Ehhhhhh! Its Starbucks. Some workers are alright I guess, some are friendly, some looks annoyed, and some that can actually call your name clearly and pronounce it right. There are times when I'd like to be called "Daddy" on Friday, but if it's a male worker announcing, they'll just say "Order for Bro". LMAO!!!!! Anyways, this place is alright. Always busy during the mornings or sometime between 1500-1800. Pros: -You can customize your drinks whatever you like, just dont go crazy nad have one of everything! -Bathrooms are hit or miss on cleanliness or toilet paper being fully stocked. -Great place to go on a date or do homework, just dont stay too long when others would like a table as well. Cons: -ALL STARBUCKS Employees need to stop doing the "pay it forward". If my drink costs $3 for a tea, I ain't paying the next person behind me thats 3x-8x the cost of my order! Starbucks needs to stop this practice unless the person on the front would like to donate for a good cause and pay the order the next person behind me and keep it at that and not do the pay it forward crap! This Starbucks in Marysville (the bigger newer one) is a larger location that is busy but good. One employee Zoe in particular is super sweet & friendly. She should get a raise for her contribution to the atmosphere here. The employees greet each person who walks in which is also nice. While I didn't get a receipt there was the fact that I didn't ask for one either. No harm no foul. There is plenty of room to meet friends, spread out, and hang but enough also if you are running into a line here as well. The bathrooms are clean & locked so I assume are checked often. There is an alphabet board for those mobile pick ups so you can grab & go prepaid items. My drinks were spot on too. I would definitely made this a regular stop when in town read more

Stopped by here on Saturday, July 13th at 9:45pm. Thank goodness this Starbucks was open until 10pm! There were no other ones around open this late. In addition, the drive thru barista who took our order and served us was one of the nicest baristas we ever met. Even my kids commented how friendly and polite she was! read more

Best service always kind location, i absolutely adore the night crew! They always remember me, excellent manners. They help me so much by saving me time and caring, to make sure everything i ordered is good. It's hard having to work nights and to drive far for work especially working a job that is challenging. Having my coffee made strong and good timely manner on top of receiving kindness when starting my day means lot to me. They are always on top of it they always do things correctly and I'm sure if they did make a mistake they would be kind and respectful unlike other locations. Starbucks is starbucks. What sets it apart from other coffee joints, or other starbucks is the service. This location is probably best visited an hour after it opens. They did let me know that they had to restart some machines or something and that my food would take a few short moments more to get going. My drink was warm, my pastries were hard, and the impossible breakfast sandwich was ... well, it was impossible to eat because it was cold. I think I will make a trip over to another establishment. read more

The place has been remodeled since the last time we were in here which was a time ago. The shop appears to have taken the yogurt shop. Some of the same staff is here still. High chairs couches tables-at the end of isles and gender neutral bathrooms. Alas the regular staples are here. Intranet whores sucking up valuable Yelp reviewing data. Mixed feelings about this particular location. Staff are friendly but some days their lattes are lukewarm even tho it went directly from their hand to mine. Some days my venti is only 2/3's to 3/4's full. Some days these aren't issues at all and the drinks are on point. This doesn't seem to be an issue for other locations. read more

Place is going down, sad considering the remodel looks so great. They took out the power outlets so you can't plug in laptops to do work here unfortunately. I would highly recommend going to the Brick, or Stella House coffee instead. Not only was I unable to type up an important contract today, but I also didn't get my order for like 20 minutes. Also there were no napkins. Not cool guys get it together. read more

If I could it would be a ZERO! Worst customer service... longest drive thru wait times... diluted teas and rancid tasting coffee... I tried them again today and a total waste of time... save yourself some time and drive over to Yuba City and Dutch Bros is amazing.. if you have to have Starbucks.. then stabler Starbucks has been great so has Hwy 20... the area manager that is attempting to run this location needs too find a new career! read more

Hard to believe the negative reviews about service. I've never had bad service here. The only negative about the location is the very poor parking lot layout--no fault of the store. Inside there's ample seating. My orders have always been correct. One time they went above and beyond--I had ordered two drinks for my coworkers in the (very busy) drive thru, but when I got to the window they gave me only one. When I asked about the second, they apologized for the miscommunication and gave me the second for free. I even offered to pay for it but they said it's okay. read more

Walked in store and asked about some drinks I was interested in including the refreshers. Kassie was very knowledgeable and friendly even going the extra mile of offering to sample the refreshers. If it wasn't for that I most likely wouldn't have gotten it and would've totally missed out. I ended up with the strawberry açaí refresher which was great with the 100+ degree weather and got my sandwich hot shortly after. This was the first refresher I've been happy with getting at Starbucks and it's all thanks to Kassie's awesome customer service! read more

Just left this location in the drive-through and Klarissa Was so sweet! She was so kind and saw my little dog in the front seat and immediately offered a pupachino and was just nice to talk to while waiting for my drink! Kindness goes a long way these days during COVID-19! I can only imagine having to deal with such long lines all day but having such a fun and bright personality makes things so much easier! Update to the update. The barista that dated me ended up cheating on me and being a downright awful human, but this Starbucks fired her prior to that so they seem to have a pretty good grasp of personal character. On that grounds I gave back the deducted star. This location is SUPER busy so expect a wait but the service is good. read more

I've been here so many times, and will not go back. I've never been to a Starbucks this bad. The staff has always been nice, and the coffee isn't horrible, I just have come to expect this location to mess up an order or over microwave my sandwich or charge me for someone else's order. Maybe it's a management issue. I won't go back simply out of frustration. Do not go here if you are in a hurry, that's for sure. read more

This store gets 5 stars. I like cold brew, but uncut, with no water, not only do they always hold a little bit aside, but they always remember what I get. I wouldn't expect anyone to remember someone's daily drink, however I know when these people prep for the day, they are do, and I really appreciate it. Throughout the Covid They have stayed open, they have kept most all employees and I even see some new faces. They modify their work hours, and that drive-through line never goes down, and they never SLOW down. All of these people work very hard, for very long, and they should be praised for their efforts and good attitude despite everyone else's mood given the situation. I was new to the area at the start of the year but surprisingly I now have my own places and people, here. Pros: it's starbux so u know what u r going to get. Real blueberries for oatmeal. Cons: shitty drive thru and it never fails how slow, clear or series I need to repeat my order multiple times. It makes me feel as if they didn't pay attention the first two times I state the order. It's ridiculous. And yah DRY oatmeal. You have to ask for extra water in it and then because of the design of the container it will leak! So beware! You don't want oatmeal water all over your clothes or car. All bread goods are frozen so don't think you are getting "fresh". It's fresh out the freezer. read more

I have stopped into this location more than a handful of times and never am disappointed by the coffee. The parking lot is a disaster and the drive thru line is much worse than that - always packed full and blocking other parked cars. I went through the drive thru once and I will never do it again because it moves slower than a snail. I typically mobile order, park, and walk in to pick up my drink(s). I will continue coming here but definitely won't be in the drive thru. read more

Variety of seating you can sit in booths, benches near window, there's one open table in front of deli, but plenty of tables outside. Restrooms near booth seatings and overall and all I recommend.

My iced coffee was perfect and really needed before getting back on the road! The comfortable seating inside creates a very relaxing atmosphere! Love the book sharing as well..Great concept! What stood out besides being very clean were the 2 nice young ladies that were super helpful and friendly! I wish their name was on the receipt because they gave great customer service ( perhaps look at the receipt of time and date and the owner can give them a thank you!). So refreshing to walk into a welcoming environment! I will definitely be back!

I was worried it would be sickeningly sweet like dunkin donuts but nope, perfect. Sweet, creamy, syrup banana flavor (RIP original banana variety from which this flavor is derived from). Apparently it is a lighter roast, so it has more caffeine content and less flavor, which works great for a drink that's going to be flavored with cream and sugar :) Banana but muffin top: These are legitimate muffin tops! They're soft like a bossom, on brand lol and actually quite tasty, a nice variety of almonds and walnuts on top. They can serve them warm if you want (recommend). Not too sweet, pleasant cinnamon and nutmeg sort of flavor throughout. It's an interesting bikini bar style business model. I like the normalization of wearing panties at work, just hope people (men) are not creepy about it and hope it is well heated inside during cold weather! Would definitely come back again.

It's truly showcasing the beauty of Palestinian hospitality while also bringing the local community together. From submitting my grad school apps to getting accepted to finding out I will be getting fully funded -- everything happened right here!! Shoutout Palestine for bringing us such kindhearted people, may we see a free Palestine within our lifetimes :)

One with American cheese and one with Pepper Jack cheese. Unfortunately the bagel sandwich that was supposed to have the Pepper Jack cheese had American cheese on it, so I ended up with two with American cheese instead. No biggie, it was probably an accident. Just unfortunate because the store was not busy when I went in. It was just me and my bf inside, and another guy who came in a couple minutes after.
