When you order and get to the drive thru window, you see a drink sitting near the window, nobody in line behind you yet, 10:55am you then watch the girl working the drive thru put multiple items in and out of the microwave, I counted four separate items, after six minutes she finished and bagged what she was cooking, came to the window and picked up the coffee that had been sitting, YES IT WAS MINE, WTF you have one job and it ain't filling other orders as mine sits getting cold. A recent offer promoted stars if you purchased a hot meal 3 times in a row. I called service when I noticed I had only been credited for one day. I just can't seem to win at this location. If I order pickup, I wait 10+ minutes after my pickup time for my drink because they're working on drive thru orders, and if I go through the drive thru, I wait even longer. Today I waited for over 18+ minutes in the drive thru with one car ahead of me, only to have my drink made incorrectly. When I told the girl it was incorrect, she balked. The guy working with her told her he heard my correct order. I then told her I don't have time to wait for a correct drink to be made, and asked for either a refund back onto my account or a free drink card. Then I had to wait another 5 minutes for the card. No refund, no drink, and the card given to me has an amount much less than the original drink price itself. Lame. read more

He is about 6ft tall very slim,short curly hair, and very feminine. His service is so bad from the start. What a disappointment, this place used to have good service. Making a mistake on my drink is okay. However accusing and giving me a attitude. Then proceeding to tell me off the bat i didn't order what i ordered, is very disrespectful. Then i caught myself apologizing after the fact of proving to her she made a mistake kindly as possible. I definitely did not pull a Karen. Usually this is a place i go to when my order is not done right. I feel bad making someone feel bad for doing it wrong. I make it very simple not a very complicated order and it's done and saved on my app. I get these people get busy and make minor mistakes, but the disrespect is not it for me. Especially when they make mistakes like forgetting to put an extra shot that i pay extra for. which is common mistake with all starbucks in this town. Im more than understanding and just go in out of my way to have them add it real fast. I hate to write a bad review because one bad employee should not ruin everyone's integrity. However, this needs to be corrected. For the good employees that work here. I feel bad they have to work with that type of individuals. Customer service is not that hard to conduct. It's also easy to even just fake it or to get another job. Regardless if a customer or the barista makes a goof it's not hard to be pleasant. They would not last a day at my job. If i can have patience with combative dangerous people at work and see some messed up cases and work night shift 12-14 hour shifts and commute and conduct myself politely. This is my regular Starbucks that I go to, the drinks are always made right for me and the baristas working are always so sweet! If I'm waiting for a while on my drink they will come talk to me. Well yesterday I went in to order and it was the manager who ended up taking my order, her name is Anna. She did not look up at me, she was not friendly her voice was very harsh towards me and I felt so rushed to get my drink in that I forgot to scan for my stars even though I was using the app to read my drink!! I sat down and waited about 8 minutes but within that time I could tell she is not a very nice person. She was being rude to the baristas by rushing them, repeating a question over and over even if they were busy doing something till she got an answer and it felt very condescending the way she would talk to everyone. I hope her attitude towards everyone changes, especially with customers because I usually have a positive experience and time at the Bogue location and wish everyone else a happy new year!! read more

I'm not sure what has been going on with this location the last few months, maybe they got all new staff or something. Every time I am having to have my drink remade because it is either missing the coffee part or missing the sweetener. Today we got Carmel Frappuccino's both tasted like they had no coffee in them at all. We also had about a 15-20min wait for them to be made the first time. So 40 minutes of my day wasted at Starbucks because they can't get their acts together and make the drinks correct the first time. This is usually my go to stop since it's so close to my house. But lately their online ordering has sucked majorly. Needs lots of improvements. If you order one item. Great. If you're ordering multiple, you're better off walking into the store and ordering it there. They consistently leave one item off. First they left my sandwich off then today they left my drink off. This Starbucks has always been my favorite , from the costumer service , to the way my drinks are made, and just the over all environment. Although today while I was going through the drive through, me and my friend simply and kindly asked whoever was taking our order to repeat themselves, and she then responded talking with a bad attitude, talking super slow as if we were little kids , when all we did was ask her to repeat it .... . It didn't bother me at all , but I work with fast food and know that you should always respect the costumer , the name tag that we saw was labeled Savannah , and we had never seen her before , just think someone who seems knew shouldn't already be having a tone with costumers simply trying to get drinks ... overall love this place! read more

Compared to all the other Starbucks in the area (Marysville incl) this is the best one. The staff has always been super friendly. I cannot remember a time when I have stopped in and not gotten a smile (of course I am a handsome devil)... Some of the other locations in the area make you feel like you're an inconvenience when you order a drink. Not his place! As with all Starbucks, they may not get the drink exactly like you want (come on people; are you ALWAYS perfect?) however, they are willing to correct it and not make you feel like a second-class citizen. The environment is comfortable, the layout is unobtrusive, and the manager is always smiling (yes, it's genuine). I definitely recommend this location above any others in the YC/Marysville area. read more

This is the worst Starbucks in Yuba City and I frequent them all a lot the one on Stabler is the best in my opinion. I stopped at this location on my way to work Saturday 6/8 they were out of the frap..been here on 3 other occasions to get the feta wrap and there always out of those too. I called after I left that my drink was horrible didn't even put extra ice like I asked..just went back today to get a new drink made correctly as they promised and I heard them tell the guy behind me their out of bagels OMG do they not know how to keep stuff ordered it's ridiculous! Anyway they got my drink wrong again & had to wait even longer for them to get it right. No apologies either.. wont be going back to this location again.. oh and the drive thru was backed up with cars passed the front entrance prbly 8-10 cars I was the tail end.
