I agree with the name of this company! You should definitely start here! My dad made the mistake of messing with some settings in his Ford F-150 and managed to set up "MyKey" restrictions. He set it so that he was unable to go past 70 mph and he was unable to turn the radio up. He purchased the truck used and it only came with one key and in order to override this programming, you need another key to assign as the admin key. The dealership quoted him $350+ to cut a key and program it. Glenn got back to me very quickly and was very honest about his pricing and services. Glen was awesome and a lifesaver. The only locksmith that would program my key for a 2012 VW Jetta without horsing around. He told me to order the key from the dealer and he would program it for me. My car was stuck in a parking garage for a long time couldn't tow it out because a tow truck couldn't fit inside. He was able to come to me and program it. He couldn't do the whole job from there. He took my cars computer out with no problem and quickly. Took the computer home and within no time I had 2 keys (one key from the dealer and another he was able to cut that he gave me). I drive a 2004 Isuzu Rodeo and lost the only car key I had and was devastated. I contacted about 10 locksmiths and only two of them where able to recreate a new key. Most of the locksmiths don't do keys for cars anymore and some of them that do can't get a pin to start the car. I was even advised that for the 2004 Isuzu I would only get a key from the dealer. Well, Glen from Start With Me Keys came to my house within a few hours, created a new key and got the right pin to start my car. I'm totally thrilled. Amazing experience. More than 1/2 of the cost of the dealer to come out with a new key fob(refurbished) and program. Dealer quote was over 500$. Plus I'll get another 50$ back from AAA. Great, local man running the business. Did everything he could to help, even though I was at the airport and it was almost 5pm. He eventually drove another 20+ miles so I could 'code' another key as a spare. Very, very reasonable pricing for my auto key (substationally lower than other quotes) which he simply said was 'fair.' Glenn was a lifesaver for us. My husband's car key broke in half last night as we were leaving a party, so we left his car there and took mine home. I lost BOTH sets of key fobs for my car--one of those stupid and regretful mistake, which I have to admit are not that uncommon for me, but both sets... I had no back up, and this time the keys seemed to be really 'lost' not just misplaced. I got an estimate from the dealership which was staggeringly expensive, plus they said I'd have to have it towed there. I got a few estimates from other locksmiths and they were a bit less but still really expensive. Glenn's price was lower, I knew from speaking to him that he really could re-program new fobs (a couple others said they'd come out and look, but I'd have to pay them a service charge even if they couldn't do the job). Glenn showed up on time and sooner than I expected. He has every imaginable tool and device to re-key/program virtually any car. I wanted two new key fobs and his price was better than every other locksmith I talked to--some were double or even triple. With lightening speed he got the car opened, made two new keys, and programmed them to start the car (apparently that's the stumbling block for some locksmiths--they don't have the computer to program new fobs for every year of every car). Glenn mentioned that he had a third key in case someone else with my make/model/year needed one. Knowing that I have a tendency to lose things I sheepishly asked if I could buy the third key. "No problem," he said and soon I had three new keys, all working for a very, very reasonable price. This guy is terrific, he knows his stuff, and he's efficient, personable, and dependable. If you need new keys don't even bother calling anyone else. Seriously. Save your money, your patience, and your sanity and call Glenn. read more

My wife's car had a stuck ignition cylinder. I called them and they were at my house whiten an hour. Technician was courteous and prompt based on the operators ETA. He got everything fixed and working properly and he even performed maintenance on the car's other locks without extra charge. My wife's car had this same issue a while back and we were charged about 50% higher than "start with me keys" charged. I would highly recommend them with your locksmith needs. read more
