Great atmosphere but missing on the details. The floors are messy once you walk in. The bathrooms were terrible. Paper towels everywhere. Messy floors. Just needs a little upkeep. As we walked in. Seems under staffed. Not to many people working. Not like a normal Starbucks where they have 5 people making drinks and people doing other things. Just a relax chill vibe. Defiantly a great place to do homework or just work. The coffee is always hot but in my opinion Starbucks is very consistent and you know what your going to get. So they need to get some staff and clean up the place a little. Pay attention to the bathrooms and make sure they are clean. Clean the floors and make them look a little better. Yes it's winter but the entrance is super clean. So not to much of an excuse there. read more

First time I come to this Starbucks. And the place is good for 20 tables at the minimum but they only had 10 or so. Staff wearing mask good for them. Very busy place with people in and out constantly. Flooded with lights. Easy large parking. Service is prompt and quick. Restrooms were clean. My macchiato was good and luckily for me I did not stir the honey which kept the calories hidden at the bottom. read more

I frequent here often for convenience but I prefer other locations. The location feels jammed into a small area with a small parking lot. The inside is always clean. They seem to have a good number of employees working. My negatives that give this location two stars are that I've had my order missing, long wait times and most recently this morning, unprofessional employees. The barista put the coffee down and threw the coffee cup sleeve at it vs taking the time to put it on which was all wet. Nice touch.. it's the small things. Customer service. read more

Although this is the largest Starbucks I have been to as far as square footage, the space was not utilized well. Having outlets close to tables is SUPER important to me because I am a student, and am generally working on things. There were several small tables in the middle with no access to outlets and it just was not cozy and comfy to me. I am a Starbucks regular at numerous different Starbucks, but this isn't the first one that I will stop at if I can help it. There are a few in Woodbury, and I will go here last if there is no room at the other ones. Ci and I came here for a quick lunch today and the Woodbury snottiness I have become accustomed to over the past few years did not disappoint! We felt awkward from the moment we entered. Maybe they could sense we were not suburbanites! The service was odd and the workers seemed confused. Although this is the largest Starbucks I have been to as far as square footage, the space was not utilized well. We had a BOGO to try the new salads and sandwiches, so I had the Chicken and Black Bean Salad Bowl and it was really good. The Red Chili vinaigrette was unique and I wish I knew where to buy a whole bottle of it! I would definitely get this salad again. Ci had the Chicken BLT Salad Sandwich and she liked it. Come here if you are in a hurry. The baristas are fast and friendly and take extra care to make sure they have your order correct. It was one of the colder mornings we have had lately so the comfy chairs by the fireplace were a welcome site. Lap top users be advised there are not a lot of plug ins and most of the tables Are round which makes it difficult to sit with your friends. But if you are a starbucks person which I am on days when not adventuresome, then this is one of the better ones. I try not to do Chains and I do not like trying to figure out or remember what a large is. read more

Fast and efficient location, I love this spot for quick dashes in and out (although pretty sure this is not the one with the drive thru? per the review below from Nicole M). It's become pretty popular of late for remote workers or homemakers or I'm not sure exactly whom, so finding a spot can be tricky. There's a little nook off the pick up station that's usually fairly quiet and can hold three people, but that might be a little generous as some folks like to spread out. I do like the comfy chairs off to the side for working, even though it means having to balance my laptop on my knees. read more

The baristas are very nice, which is occasionally hard to bear before I've had a cup of coffee, but I mostly appreciate the positivity. They're super efficient and quick to fix you up with something great so that you don't leave unsatisfied. My favorite barista is Ella, she recommended new drinks for me that I never tried, the iced coffee is now on my list of favorites along with the Kimono dragon coffee. Thank you Ella! read more

I love this particular Starbucks Coffee place because the baristas knows exactly what they are doing no matter what I order, whether it be a frappe, latte, or coffee it's always tasty and perfect! We wanted to catch a quick coffee(sisters and I ) grab and go. We weren't gonna hang around till close. Since my sisters just literally got into town to come see me. We walked in late at still 20 min to spare. The ladies working that night immediately ROLLED THEIR EYES.
