I bought a Porsche Cayenne from Jason Jacovsky, knowledgable polite awesome guy. Six months later I had to go back and fix the transfer case (known issue with porsche, not dealer's fault). Only thing that sucked was the 12 month warranty only covers up to $2000, so I had to pay an extra $2100 out of pocket. Of course I'm sure it was disclosed in my contract, I just didn't bother to read it. They gave me a loaner car, had it fixed in a few days. So the next day after i pick up my car, I notice a noise in the RIGHT front end, clicking , screeching So I call Marlene and tell her, she says bring the car back in , but before 8am so Harvey has time to test drive the car. Well that was impossible because my only day off was Sunday, mind you I just started a new job 2 weeks prior because I lost mine when the car got stolen because I couldn't make it to work for 3 days . I made them aware of this also. Finally I'm off of work for week, but Dp was Harvey, I was told to bring the car back when he got out of surgery. All along the noise in the right end is worse the suspension is feeling awful. Welp ! I just took my car back over when I could , months later, but I wasn't waiting for the 8am requirement any longer ! Immediately Harvey looks at the car & says, "this car is out of alignment, it was perfect when it left like it was MY fault! Gives me a loaner and hits me with a $1700 estimate! None of the work had anything to do with the noise in the front end! So ask about the noise, he said t,"the ball joints are dry, I'll grease them when If you get the other work done here. and he was gonna throw the alignment in too. Bless his heart ! He was gonna do me a solid! So i said "nah I'll park it , when my taxes come back I'll bring it in" i had no intentions! So i parked my car, then Covid happened! During that time we did all the work he was going to charge $1700 for for less than $700 ! Except the ball joint lube! I take the car to 4 mechanics, all of them insisting that it unethical to align a car with bad ball joints, the ball joints were damaged upon collision especially if they had to replace the rack , tires and rims! They all four assured me it is against manufacturers recommendation to lube those ball joints, if they are dry , they are bad! Replacing a rack on a car with front end collision and 93k miles and not replacing the ball joints is why it's out of alignment!! They all four said , " the car shouldn't be on the road and he knew it! Even after he was going to get rid of the noise with grease but not the problem, align the car again, wait for me to bring it back out of alignment and nail me to have the ball joints replaced! But hey , he wasn't gonna charge me to rig my ball joints and align my car knowing it wouldn't remain aligned in the first place! So here it is 7 months later .....that little noise that just needed some grease has caused a domino effect f issues with my front end! Don't bother coming here! They are blood suckers!

That only his banks wanted bank statements over pay stubs. He didn't even want a year to date statement. Like what? To continue, the price of the vehicles are INSANELY over priced. Anyone who does any research can see that. I looked at marketplace values, KBB values, Edmund's values, and more. Their prices were nearly TWICE the value of the actual vehicle. That is just mind blowing to me and he couldn't explain to me why the prices were so high for such old vehicles. These vehicles were 10 to 15 years old and they were asking $12k and UP. No. I could buy the same vehicle for maybe $3k to $5k anywhere else. Place is a rip off. Please. Do your research before you buy here! (as if I wouuld call about this falsly out of the blue and as if I did not buy a car from him that was not cheap!) This made me annoyed. He then told me I needed to come in and they would try to fix it. I asked if he could come to my work place, 2 blocks from their shop, and he could fix it there. He refused and said he was trying to seve me time and aggravation over having to go to MVA for new stickers. His solution was in no way saving me time and aggravation already caused by the error, and in the future to get it fixed. His attitude was terrible- he accused me of "pointing fingrer". I would be VERY CAREFUL about doing business with this complany, especially if you want a company with customer services that stands behind their work.

I drove it there figuring they could keep the cost down if anyone. I meant way down. They were swamped and couldn't even evaluate but sent me to a custom auto shop they knew. I went there and asked them to jerry rig whatever was wrong with the muffler, hoping for like wiring the hanger up or something. It sounded like it was dragging. Turned out it was broken and they welded or soldered the freaking thing back on for peanuts!! It was exactly what I wanted to spend: next to nothing! And I was out in half an hour! Does that ever happen?! When has that ever happened with a car repair in your life?! Most are such crooks. I thanked them profusely for jerry rigging it, he said" oh it's welded, solidly it's not jerry rigged. It's not gonna break." And it hasn't, that was over a year ago. I believe both shops earned a spot right next to st peter in the afterlife that day. As long as they don't blow it they're set for the afterlife. I will go and review that other place soon too. As it ended up there were other financial hits and I kept the car longer anyway.. but couldn't have without that service. Anyway that's like the complete opposite of my most extreme disreputable blatant attempted rip off by a local Exxon in Ellicott City toward the west route 40 part over 20 years ago.
