i came in having an issue with an order. it was a order for a family member who wasnt doing well. i came across a worker by the name of Gina. she'll never know how much she made not only just my day, but my families day too. while yes, she clearly fixed the ordered, her customer service was something i never experienced from starbucks specifically. i think ppl tend to forget the importance of kindness and compassion nowadays, so when you finally come across someone who is so willing to not just help, but understand the situation, it changes your day around! there were 2 workers there who i felt like just didnt want to give my situation the time of day, bc it was just a drink to them, but to me it was the only thing that i knew would make my grandmother smile. read more

Horrible!!!!!!! They wouldn't accept my $50.00 bill for a $12.75 breakfast! It took 5 people to make that decision???? one of the staff asked me if I would take the change back in rolled quarters....? Then I was told they would only give change for a bill (meal) of over $20.00. Would kind of a joint is this? They turned me away, I asked for my $50.00 bill and I walked out without food. The sleepy city of Willoughby has arrived with a second free-standing Starbucks! (A third Starbucks is located in the Target store at Willoughby Commons.) This is a much different Starbucks than its slightly older sister, which just opened up at the end of 2018. And unlike the dark decor of its sibling just a couple miles away, this Starbucks has a lighter, more cheery interior that feels more open. Service was good and what you might expect from Starbucks. The parking situation is so much better here than the other Willoughby Starbucks, making it a bit more accessible and a lot less rutty and bumpy (thanks to fresh pavement). read more

The worst of the worst, it all started by waiting in line to place an order, five people on staff, one cashier that disappears into kitchen b/t orders. 10 min to place an order for my $7 coffee. I was 3rd in line, 10 min. Then I stand there for another 10 minutes waiting. Been here for 20 min now. Walk up to cashier who no longer has a line but finds time to talk with coworkers while a dozen people are waiting... I ask her if my coffee has even been started, she looks at espresso machine and says "yes, Mike is being made now."Wait another 5 min because I see the finish line, just to learn that the coffee she referred to was for another Mike. Clean new store in Willoughby. Mellow subtle interior design and spacious with many places to sit, including outside if you'd prefer. One of the bigger Starbucks I've been in. Waitstaff friendly, complimenting me on my outfit and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Coffee was prepared in sufficient time and tasted great. There is also a drive through as well. read more

This new Starbucks is spacious, modern, clean and with plenty of seating options. The staff is very friendly and even offers nitro coffee at this location. There are lots of outlets if you are remote working. The only issue is the internet is extremely slow for some reason. read more

I had this entire review typed out & it disappeared.. but it's worthy enough to re-type. This location is by far our favorite. It's newer, close to home, near the highway & overall - really clean. It's a new building that was kept very open, modern and bright. Not as dark indoors as other sister locations. We use mobile pick up, nine out of ten times. Our drinks are always prepared on time & ready when we arrived. The drinks have never been watery or made incorrectly. Even when we do make a visit to the inside, our orders are taken quickly and the drink formula never disappoints.y I would rather take the next exit for this location before going home, than to stop at another location I may be closer to. We have never had to ask for a drink to be remade. The employees are very nice & friendly here. I give management major props. This is the best location in the area.. maybe even in Ohio. read more

This Starbuck sometimes has good employees, but I question the management. Sometimes they have online ordering, sometimes they do not. Sometime their indoor space is open and sometimes it is not. Beautiful, new, clean, modern, spacious store with a ton of seating. Staff was knowledgeable and quick. They are open until 11pm on weekdays (according to the sign). I'll probably make this my new go-to location when I need to hunker down and get some work done. Plenty of parking. read more

So slow on the drive thru. Only one person ahead of us and it took over 10 minutes for us to get an iced coffee and a frappacino. I worked at Starbucks for years and things are changing with them popping up everywhere. A bit less chatting between employees would probably help the slowness stop.
