Glenn is awesome. It took me three locksmiths, before he showed up and got the job done. I sent out a message with a request for a quote to multiple locksmiths, unfortunately Glenn was further down the list so I didn't reach him right away. I called on a Saturday evening after being stood up by locksmith three. I anxiously asked if he'd be able to come same-day, and I was in luck! Glenn informed me he had one job ahead of me, then he could come to me. I agreed. He called to ensure I still was in need of his service once he finished the prior job, then gave me an ETA and was right on time, all within about an hour or so of the initial call. Apparently the prior locksmiths had messed around with the programming so it took him slightly longer, but he made sure to keep me informed and was able to program a new key fob for me and make me an emergency key. He tried his best to fix my broken fob too, to save me money, which would have been awesome, but my fault for breaking it. All in all, for the reprogramming, replacement fob, emergency key plus labor, he charged me $285. Hopefully I will never need his services again, however he would be my first dial next time! read more
