of the coffee. Smooth and not overly acidic, both the cold brew and the latte had some wonderful flavor notes and the beans didn't taste burnt. You can tell that Karma is roasting beans right.
